The Excellence delivered. After Hurricane Melissa, the Excellence came roaring back serving the best hospitality and exceptional service. We were extremely appreciative of everyone returning to provide such hospitality during such a tough time recovering. The turn-around on the restoration and fresh lick of paint made the place feel like new. The service was world class. A special shout-out to the following: Shane, Restaurant Manager: Outstanding hospitality. Extremely warm with guests. Felt like VIP around Shane every time we passed. Dwayne, Lifeguard: Always gave a warm greeting whether you were walking past or at the jerk hut. Aaron: Understandably the choice to keep at Front of House to make great first impressions on the arrival tour. Still unforgettable to this day how charming and professional Aaron is. Richardo: Richardo looked after us at The Grill and Chez Isabelle and went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the services even when we were served by others on various nights. Anna-Kay: Anna-Kay provided an energetic boost every time we entered any restaurant and is worthy to be the hostess with the mostest. Nickeba was super attentive at Aroma and always remembered our Cortado coffee order We will most definitely return.

We just returned yesterday from a family trip to the Excellence Oyster Bay and it was WONDERFUL! I’ve been to several all inclusive and this - no doubt- was one of my favorite! The resort was in beautiful condition! Everyone we met, starting with our transportation from the airport, was genuinely welcoming and happy we were there! Tamayo was so endearing and in a few short days I will go so far to say…we made a new friend! We had so much fun with the entire entertainment crew! Rick ran a heck of a pool volleyball game! Tamayo got us in shape with aqua fitness! We even had class in the ocean one day! Sheldon and staff at The Grill made our last night dinner so enjoyable! The staff at the Lobster house were lovely! We were a group of 12 celebrating a 21st birthday, so we were a force! The roof top pool bar was probably our favorite spot! (there was a tall gentleman that served us at the pool on our last full day there and I don’t think I have his name but he was amazing!) We had a group of 12 traveling and everyone bent over backwards to make sure we were able to have meals together. Our service everywhere was fantastic, food great! Everton, Addick, and the team at the Lobster House, in particular. Everyone around the resort was hardworking, attentive, and a joy to be around. Rooms and views were top tier. Thank you so much! Edit: The entertainer, Tomato, made our stay! He made my family feel welcomed and part of the family. He’s authentically excited to be here. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Sheldon at the grill was a fantastic server. Always had full drinks and food was speedy and DELICIOUS.

This place deserves a full 5 Star Review! We were supposed to go somewhere but the hurricane changed our plans and both of us are so glad to have found this excellent spot. I wish I could remember the names of everyone on the staff who is top notch. Aside from being a very amazing server at Oregano, Addick offered to take some really special pictures of us that we were cherish.

This was an awesome experience. Everyone was so friendly, facility extremely clean and very lovely. We did Excellence Club and Brandon and Hayne were awesome at the Club beach area. We had an amazing time. There was little evidence of the hurricane on the resort. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We just got back from Excellence Oyster Bay (Dec. 27-Jan. 1) and had the most incredible time! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the resort was beautiful and we felt completely taken care of. So happy we kept our reservation and were able to experience Excellence Oyster Bay. Will definitely be back!

Excellence Oyster Bay is incredible. Without a doubt, the #1 resort in Jamaica. The best part of the whole place is the staff. From the room service to the bartenders to the entertainment team, the Excellence feels like a second home. Shoutout Tomayo, Jordanique (pineapple), and Martin for the laughs and music.

Even after the Hurricane, Excellence Oyster Bay excelled at their service! We had amazing food and drinks, awesome snorkeling experience with Captain Pete, and so much fun during the late night musical events! They are committed to making the resort back up to their high standards and we were happy to see how hard they were working on the last repairs and maintenance, you can tell they had been working so hard to get everything looking shipshape! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, we truly felt at home, which is the first thing they said to us when we arrived "welcome home"! We loved the special attention we got for our honeymoon and birthday too! We definitely will be back!
