The place is usually crowded due to its location near Shibuya Crossing. Despite that, the service is excellent. When I asked about the ingredients of a canelé cake, the staff member went out of her way to bring a booklet with detailed ingredients for all items and showed genuine care and attention. The coffee was good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cake was disappointing — very hard on the outside and not pleasant on the inside. A decent stop for coffee with outstanding service, but the desserts could be much better.

Place is super tiny, so it’s advised for you to not stay for too long as courtesy to the other patrons who are resting from their tiresome shibuya shopping spree. I got the matcha latte and pumpkin pound cake, both were ok but not lifechanging. Unlike most places, Theres plenty of charging stations here for your phone

Friendly staff and good drinks. I got a matcha latte and it was pretty good. Partner got coffee and liked it too. They also have breakfast options but we didn’t have any. Looks like a popular spot among local because we were the only tourist at the shop at the time!

Im here because i need a place for my urgent digital call. This is the only place i can find around me at the moment that has wifi and plugs. It’s quite difficult to find a place in tokyo that has electricity outlet and free wifi. Most restauran closed their power outlet. So if you but 1 drink, you can stay for 2 hours. They give you a card till when you can stay. So i had to buy drinks every 2 hours. Because it is crowded, toilet is not taken care. Music is not too loud but there are alot of people around you. Sooooo.. team calls may be a bit challanging. But it saved my improtant work call ❤️🩷☺️

Cremea ice cream is a must-try—honestly the best ice cream ever! Coffee is solid too. Otherwise, it feels like a typical coffee shop.

Upper mid by Japan standards, lower tier by Australian standards - still better than Starbucks. Ordered a latte and watched with interest, if management actually read these reviews - invest in some basic training, it will make your product better and not actually cost more. Empty the grinds immediately and wipe the portafilter clean with a cloth to remove any stale grinds. Flush water through your system. Not sure what the grind dose was - but appeared a bit low. Hand tamped - unknown what pressure. The extraction had a timer running, which stopped but kept going way past 35 seconds - hence over extracted. Steam wand not purged - any water in the system will go into the milk. Milk was ghosted and too hot, need to work on this step. Not enough air induced into the milk for a latte. Milk wand was not purged or cleaned afterwards - milk will build up on/in the wand. Work on these steps - turn an average coffee into a good one.

Cafe Mocha was quite good. The Carmel macchiato latte with almond taste. A good punch in the face drink in the morning. Our intention was Flippers, but will wait till they open. 10:30 for pancakes? The green 🍵 matcha was good quality according to our taste tester on matcha, at least we think. Anyway I liked my mocha. Even tasted better than my SBUX. As always, post wherever you intend to go and where you actually end up.

Place is nicely located abd the drinks tastes good aromatic. But. But too many people on laptops taking up more than 50% of the area. Its really a big NO for real users of the cafe taking a 30 min break, Came up and feel a no place to sit because of working people. I wonder How the company can sustain the cost of the place. Should only allow ONE table allowing tablets n notebooks. THANK YOU
