I was going to return some shirts that were too big for me in that style and buy some new ones.
there was a misunderstanding with the order date + return policy at first, which was totally on me (i gave the wrong email).
after she accepted the return, she kept making statements about how the shirts "smelled like laundry detergent." to be clear, this was 3 shirts that were delivered to me 3 days ago, that she was claiming I bizarrely chose to wear and wash all 3 in 2 days somehow. she said this 3 or 4 times.
after deciding they probably hadn't been worn/washed, she said "yeah, it does look like it would be really small on you" (since I said this design was the wrong size for me). trying to make conversation I said "actually, they were pretty huge on me!" and she just went "hmmm..." after glancing at me (???)
I can't tell if this is a wild level of miscommunication or the pettiest/most childish customer service interaction I've ever had (if she truly was trying to imply i was "big" and a scammer), but needless to say i didnt stay and shop lol
