Ever Restaurant Aruba

This was our second time to Ever and it is by far one of the best dining experiences on the island. The 7-course meal is absolutely delish, the wine pairings are great, and the staff are extremely attentive and personable. If you’re looking for a great chef table experience, this is a must on the island.

Unbelievable dining experience. From the attentive service to the amazing food & wine pairings, no detail is overlooked. The chef & sommelier are incredibly knowledgeable and really create an immersive dining experience. Every course was delicious, they even had a few surprise courses along the way (and an extra dessert to celebrate my birthday). I especially love the added touch of giving you a photo as a memento! Great place to celebrate a special occasion or just treat yourself to an upscale dining experience. 10/10

A special mention to Denzell, who runs the front of the house with grace and excellence. His professionalism, warmth, and intuitive service make guests feel both celebrated and at home. About the space: small, intimate restaurant with chef’s tasting menu available at the bar, facing the open kitchen. Modern music and vibe. If you’re visiting Aruba, do yourself a favor and book this experience. Ever Aruba isn’t just dinner…it’s a masterclass in culinary passion!

Amazing testing menu. You see the food being prepared by the chefs, directly interact with the chef. Very intimate and exclusive experience. Would definitely go back. This will be one of our go to spots on the island.

Ever is an incredible dining experience. Each course was creative, the staff are thoughtful and give you their undivided attention, and the food was pure delight. I highly recommend going to Ever! I will definitely go again the next time I’m in Aruba

We booked out all of Ever for our wedding reception and got to experience the tasting menu with just our families. My husband is a chef for a Michelin property and I am a sommelier at a Michelin property. I can not even begin to tell you what an AMAZING experience this was. The bartender, I believe her name was Angelin, the exec chef, and their sommelier were literally the most amazing human beings. Just absolutely gems of people. The food??? Oh my god the food. I have never experienced something like that. Like I said, I work for a Michelin property and was AMAZED by how unbelievable the food was. The service, the wine???? I wish I could give this place more than five stars. Michelin was originally created as a guide to tell you how much to go out of your way, three stars being it is worth the trip to just go to that place. I would fly from Mars to earth here again

A very small restaurant with tasting menu for most part. We came here at 6pm for a la carta menu and ordered an appetizer and two entress.The portion is right for us two "small appetite" people (European rather than American portion if you know what I mean). Everything is Michelin level detailed oriented, pretty and delicious. Highly recommend. You need likely to reserve though.

The best dining experience I have had on Aruba. Chef Ever has brought a beautiful concept to our island where he can portray his passion for food and art in an intimate atmosphere. The whole team made it a great and unique experience, from each dish to the wine pairing I enjoyed every part of the journey that the team took us through. I can’t wait to be back for the next menu. Hats off to the whole team. Highly recommend!
