Excellence Oyster Bay

This resort was amazing. Down to every little detail, Excellence Oyster Bay had it down. Every staff member I came across made me feel so welcomed and they all were so friendly and kind to myself and my group. As for some details, the food also exceeded my expectations for all inclusive food. Additionally, my partner and I went to gym and was amazed by how much they had. Fabian, a personal trainer at the gym, was amazing so if you ever stop by the gym, defiantly say hi to him. And of course, the beach was unbelievable with perfect cabanas and shaded lounge areas perfect for relaxing. We even got the chance to see some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Safe to say that this resort made me want not want to leave!

Chez Isabella. Excellent service. Atmosphere amazing. Felt like home. Food service perfect. Ashley was great server, Ryan is amazing manager, Tricia was very polite. Will be back wish I came here earlier. Went to spice for hibachi . It was amazing Theodore sang beautiful.

Just come and enjoy an experience that is EXCELLENT! We just finished dinner at Chez Isabelle and we were greeted and served like no other. Perfect service and an extraordinary meal. Special thanks to our server Ashley and Ryan the manager... please if you want an experience come here and allow them to show you what you have been missing... I have to add this - on our last night Ryan once again did a fantastic job, after we came down to the Sports Bar. We had the bestest staff - Melissia, Lamar, and Shayah. They gave us the best drinks and took car of us like we were celebrities. Great staff and very attentive... 10 out of 10 recommend...!!!

Our week has been absolutely amazing! Martin by the pool has been able to get the atmosphere going. He has been walking around checking on everyone to make sure fun is happening! Such an awesome guy who cares about the guests wants and needs. He even spoke to someone about getting more lively music for us by the pool which was what we thought was missing! Alex the butler has been 10/10, too! He has gone out of his way to come check on us all the time and make sure we are having fun and enjoying ourselves. So sweet!

My husband & I had the best time ever!! The entire staff made us feel like family!! We want to give shout out to CJ the DJ, Coco the entertainment manager, Shamoy & Hyana!! These employees went above & beyond to make our trip extra memorable!!

Brandon (concierge) + Hayne made our trip the absolute BEST!! They were so fun and so kind. Feels like we made lifetime friends with them. They really do make this place feel so special! Bike tour with pineapple 20/10! Loved!!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! This was by far the best vacation we have been on. All the staff were polite and attentive but Sherine at the excellence Club lounge was absolutely amazing. From great conversation and service to going above and beyond. Even singing happy birthday to my wife on her birthday. We did not leave with just memories but a new friend as well! We’re already in the process of booking our next trip to excellence oyster bay to see our new friend Sherine.

This was our 4th trip to Excellence Oyster Bay and our 10th trip to excellence resorts overall. We had the usual great transfer from Seasons followed by our champagne toast at reception. Racquel the guest services manager reached out personally and was available as needed (but everything was so good we didn't need much) Delisea was top notch at EC check in and she had an answer for every question and some we didnt even think to ask. Haynes and Brandon at the EC pool and beach were great hosts. Oraine did a great job of making the excellece club pool sparkle. Trashelle who had been our waitress before looked out for us for Magna breakfast and the meushli with fruit is a must have. Christopher at the martini bar knew just which drinks we needed. Magna was good, but the Salmon and Jumbo shrimp at Lobster house knocked our socks off with flavor. Special thanks to Coco Chanel, Martin, and Rick on the entertainment team at bracelet making and the hummingbird tour. Got a great pedicure from Talia, Megan did a great massage, Georgia was so patient and kind for a newbie facial customer, and Brittane was a big help during hydrotherapy. If you are on the fence about hydrotherapy do it and thank me later. We will be back in 2027!
