Great location, access to metro very close. Sadly our air-conditioning was broken in the room, not connected to the TV in room control. When discussed with reception they attempted getting fixed but this wasn't sorted. Couldn't move rooms as was apparently fully booked, we were offered breakfast but that was already included in our booking so no compensation given. We found the shower and toilet area lacked privacy, haven't experienced this type before, Would avoid it in the future. Some thing's definitely need to be private. Great variety for breakfast, didn't experience dinner here so can't comment on that. Gym facilities, pool, sauna etc were fine. Felt maintained and monitored, sadly not all guests could tidy up after themselves. Towels etc just left on the loungers. Overall great place to stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Evolution Lisboa. I really appreciate the innovative concept of the hotel the 24/7 service is incredibly convenient, especially for business travellers like myself. The fact that nothing ever really "closes" made it feel more like a modern, flexible living space than a traditional hotel. The SPA area was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the location in Praça Duque de Saldanha is ideal central, vibrant, and well connected. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. In general, a well-designed, smart, and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended!

Super nice hotel, nice area, good location, bed was comfortable, room has enough space, great table, just one problem - it’s a toilets inside the room, door from glass, so it’s can smell and you can see how someone sitting at toilet, it’s not comfortable, if it not bothering you, so it’s great place to stay. If It would be other toilets, we would come back in this hotel. But other things are perfect

Cool hotel, clean, comfy, good breakfast. But the surcharges applied to services are absolutely not ok. 166 Euro for laundry that cost 60 Euro, they left the laundry receipt on by mistake. 280 Euro for a three hour TuTuk tour that costs 180 Euro absolute maximum if booked direct. My mistake to use their services, they did communicate the prices, however I do expect a certain level of fairness and I didn’t have the time to research. The laundry bill was the most expensive I have ever seen, even in Paris or London. I will not recommend or return to that hotel or that brand. Nobody likes to be ripped off. However, that was the only negative thing about Lisbon. Great city.

This place is almost perfect. The location is absolutely perfect from the airport. It is a one train direct from the airport. The service was ok. Staffs could be more friendly. The room is very comfortable however there were many small issues. Our phone was not working. Our AC was not cold enough at all. On a hot day our room was very warm which was not great after walking in the sun and it wasn’t even summer for us when we went. The room key card socket to activate the electricity made electrical annoying noice all night the entire duration. If you are a light sleeper this would not be great. Also our safety deposit box was broken. The toilet and shower design was interesting. Let’s say you have to be quite close to your travelling companion otherwise this could be too much. The ground and first floor is a co working space with plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast is the best part. See photos. Also we love the sauna on the rooftop and the pool that opened 24 hours as well. This has potential to be the best stay.

The hotel is super close to the metro station, making it easy to get around. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center, which isn’t too bad since the metro is right next door. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They’ve got a 24 hour bar, gym, sauna, swimming pool, and co-working space, great for both business and leisure trips. The rooms have a modern design, but the only downside is that the door is a bit tricky to close.

Generic hotel, mostly for business trips. The corridors look like a mix between Kubrick’s Shining and 2001 Space Odyssey. The toilets in the room are incredibly awkward, glass tubes with crowded space and zero privacy. Breakfast was good!

We don't like the room design. Shower and toilet are very cramped. The cleanliness is not good. Small spider found in the shower. The carpet lacks vacuuming. Broken trash can and hair dryer. We won't go there again.
