I ordered Pakiza sweets from Evergreen Sweets Green Park via Swiggy, and the experience was utterly disappointing.
The Pakiza sweets were stale, had a foul smell, and were pale yellow, clearly not fresh and possibly spoiled. When I contacted Swiggy, they offered no help.
I then called Evergreen, and the staff’s behavior was shockingly arrogant, careless, and rude. When I pressed them to check and revert as promised, they snapped, “I have a lot of work and I’m not sitting idle,” showing complete disregard for customer service. Later, they offered a replacement but acted as if they were doing me a huge favor or charity, not taking responsibility for their substandard product.
No refund or proper resolution was provided. This unprofessional attitude and poor quality control are unacceptable for a reputed sweet shop. Management must address staff behavior and ensure food safety. Buyers, beware—check your order, especially Pakiza, carefully!
