I purchased a 2022 Polestar 2 from Ever, and I love the car alot its a amazing, first time buyer of an EV and Purchasing a car. Had a really good experience and saved tons on dealer & hidden fees. The process was very simple and quick. The team was also very responsive. Although there was a snafu with financing due to their limited partners, they went the extra mile to get us a better rate than initially anticipated. They didn’t have to, but they understood the situation & miscommunication, and made it right. Doubt I’d go anywhere else for EVs moving forward. Big fan of Ever Cars!

We had such an amazing experience purchasing our first ever SUV Kia EV9 GT line. From filling out the Credit application to test driving to getting our car every thing was a very smooth and wonderful experience. Giorgi helped us from the moment I inquired about the SUV Kia and he helped us till the end of the purchase. He guided me and my husband throughout the process of purchasing . It’s always uncanny feeling when one is trying to shop for a car. So many companies trying to make a deal and it’s often difficult to figure out honesty. I remember as soon as I asked Giorgi for the Carfax report he sent it out within minutes . Then he kept checking with us to see if we were still interested in purchasing the vehicle. Also, the Finance department provided very self-explanatory service. It was so easy to fill out the application and get every question answered over the phone.A personalized experience and I have 3 kids so this Kia is a perfect addition to my family. 6 seater ventilated recliner seats and a beautiful matte ocean blue color. We will definitely purchase another car again from Ever and also recommend this company to our friends and family.

4 weeks later, I still love my 22 Kona! Ever made the purchasing process so easy, Giorgi was very informative throughout the process and test drive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. I loved not having to play the "price negotiation/fake boss on the phone" game, and the warranty and guarantees made me feel sure that I was making a good purchase.

One if the best carbuying experiences ever. No pressire, hidden gem of a showroom, I had been shopping hard for an elecrric car and not only did they have the best car at the best price, rhe staff (Nick) was great, we even test drove a car I was intrigued by, but not one i was going to buy. great financing saved me over my preapproved rate. Trevir was great thwre. If you want an wlectric car, gobe them a try. just a different and pleasant experience

I should have read these reviews first. Note to self, don't buy a car online. Other online dealers note damage to their vehicles so you know what you're getting. Not Ever. Car looked clean in the pictures and the salesperson assured it was "clean". When I got the vehicle, one panel was severely over buffed making it stand out from the rest of the paint. The right front door had a huge, terribly noticeable paint repair, spanning 8 inches. A 5 year old with a paint brush could have done a better job. When I reached out to ever, they said tough luck since the listing photos don't show damage and stopped replying. I understand buying used cars, but identify damage in the listing so we know what we are getting. Secondly, I told the salesman over the phone I could not physically take possession of the vehicle for another week since I was out of state. He said no problem and would postpone shipping. Next thing you know, the delivery driver is blowing up my phone saying he's 30 minutes away. I was out of state and could not take delivery. Driver was pissed off and dropped the vehicle anyway after a lot of back and forth.

Would not tell me why the service light was still on. Three days later the service light was still on but no one knew why. Sells man used something to turn off the light. Why was the service light on? No one knows.

One of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. Cars were great - but the team was why made it such a pleasure. Zero pressure, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommended.

I bought a car at Ever on a Saturday night. It's the real deal, with a lot of cars and a lot of people. They sold two other cars in the few hours I was there. Some pros: 1. The car was in good shape and well priced. 2. You can see how long the cars have been on the lot and how the price has changed. 3. Carfax sometimes reports two owners when there's only one that has moved between states. They can explain this. 4. They were not pushy about extended warranty stuff. 5. They threw in a tire pump at no cost. Some cons: 1. They told me two hours before going that my car had been sold but I could look at others. I told them that was super inconvenient and wondered if it was bait and switch. They checked and suddenly the car was available again. Coincidence? I don't know. 2. They have limited ways of taking payment. They will take ACH but only from limited institutions (not mine). They will take a wire, but won't let you take home the vehicle that day. And they will take a check, but need to do a credit check first, which requires you to unfreeze credit, etc. They should be clearer up front about how to prepare to pay. 3. They aren't up front that the 7-day return period has a $500 fee. There is a 90-day warranty for actual problems with the car, but you can't just change your mind for free. I would go here again -- they have a lot of cars and know something about them. But you still have to be careful with inspecting etc.

This was my first time shopping for a car and after so much research we found the perfect car for us. When we inquired about the car, they mentioned someone reserved it but if it doesn't go through we can reserve it. I panicked and called after the email and asked if it was gone and the person I spoke to said it was still available to we booked a test drive just to see it and then purchase it. Georgi even confirmed via email our appointment, not saying anything about the car we wanted being sold, no call -- nothing. When we get there he lets us know it's sold and only after checking did he say at a different email that it was gone. It would have been helpful to have put that in the email confirming the appointment today that it was gone but NOTHING. Even a simple call I would have appreciated and I would have been more receptive to getting the other vehicle he suggested. It's infuriating because we made our entire day about coming over, even agreeing on a later time just to have our time wasted. Ever has left a bad impression on me. The other dealerships constantly updated us about the car we wanted but here, nothing. Don't even bother. If you want a particular car just go to the dealership and get a certified pre owned. This place is disorganized as hell. STAY AWAY.

I had a pretty bad experience on my recent visit to the Ever Car dealership in San Francisco. I wanted to trade in my Tesla Model 3. The vehicle runs perfectly with no warning lights, performance issues, or service alerts of any kind. When I arrived, a technician inspected the car and gave the green light, which led to an initial trade-in offer that seemed reasonable. However, once I started the buying process, the shenanigans started. After the salesperson went to the manager to begin the paperwork, I was now told that another technician had found a problem with the drivetrain. No diagnostic evidence was provided, and the car continued (and continues) to drive flawlessly. Anyone familiar with Teslas knows that if there were a real drivetrain issue, the car would either go into limp mode or not drive at all--and Tesla's system would flag it immediately. That didn't happen. It felt like the original trade-in offer was a bait tactic just to get me in the door. It seemed like they invented a problem to justify changing the deal. My guess is this happened because I wasn't using their financing and declined their extended warranty--so the manager was looking for another way to get more of my money. The salesperson seemed cool and really knew a lot about the car I wanted which I appreciated. But i walked out feeling slimed and frustrated. I've had far better, more transparent experiences with CarMax and Carvana. I don't recommend doing business with Ever Car. Unless they get their act together and clean house of shady managers and finance people, I doubt they will survive as a business. These kind of tactics are unacceptable given that there are dealers that behave ethically and transparently.

They were really helpful and knowledgeable. My fiancée and I had a great experience purchasing our car! Levan and Danielle were especially helpful through our process. Also, buying EVs is really important and I support their mission.

It was like amateur hour. They list all these cars on their site. And then when you go into the showroom on 6th street, they are there or they are in transport. I waited 6 days to hear back for the sales person. And texted original contact saying sounds like there's no trade in for a car offer. And then he asks me if I reached out to the sales person. It's not my job dude. Then starts BS of how they don't have control over the transportation part. It's part of your core business getting cars from point A to point B. they have a flashy entrance to the building but it's nothing but scam once you get past the free bottle of water. Good lesson learned on my part. But don't even engage with them. They are like the Wizard of Oz - curtain looks nice - but once you pull it back - it's nothing but scam. There's so many other options out there. They say they've been in business for a year. I sure hope they are gone in less than a year.

UPDATE of my previous review - The general manager saw my review and reached out to me. He said that there was no intent to play sales games or use bait and switch tactics. He seemed genuine and I am inclined to believe him. But this still leaves the question of why the Ever tech flagged my car for having drivetrain problems. By the way, I have now driven my Tesla around 450 miles since visiting Ever and I have no problems or weird noises with the car. I recently had Tesla look the car over and they gave it a clean bill of health. So even if Ever was not doing anything shady (which I want to believe) they have a tech problem. I wonder how competent their techs are in evaluating the cars they have for sale. I would give Ever another chance but I would do two things: 1. I would have my car inspected BEFORE I tried to trade it in to Ever and have the report in writing; 2. I would ask to have whatever car I wanted to buy from Ever inspected by an independent EV competent shop. Ever is new and still working out how they want to do business. I would suggest getting their technical competence together and then letting the public know about this so we can be confident of their assessment of the vehicles to take for trade in and sell.
