Excellence Punta Cana

My wife and I came with several friends for our one year wedding anniversary and had a great time! We met so many wonderful people, had good food, and enjoyed great drinks. The staff were so friendly and nice! Miguel was always happy to assist with anything we needed. Michael, Joy Boy, led great activities and made the trip so much fun! We’ll definitely be back to enjoy again!

We had a great experience at excellence! The staff is so nice and friendly! Make sure to say hi to Miguel as you arrive, he took our picture for us everyday and they’re amazing! The ocean is a rough but the beach is beautiful and they do a great job keeping it clean. All the restaurant staff are friendly and always helped us find something we liked. Our rooms were always clean and our private pool was cleaned daily. The main pools were never over crowded and they were well maintained also.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Excellence Punta Cana. During our seven nights stay the service from concierge, housekeeping, and food service was excellent in particular. We had a wonderful person attending us at the breakfast buffet, and the restaurants named Elizabeth. She was absolutely fantastic. She remembered our names, made us feel we were a part of her family, very comforting environment. We relaxed many days by the pool with consistently excellent bar service and snack service. Everyone was courteous and on point. Our check out with Jesus was quick and easy. As we waited for transportation, Jonathan kept us well-informed and comfortable. We will back very soon.

We had the most amazing stay!!! This property is breathtaking and the service is incredible. We will definitely be back! There were so many people who made our stay Excellent, but a few people who went far beyond any expectation for us: Esperanza, our Imperial Suite Concierge, made sure that we always had everything we needed and took care of everything for us. She is such an asset to Excellence Resorts and we appreciated her so much! Jose from the entertainment staff made us feel special and so included and made our trip so much fun! Francis at the Magna bar was so much fun, made us feel very special AND made incredible drinks! Louis, our server at Kitchen Table and Lobster House, made our meals special and fun! Miguel Angel called us by name every single time he saw us and was beyond welcoming. He made us feel at home and so cared for. Our beach waiter, Albert, was very kind and wonderful too! Thank you to all the amazing staff and we can’t wait to return soon! ♥️

The junior swim up suite in building 14 was the perfect location for us! Close enough to the restaurants and evening entertainment, but quiet and convenient.|The pool was just steps from our private patio and Sol Bar with the best bartender, Kendry, was just across the pool. We also really enjoyed hearing the ocean from our room and watching the moon over the waves. Service at all the restaurants was top-notch - Santa took wonderful care of us at breakfast each morning at The Kitchen Table. And Jose and Misael of the entertainment team kept us laughing throughout our vacation. Overall, our stay was the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

Miguel Angel was amazing! From checked in to checked out, all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. All the activities were so fun! My husband and I had a great experience. Excellent service overall. Definitely will be back!

We spent our honeymoon at Excellence Punta Cana, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. The beach, the views, the resort itself was all stunning. But what really made the experience so special was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We want to give a special shoutout to a few amazing people who stood out during our time there: Yefrey, Julio (Painting), Jose (Blade), Shaggy (Bernardino), Damirys, Alexandra, Jonathan Cabrera, and Elvis. Each of them brought something unique to our experience, whether it was a friendly conversation, great service, or just making us laugh and feel at home. Every day felt easy and relaxed, and we were constantly impressed by how thoughtful and attentive the team was. From mornings at the Kitchen Table to the pool and evening shows, we felt taken care of the entire time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Excellence Punta Cana, for making our honeymoon everything we hoped it would be and more!!!

Our stay at Excellence Resort in the Dominican Republic was overall a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding every restaurant offered a great variety of flavors, and the presentation and service were top-notch. The resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained, with stunning beach views that made every morning feel like paradise. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. That said, a few things could be improved. The nightlife was a bit underwhelming the nightclubs didn’t have much energy or variety, and some of the scheduled evening events didn’t end up taking place, which was disappointing. Despite that, the atmosphere, food, and beachside relaxation made it a memorable trip. If you’re looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway with great dining and scenery, this resort is a fantastic choice.
