I had the best experience at this location. Joana was so kind and friendly, and she really boosted my confidence with some of my selections. It was so sweet that she remembered my name when I introduced myself upon first walking in. That level of customer service has been lost in so many places, and I’m glad she restored a little bit of faith in me. I ended up buying more than I imagined, but the pieces were classic and the materials were great quality.

My wife and I have been visiting this location for some time now. The staff members have been very kind to us. We visited to see if we could try out an item we found online, but the item was not publicly available because it is part of the new season and has yet to be displayed. However, a staff member brought it out for us to try on, and we ended up buying the item. I was impressed by the customer service and how flexible they were in providing satisfaction. They encouraged us to order other sizes to see if we could find a better fit and assured us not to hesitate to return. I am happy that my wife had a quality shopping experience. Keep up the good work! I also love that this location has the pet photo book.

Beautiful store, great selection, amazing service, particularly grateful for Mary Claire for helping us with exchanging some sale items we bought online. It's always fun to come in and explore and enjoy the vibes and sunlight in the store.

Discovered this brand recently (surprisingly). Great for basics and nice quality, good ROI. The in-store experience is bizarre: the aisles don’t display how items are categorized, and men’s clothing is in a corner amongst women’s clothes and shoes. They use the space more on marketing their “green radical transparency” approach than making it simple to navigate. The store was otherwise clean and the staff pretty friendly and useful.

I went to this store a couple months ago for the first time. I am in my mid30’s now and I needed a wardrobe update. I scheduled a stylist appointment and couldn’t be happier. They called me a couple days before my appointment for my sizes and asked what kind of clothes I was looking for. When I showed up they were all so friendly and asked if I would like to shop around a little bit before I went to see what they already hand-picked. I chose the latter and was so happy with their choices. I can’t remember my stylists name (IM SO SORRY!!!) but she was so helpful throughout the whole one-hour process. They even had snacks! I will definitely go back!

I called earlier to find pants in stock and they held them for me once they confirmed they were. Once there, (I wish I could remember her name), was so very helpful and provided options as I honed in on fit. Thank you so much. The 5 Pocket Twill pants fit perfect.

Jo and Jordan are rockstars! They helped style me and were super patient with all my needs! Love the pieces they put together for me! Overall, very friendly and the most helpful!

Reviewing with how they actually dealt with a mistake. I had made several purchases in store, one of which I carried out and the rest was supposed to be shipped. They mistakenly marked several of the items as purchase in store, which meant I didn’t not receive them in person or in the mail. I called them up and the issue was resolved withing five minutes. Excellent customer service!
