Ever Restaurant Aruba

This was an experience. Visited in February for my husband’s birthday with some friends and everyone with blown away. From the moment you arrive and are welcomed into the space, you feel like you’ve stepped into dinner at someone’s home. The small size of their dinner seating lends to the intimate feel. The courses are explained prior to being served and once the food starts you don’t want it to stop! Each course is a creative melding of flavors exquisitely presented. Each person in our party of 5 rated this 5 stars that night. The staff is amazing. Incredibly engaging and are an integral part in making this experience what it was. We still talk about it. If you’re thinking about booking here, just do it!

We came for dinner in January 2025. This chef's table was amazing! The venue is really nice, a great dark modern vibe. The chef and his assistants are super friendly. The food was amazing. It's 7 courses plus a few small surprises. The wine pairing was also great. It's nice, they let you do a half-pour for the wines. I definitely recommend checking this one out.

FOOD ORGASM, beautiful ambiance, top notch service, engaging and welcoming environment.. Literally what more can you ask for? If you want to be stuffed with greasy food, don’t come here. If you want to taste meals you’ll be thinking about for the rest of your trip.. this is it. IF you go to one place on the island, try EVER. Not jemenha, flying Fishbone, old man at the sea, etc etc. this is the spot. Real Michelin food, you will never taste anything like it. Even their next door sister restaurant Lima bistro (I ate there yesterday), could not compare. My pictures will do the talking I can’t really put it into words without sounding like a paid advertisement lol.

My wife made reservations for this culinary exploration and what a home run. She said it didn’t meet her expectations it far exceeded them. Great food great staff great experience. We wish all the success in the future can’t wait to come back !

The best dining experience I have had on Aruba. Chef Ever has brought a beautiful concept to our island where he can portray his passion for food and art in an intimate atmosphere. The whole team made it a great and unique experience, from each dish to the wine pairing I enjoyed every part of the journey that the team took us through. I can’t wait to be back for the next menu. Hats off to the whole team. Highly recommend!

If you are in Aruba you need to make a reservation for Ever. My partner and I always seek out these kind of fine dining experiences when we travel and Ever did not disappoint. Located right by the cruise terminal, which made it easy for us to get back onboard in time. Every course was delicious, everything is prepared and plated in front of you and you really feel like you are at home here. We are cocktail drinkers and skipped on the wine pairing. Unfortunately their bartender was out when we dined, but we were still taken care of and our old fashions were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are on the island!

I had an unforgettable experience at Ever restaurant in Oranjestad, Aruba, celebrating my birthday with an exquisite 8-course meal paired with wine. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Booked at last minute as we wanted to try a chef’s table experience. A seven course magical experience. Didn’t disappoint. Staff were phenomenal, very warm and welcoming. Total of only 14 seats. Food and beverage pairing were exceptional with detailed information provided before each course. Only negative is that the portion sizes were a bit small. I wish they had some supplements available for those who are still a bit hungry after seven courses. Highly recommended and worth every dollar for the price.
