Eve's Cidery

Just a word of warning: When cidermaker Autumn Stoscheck warns you that it's "a hike" to the orchard, she means it in a Sir Edmund Hillary kind of way. It's a stunning climb, and well worth the effort. On the day I was there it was hot. And it was raining. And I was soaked to the bone. And every minute of my visit was a joy. I was grateful for every instant that I got to listen to Autumn talk about cider apples and trees and terrain. And I was glad for every sip of the extraordinary cider that captures the terroir of this place and the cidermaker's well-practiced wisdom. I was sorry to say goodbye, and I hope to return again soon. Many thanks to Autumn and Ezra for a lovely afternoon. 💕

Received a cider subscription as a gift and what a home run! I've been a cider fan for many years but the small batch local brewery has perfected the craft. Add that it is woman owned and operated and the customer service has been amazing and it's an absolute recommend.

Beautiful little cidery. My husband and I went for a tasting today - all the cider was delicious! We even went home with a bottle. Lo was super sweet, informative, and welcoming. Her two dogs and two cats also hung around during the tasting. We had a great time!

Awesome! Great people, amazing ciders. It makes such a difference to see how and where the cider is made. Well worth the drive. I think we probably tasted many ciders that you would never find in any store. Celia, Ezra, and their interns Matt and ? (Afraid I don't remember her name) were extremely welcoming hosts. They don't have a public presence at their Cidery but they do sell their cider at the Ithaca farmers market and it is amazing! I've replaced drinking pretty much all other alcohol with Eve's cider at this point. Also they have a very user friendly website that you can order from. My favorite is the rustica and the northern spy, oh and the Albee hill.

Delicious cider, knowledgeable and kind cider makers, and a stunningly beautiful orchard. This is the best cider on the market, authentic and made from real cider apples. Give it a try, and if you get a chance to visit the cidery, don't pass it up!

Eve's Cidery is the real thing! As pioneers in the U.S.cider revival, they have been perfecting their ciders for nearly 2 decades. And you can taste the perfection! Their love and care for the orchards come through in every glass.

Tho off the beaten path, Well worth. The Ice Cider is the best I have had out of any local place or non local place by far. For my taste buds, along with they have a Pommeau which is a for sure sipping drink. HOWEVER, I have never enjoyed drinking a beverage as much as their particular Pommeau. Its complex, and tastes like drinking 5 drinks in one. Each time you notice something differing. ON TOP OF THAT, I was in the area passing by and requested if I could stop in and purchase a large order. They were very accommodating and allowed me to stop in outside of store hours to buy 5 bottles. Highly recommend what they have made !
