"I watched how the Fulton Market restaurant co-owned by Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser became the on-screen model for the show's fictional three-Michelin-starred Ever: Duffy's hands actually plate dishes seen in Episode 7, the team closed the restaurant for a week to accommodate filming, and Ever's director of hospitality Amy Cordell appears in several scenes. The production used Ever's authentic workwear and even had Sarah Ramos stage at the restaurant; some dishes are lifted from Ever's menu (an Oscietra Grand Reserve caviar with honeydew melon and hazelnut appears as an amuse-bouche), and Duffy collaborated with culinary director Courtney “Coco” Storer on plating. I learned that Duffy sorted through seven or eight mushroom options before the show settled on crimini for Olivia Colman's peel-the-mushrooms scene, and that, in reality, Ever does not use branded tablet reservation software and only rarely sends rideshares to pick up customers — details the show embellished for drama. Muser and Duffy also seemed a bit disgruntled to be represented as a three-star when they have two Michelin stars." - Ashok Selvam

What a great experience! We found the car we wanted but we live over 8 hours away. Ever offers delivery! Ok but what about buying sight unseen? They picture all defects in the cars listing. Giorgi reached out when we put in our reservation and sent me pictures and videos of the car and was fully transparent about every scuff mark, defect and all. The thing with Ever is they have a high standard for the cars they sell. Doing paperwork online was a breeze and we already had a pre approval with our credit union making it easy. Giorgi really was the MVP he answered all my calls and texts. He put up with all my concerns and didn’t make me feel like a bother. I recommend this company and will buy from them again. Update: I just wanted to update my review because I have had this car now almost 4 months and Ever has still been more than amazing. They stand by their warranty and have been easy to contact for any issues or concerns I have had with my vehicle. They don’t leave you hanging, they take pride in making their customers feel comfortable with their purchase. My husband already said we will buy a model S from them when we are ready.

A huge difference from the typical dealer experience - no price haggling, no hidden fees. Just a super simple and transparent buying experience. We picked up the car in person and they were happy to accommodate two separate test drives (by appointment!), but their delivery options, free warranty, and generous return policy make this a great option in California and elsewhere.
