Great selection of international wines, vermouths and amaros. Most of the wines in the store are under $25 and then they have the 2 shelves behind the counter for the pricier stuff. Fun selection of high end cherries, olives, chocolate etc.

Not obvious from the name, but they have the best selection of chocolate bars in the UP and a great cheese counter with tastings. Definitely must stop in!

Whether you're looking for the perfect wine to pair with dinner or just want to explore something new, you can count on their expertise. The store also boasts an impressive selection of meats and cheeses, with many unique and imported options. From tinned fish to chorizo, pâté, and terrine, there's always something interesting to try. Every time I visit, I not only leave with new products but also with a little more knowledge about food and wine, thanks to the wonderful conversations with the staff. From the moment you walk in and smell the cheese you know this place is full of flavors and excellent products. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and give you information about wine, cheese and more. I love stopping in here and getting not only some tasty wine and food items, but also to learn a little about my favorite thing…WINE! Thank you for another great visit!

Holy moly, don't miss this place if you are anywhere near Marquette, MI! While it is not a big shop, like Total Wine or Specs, it is a gem! Their philosophy is to offer great wines for less than $20. While they do have some higher end bottles, we found most bottles priced between $9 and $15! Really delicious wines, just unbelievable, from all over. We ended up purchasing six bottles, but could have bought several cases, easily. In addition to the wines, there is a small cheese case that is full of an excellent variety of cheeses, some we've not seen before. We sampled and bought for charcuterie. The cheese case is in the second little room, full of all kinds of international foodstuffs. Found some things I'd not been able to track down, the loveliest surprise. Also a cooler of microbrews, hard cider and more, in case wine isn't your thing. But the final treasure in this sweet spot is the chocolate wall! From all across the globe, chocolates I've never seen before, and I'm ALWAYS looking for good chocolate, wherever we go. And they have samples of the chocolate too! Did I mention the staff is incredibly kind and helpful? We ended up with Spanish chorizo, guanciale (one of the lovely surprise finds), oat biscuits, a fresh baguette, olives, lots of chocolate and a cool cheese serving set. So worth the stop! Lots of gifty things for foodie friends, too. We'll be back again!

A handsome group of knowledgeable, yet approachable gang work here. Whichever day of the week you step in, someone can find exactly what you are looking. Whether you want wine, beer, N/A or cheese centric treats, they have you covered!

I can't say enough good things about this wine store. One of the best that I have visited, outside the specialist stores like Total Wine. What a pleasant surprise to learn the stores concept, great wines at great prices, under $25 or so. Now a lot of times cheap (inexpensive) wine is undrinkable, but sometimes you find some really good wines for not a lot of money. This is part of what makes wine so enjoyable, that imperfect correlation between price and quality. The owner here knows this, rejoices in it, and has raised the delivery of such wines to a fine art. It took no time to put together a case of wine, several of which I have already enjoyed, and that were an absolute delight to the palate. What makes this all the more exciting is the owner can do this for white wine! Finding great, inexpensive reds isn't too hard. But, whites, that is something else. And, let's not forget roses. Anyway, it is good job I was just passing through and DON'T have daily access to this store. Otherwise I would be drinking everyday with such irresistibly good wines. And, did I mention the owner is a gem? Interested, patient, a good listener, and obviously has personal knowledge of every wine in the store. Marquette, you have it so good.

Terrific store, with a staff that will point you in the right direction. I'm not the most knowledgeable about wine, and they are very willing to listen to what you like, and find you something that always hits the mark. It's just a great, simple concept, executed very, very well.

This guy knows his wines and carries a great selection of beers too. Happy to support the local business and bring home special tastes from vacation in the UP.

Awesome selection of unique wines at great prices! They definitely know their wines and can guide you to the perfect selection every time. And if you want to taste some samples of wines, they have a wine tasting every Saturday! So glad we have this awesome wine store in Marquette!
