Eviana Beach

Three storey hotel at the end of Eretria's charming promenade, ten meters from the waterfront, and just around the corner (500 yards) from most of the town's bars and restaurants. It's directly in front of an organised beach with umbrellas and beds with a very good bar and restaurant service. Despite its location, the hotel is in a quiet spot, affording great views across the sea.||Our room was well furnished, with a desk, a safe, a fridge and tea making facilites. Recently renovated- like the rest of the hotel- it had a good size bathroom with a walk in shower, both kept spotlessly clean. A large balcony, looking on to the sea, was perfect for evening drinks or an early morning cup of tea, looking at the sunrise. ||The front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful and we were very grateful to be allowed a very early check in (and free breakfast) on the day of our arrival. ||Breakfast is self service, plentiful and tasty, with scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, tomatoes, olives and cucumbers as well as traditional Greek pastries. ||A perfect place for families with young children. |

We stayed at the Eviana for 7 days in early May. We had a great time. The location is perfect for people with or without a car. It's located right in the town of Eretria which means that one could easily walk to the archaeological sites, beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. If you have a car the location offers free parking. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, approachable and helpful staff. The breakfast was superb. Because of the slow season during the week they would bring breakfast to the table instead of setting up a buffet. There was enough food to feed a football team. The rooms are huge. The only complaint there was that we constantly had to close our balcony door since cigarette smoke from the adjoining rooms/balconies would waft in. Too bad. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, fantastic location, beachfront, quiet, clean, five star breakfast, warm personnel, all you can ask for a perfect vacation. Mrs Anna, the owner all ways present and on top of things. The waitress at the beach beds, Ioanna, will take your order and serve you with a big smile. It is very cheap considering what it offers. I strongly recommend it!

Great little hotel with a nice Cafe and super restaurant right on the beachfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even when sometimes a little swamped. The owner is so dedicated and attendant she makes you feel special. The rooms are tidy and clean. The beach is great for kids, with shallow waters, that also allow grown ups to relax. The water gets deeper further out so they can also enjoy a good swim. The view is picturesque with islands in the gulf making it particularly "Greek".

Excellent hotel on the beachfront. Very close to the night life and yet very quiet. It offers ample parking and free five star breakfast. Free beach beds and a waitress eager to serve your order under your umbrella. Mrs Anna, the owner, always there to help and solve any problem. Very clean and with polite and experienced staff. By far the No1 hotel in Eretria!

Perfectly located right on the beach. The hotel is simple but has all you need. The breakfast is good. The hotels restaurant on the beach is also very good and offers a good variety of options. You can relax on the beach chairs the hotels has on the beach. The town is a 10 min walk away. The staff are kind and helpful. |

Good location, very close to the beach, enabling some nice walks in the morning or evening. Very nice small city, cozy and quiet. ||The personel is very helpful, we wanted a double bad room and they went with us to see different rooms to choose from. We have been offered in the end a very nice one with very beautiful sea view.||The breakfast is not fantastic and it can be improved. The same with the rooms, there are some basic elements missing. Otherwise clean and with good service.

The hotel is ideally situated across a small quiet road from a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea & coffee making facilities (kettle provided and a fridge. There is also free Wi Fi in the rooms and we were on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) and had a fantastic sea view. The staff are very helpful and welcoming especially Angeliki and Anna. Many thanks
