The room was spacious and essential but included all comforts: tiny kitchen with accessories, electric hob, sink, fridge, table with two chairs and microwave. There is no washing machine but you can hand wash and hang the clothes on the small rack that's on the balcony. Another good thing is that reception is open 24/7: our flight was delayed a lot and we arrived in the middle of the night, so that was really helpful! Supermarkets and all kinds of shops are available at walking distance. As a downside, cleaning can be definitely improved: floor and all surfaces were very dirty. Luckily we brought some cleaning products which came very useful as the cloth was brown after wiping the kitchen. Also, bear in mind the streets around the place are obviously quite busy all night, but keeping the windows shut is not ideal as the room smells of mould and moist.

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff went above and beyond with us. From the very first day, we received excellent treatment, especially from Alex, who not only gave us great tips to enjoy Ibiza but also offered friendly conversation and a real home-like feeling. I would totally recommend this hotel, especially if Alex is still around. Top-notch service!

Amazing long weekend stay! 2 minute walk to west end and great location for San Antonio as it’s a 5 minute walk from the egg. 2 taxi ranks close by although there is going to be a wait during peak times but you can just ask for a taxi to be ordered by reception! Shower was really nice and had good pressure! Our bathroom sink wasn’t working properly it took a long time to drain. Our towels and rooms were not regularly cleaned unless we put the sign up but not a huge issue as we were only there for 4 nights! The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming every time we saw them. The fridge was nice and cold too which I’ve had issues with in the past at other aparthotels. Aircon worked perfectly fine! Definitely choose room with a balcony though especially if you’re here in summer! We didn’t have much or any noise pollution considering the location! I wouldn’t usually consider hotels with this star rating but it was great I would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future! Cheap Cheerful and had everything you need! I was able to store my luggage for free after checkout and then come back and use their lovely private shower room to repack and freshen up before my nighttime flight.

1 minute walk from the west end strip and 8 minutes from the bus station. The hotel was spotless as were the rooms. They had usb/usb-c plugs at the side of the bed. A full kitchen with utensils, washing up liquid ect. The noise from outside is quite loud but it didn't disturb us (clubbing noise/people coming into the hotel) There was on going roadworks eitherside of the hotel but they didnt start work until 8am which didnt bother us. The hotel were happy to store our luggage and we used the courtesy room to shower and freshen up, again this was spotless and very modern in design. The reception staff member we had interactions with were very polite. Huge bonus of this hotel is the things available for rent and the use of a sistering hotel you could access their pool and bar. Overall we had a lovely 3 night stay and found the hotel to be extremely great value for money!

We got stranded in San Antonio when the floods happened and had to check into a hotel they had one room left and were so accommodating last minute . The guy on reception was great after a traumatic start to our holiday we were so pleasantly surprised on location and the room was perfect we even had a sea view !! Thanks for saving us in times of need much appreciated……

Location, Rooms and service was fantastic. Alex on reception was fantastic, with recommendations on where to go (and not go) and just a nice chat every evening!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are clean, have enough space and the beds are comfortable. Power outlets at both sides of the bed. The front desk is always manned (or womaned) and they are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the noise from the nearby clubs. It's not very loud, but the hum and bass are audible through the windows. Being a deep sleeper or earplugs will make it a non-issue. This place is in the centre of the whole San Antonio, and everything is walkable. There is a big free parking lot only a few minutes from the building.

The property consists of a 24/7 reception with very lovely and helpful receptionist staff and also, the cleaning team are really nice and provide fresh towels, bed linens and utilities on demand! The hostel room is modern, clean and well equipped and has electricity plugs on both sides of the bed and comfortable beds. There is also a huge free parking down the road from the hotel. Unfortunately though, the hotel is located in the worst area/neighborhood of the whole island. Would love to visit again!
