Evergreen Hotel & Restaurant

One of the Tastiest Mutton Laal Maas served here at Evergreen Hotel and Restaurant. I heard from many people that this place serves the best Laal Maas in Bikaner so I decided to try this famous Rajasthani delicacy. Really it was delicious in every aspect. Perfect mix of spices, perfectly cooked tender pieces of Mutton. It was a fantastic experience I loved this restaurant. If you are a non vegetarian lover than this is the place for you.

Non veg is not served here anymore. So we got a little disappointed as we went there to have non veg meals. Cant write much as we did not order anything here. It is on the stn road in the heart of Bikaner city.

I have been struggling to look for a non vegetarian restaurant many times for since I came to India for 2 weeks and I happened to discover this restaurant. It offers many choices and can custom cook for the taste of its customers. The menu price also seems reasonable. However, my stomach was upset after 2 weeks of local vegetarian diets and I didn't feel like eating today. I need a rest and a place to charge my phone before going for my overnight train. I told the restaurant about this.||The restaurant is very accommodating and OK with my order for a tea. The restaurant is air-conditioned and is unusually clean for the pricing in the menu. I strongly recommended.||

I ordered steam rice & fish curry. The rice quality was ok but the quantity can increase but I seriously don't know how long they kept the fish in freezer!!! The fresh fish should be white & soft but there was fully hard & reddish. It was very old & third class fish. Don't ever go for fish in here.

We were about 7-8 people who had evening snacks at the hotel. Since we didn't had a stay in the hotel, the review has been given of the restaurant only. We had ordered 3-4 vegetarian dishes and 2-3 non vegetarian dishes, the food was sufficient enough to fill our bellies. The quality of the food was on a lower side, the food was not prepared very well, like some of the food was very much spicy and the other ones were not cooked well. It is hard to locate the restaurant, since it is located in the inner market. The service was also not very responsive, it took about 45 mins to cook all of the food, so that can be a little uncomfortable for some people.Overall I would rate it 3 stars. I would not suggest it as a must-must to visit restaurant.

I am not saying that this is a 5 star hotel with the best of facilities, but the place is really nice if you are travelling in a budget. The staff were really polite and gracious. We were very happy with our room that was spacious and all the appliances worked properly. The washroom was very neat and clean.

One of the few places in Bikaner which serves quality non-vegetarian food right from North Indian cuisine. However, you have to avoid the Biryani of this place since they make it very bad. However, other non vegetarian dishes are amazing.

This place was a pleasant surprises. We entered this place because other popular ones were not service lunch. We kept the menu basic to mutton roganjosh and chicken tikka masala with dal fry. The order was repeated thrice as we couldn't stop eating. I wouldn't say it was authentic Rajasthani mutton but tasty for sure. You can try this place if looking for a non veg meal in Bikaner
