Terrible customer service. Everlance changed me from monthly pay to annual pay without notice or permission, and not only that, they overlapped my final monthly payment with the new annual subscription plan, so that I was charged double for 10 days or so. That’s not such a big deal, but terrible customer service is a deal killer for me. Nothing but broken promises from their online chat people and from their phone chat people . . . No one ever reached back out to me with a fix or a refund for the double payments. Considering how inaccurate their mileage recording is, I think it’s time to move to a new mileage app for my business. Of course now I’m tied into a one-year subscription that I didn’t ask for….and it’s not refundable should I choose to move to another app at this time. Not happy, Everlance. Not happy.
