I bought many items from Everlane throughout the years including sweaters, tops, denim, jackets etc. Before getting pregnant last year, I got a pair of jeans on an October time sale. Later I got pregnant and was not able to fit into that after wearing for 1 time. Now that I started losing the baby weight, I wore the jeans 3 more times and they just got ripped very easily near the zipper. I took the jeans back to the store, explained the situation. The manager, who didn’t look into my face, looked at my order history and told me she couldn’t find anything for 2025. Well that is true because I was pregnant in 2025 etc. She then said she doesn’t remember the button style. She then offered me to buy a new pair of denim for 40% off but they were already advertising for up to 40-50% sale on selected items. Long story short bad customer service and also bad quality of jeans. Why would I pay that premium ever again to Everlane if I will not get any suppert?
