I truly was scammed by this company. I will caution others that I had not signed a contract with them since 2020 and they charged me an arm and a leg to close my account with them after selling my business. Be aware that they “auto renew” your contract every year. You know it’s a scam business when they have to auto renew contracts. When I called to question them, they were not all on the same page and one was very rude. It’s sad that they had a loyal customer for 5 years and treated them like this just to close an account. If I reopen a business I will definitely be looking elsewhere and would recommend others do the same.

We are so glade we found Evolv. Their service is over the top and genuine. We have worked with several people in the company and their service is duplicated in quality with all their representatives. We are leaving this review because they ALL deserve it. But i do want to put out a special thank you to Sami for his help in keeping us up to date and getting us going. I will always recommend Evolv for your credit card processing and much more services they provide.

I called to report that the paper in the credit card machine was put in wrong and we didn't get a settlement report. Zeb answered and helped me with that. He was so very friendly and helpful. He emailed the report to our Office email, so our Doctor has the written report. Thank you Zeb, you're so awesome!

I wish I could give zero stars. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They charge you a minimum of $35 per month even if you don't have any sales, their rate is over 3%, and you better make sure you are PCI compliant. We tried to leave this company in December 2021, but apparently the paperwork either fell through the cracks on our end or their end and we have been paying for their services for 3.5 years! Yes, a competent CPA should have seen that we have been overpaying, but this company did not even offer any type of refund once the paperwork was finally completed. After 3.5 years, we should receive some form of refund. Apparently once you are through your initial contract (YES, they require a contract!), it will AUTOMATICALLY renew without warning for an additional 2 YEARS. I suggest you get out while you can! So disappointed in the business practices of this company. Will never do business again with them, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love working with Conci Yoder! She is by far the best Investigation Analyst I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Always sweet, courteous, timely, and incredibly knowledgeable. Evolv is very lucky to have her representing the company. Hats off to you, Conci—you're truly the best!

I was working with Zebulon to get my city up and running and he was great. The demo was informative and he was very thorough. I had some questions afterward and had to email him and he responded almost immediately.

Whitney, Zeb, and Lindsey were extremely helpful across the board in each of there specific roles, making everything go as smoothly as it could have gone. Thank you, each of you!! You were a joy to work with!

I want to give a shout out to Whitney Johnson. She was my point person through my product selection and then registration. She was very friendly, efficient and patient. She was good introduction to the program.
