Terrible customer service and not abiding to the consumer rights act. Delayed delivery so that it was sent over a month after I was told it was going to be delivered. Contacted them multiple times and only responded after a month saying that they were updating their systems so that was why there was no answer. I had also phoned their landline which was documented on their website, and they said it wasn’t in use at the time despite advertising it. It is now down. When I told them that the contract is cancelled as it took them over 30 days to deliver and that is the law due to the CRA, they denied it and are refusing to give me my money back as per the law. I would avoid buying from them at all cost and DEFINITELY do not use them for print your products, as they are letting your reputation down as well. I will update this review when/if they ever abide by the law and give me my money back due to the cancelled contract. Update: it took a ridiculous amount of emails (some which were ignored) and contacting the campaign leader to get a partial refund. Avoid at all costs.

I was really looking forward to receiving my order which was a gift for a friend. It never arrived and despite contacting the company via email and social media, I received no response and no refund.

the print is high quality and the shipping to Germany was as advertised. Originally I received the wrong size, however after getting in contact via email with Everpress I received a new shirt in the correct size, no extra charge. It of course took a while because they only print what has been ordered and therefore can't send out merchandise immediately, but I am very happy with the service nonetheless :)

Campaign ended 26th of July but I haven’t heard anything and never received my order weeks and weeks later. Never got a refund and Really disappointed as was looking forward to receiving the T-shirt.

Ordered a tshirt in November of 2024. It is now Jan 2025 and I still haven’t received my order. They take weeks to reply to an email. I payed extra for tracked shipping and yet here I am with NOTHING. No updates, no package. NEVER will I order from them again and would not recommend you do either unless you have no issue waiting MONTHS. Hopefully I can update you guys on when I get my tshirt. Maybe in 2026?

I’ve ordered from Everpress a few times and have been really pleased with my items. They are great quality, wash well and look good. Their customer service is fantastic, having had one order that was the wrong size, they replied to my emails very promptly and offered solutions that suited me (reprinted or a refund). Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff (particularly Liv who dealt with my issue) dealing with queries really makes a difference and certainly hasn’t put me off purchasing from them again. Would absolutely recommend.

Really love the concept of this site! It gives people in the artistic field and opportunity to share their work which is great! The customer service team is also amazing and really helpful! I had accidentally order the wrong T-shirt, I noticed pretty much straight after I placed the order and emailed in, they cancelled the order with no hesitation and I was able replace my order with the right item!

Everpress is great! Dope ways to get unique shirts made by artists. Kinda had a weird experience with the shipping (paid for tracking and only got it with 1 out of 3 shirts) but overall if you’re down with the process of the campaigns I’d recommend. Would say the quality of the t shirt material may be like a 7/10 but we’ll see how it holds up. Overall try it out
