Evergreen Organics HIA

Overall it was a good experience. I tried Spanish latte as referenced in the photos and I can say that it was really great. The taste was creamy and the stuff was welcoming. The atmosphere wasn’t as ideal as it should but the spot is on the airport however, the staff has done some really great job by providing nice seating inside the café and you may enjoy it if you’re fresh, but you will enjoy it even more if you grab the coffee and sit on a side in a quiet

Friendly staff and lots of options: fresh fruit, porridge, bowls, salads, sandwiches, four types of plant milk. Everything I tried in my two visits was fresh and tasty. A perfect layover stop!

I recently visited Evergreen Organics and had an outstanding vegan, gluten free experience. I started with a matcha latte made with cashew milk: smooth, creamy. The chocolate banana muffins were delightfully moist and flavorful, but the highlight of my visit was definitely the pistachio praline. It was incredibly creamy and perfectly sweetened, a true masterpiece. I'm thrilled to have discovered such a gem in the vegan dining scene and can’t wait to return!

I stopped here and got an avocado toast, an almond cookie, and a ritual turmeric hot drink. The staff Zaldy, Jolina and Meg were really nice and friendly. The avocado toast was big and filling and looking beautiful - so nice to be able to eat something fresh and healthy and prepared super quickly too! The turmeric drink was tasty and foamy and the almond cookie wasn’t too sweet which I loved! The only thing: the avocado toast is a little hard to cut with the wooden utensils (love wooden utensils though, I love that they don’t use plastic). Maybe the staff could offer to cut it in four pieces with their kitchen/bread knife if they have one :) I will definitely come back to this place on my return and on my next trip too - I want to try what else they have on the menu :) Thank you!

Perfect spot to have a cappuccino choosing from variety of milk options. It’s my second time here when traveling through Doha airport. Really delicious and fresh pralines. The pistachio flavor is like the so famous Dubai chocolates. Highly recommend!

I love Evergreen and the branch at HIA is one of the best. I was rushing for my flight but Zaldy made one of the best salted caramel smoothies i’ve had from any Evergreen branch. The vegan cuisine is great and you can tell they use high quality ingredients.

Really great hidden gem! Located outside C8 this cute little place does chia puddings, large selection of fresh pressed juices, sandwiches/ salads and snacks as well as coffees with milk alternatives! (Almond, oat, soy, coconut and cashew!). Affordable for an airport, great quality. 100% vegan and gluten free options! So glad I kept walking and didn’t stop at an over priced average cafe. Staff were also lovely! Cute little tables and benches to sit at with a Hawaiian music vibe. Very bali like!

After visiting this airport for many flight stops, I can say without a doubt, that in my opinion, this is the best spot for coffee in the whole airport. Hard to find if you’re not heading to the gates in the picture but totally worth it. Toasts are delicious as well.
