Fantastic experience. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and an amazing service from the hosts. Thanks for a great stay. Two things to note: It's super central, so there might be a bit of noise from people passing the street but it wasn't too bad. The building is old, but nicely renovated; still there is no elevator.

If coming by car there is a huge dirt lot before the city gates with free parking. It was just a straight 7 min walk up to the hotel. There isn't nearby parking. There are no elevators here but when we buzzed to enter David ran down to greet us and helped carry our bags to our room. Our entire 3 weeks in Spain and Portugal and this was the best reception. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is tight. You can use the toilet while showering almost but it wasn't so bad. You cant flush toilet paper but you throw it in a trash can with no bag. That was new for us and I guess the pipes cant handle toilet paper and they dont want to waste bags. I feel bad for the person that has to dump out poop toilet paper. Overall a great experience.

The place was perfect for a visit to Evora.. Tim and Diana were so helpful from the moment we arrived from restaurant recommendations to how we could get to our next destination in Portugal (no easy task!!). Well appointed room, comfortable bed and nice shower, great value for money.

This small hotel is basically located on the Praça do Giraldo on Evora and is close to everything in the old city. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast at 5 euros is ok (there are coffee shops nearby). Staff is helpful and friendly. Drawbacks: there is some street noise in the rooms facing the square but not too bad, can’t flush toilet paper but this is common in the old part of town.

Very good location. Very clean and confortable. Staff friendly. ||2 problems: 1) due to the fact of being an old construction, the sound of other rooms reached our room. We need to request the other clients, politely. to stay silent. They did.||2) In my room, the bath area was too small. Also due to the old construction. ||But, in general, I recommend

The reception was very efficient and very friendly. Room was nice and large, with a good bad and a private bathroom. We stayed here on 2 occasions. Not the quietest of places. When sleeping with the window open, the street noise is bothersome. The advantage is that you are staying right in the centre of Evora, close to all places of interest. Parking can be found nearby on public parking spaces.

Although the hotel is very simple, I have nothing but good words. My wife and I had very pleasant stay there (one night). It is centrally located; the obvious downside is there is no parking area, so you have to park the car outside of the city wall perimeter (10 minutes walk from the hotel).||There is a big lounge at the reception area with couch and chairs to be used by guests. Coffee, tea, even port is available. ||I'd like to mention two staff persons: David and Diana who are amazing. ||Highly recommend to stay when visiting Evora

Room service, location and sympathy, 5 stars.
Rooms don't get de 5 stars because of the inaccessibility.
Service would have is 5 stars if there was the breakfasts.
The physical location, allowing car parking near, a place to load and unload the luggage and be near of all historic places, only could be a 5 star.
Congratulations.

Yelp
The hotel itself is a budget hotel... very small rooms and no frills, although the reception area is decorated very nicely...
The staff were excellent - supremely helpful and keen to offer any advice/recommendations... The location is fantastic (it really could not be better) but with being close to the central square, it can get a bit noisy, so make sure you bring earplugs unless you are a heavy sleeper...
If you are looking for a hotel with a fantastic location for a good price and are prepared for a bit of compromise, it is a great choice...
