I stayed here this past week as a family of four with two young children. Pros: Location, location, location Perfectly located close to everything Seattle Do the Valet - it’s not much more expensive than parking next door but so much safer and super convenient. I’m very grateful for my valet saving me some steps this week. Price points - I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. I will definitely come back. I also got the breakfast package which was delicious. The coffee was so good, the breakfast sandwich was yummy, and the parfait was generous.

The best thing about this Hotel is its location. Access to the elevator is down 6 steep stairs, which is very awkward with luggage. Fresh towels/linen are provided every other day. I was there 4 nights, nothing. The coffee maker is on a shelf which requires you to remove the coffee maker to fill it and make coffee. I would recommend staying 1 or 2 days at the most if there are no other affordable options.

If you’re walking to this hotel from the light rail or the pier, be wary of the steep uphill incline you’ll have to climb up to get there. This hotel rests on a steep slope, a pretty busy street with a bus stop directly across as well as the public library. It does have a convenient location from the pier and pike place, being around a mile or so walk. Check in and check out is self serve, although they do have a front desk receptionist to assist you if need be. The hotel unfortunately is not very handicap friendly, as you will have to go up and down stairs before reaching an elevator. The rooms were a bit small, but perfect for what my family needed, which was simply a place to rest and someplace near all the attractions and the light rail. Our room had black out curtains and probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever laid in a hotel. It was a bit noisy at times due to the heavy traffic area, but it’s to be expected when you vacation in the city. They do have a small cafe downstairs too, as they do not provide free continental breakfast. Overall, a very nice hotel despite lacking a few amenities like other hotels. But it was worth the comfort and customer service for the price we paid, it was a steal.

I had visited this hotel with my family in first week of July and i was disappointed.|Pros:|1. Good location|2. Reasonable Price||Cons:|1. I have booked one room with two beds. The room was very small and not possible to move around.|2. The air-conditioning was not working, even after requesting the front desk it was not fixed. Was difficult to sleep at night.|3. Television in room has only two channels. Can not see any other channels.||The staff was friendly. |I would not suggest this hotel, especially if you are going with family vacation.

I am posting this after waiting several days for management to address the issue, or at least RESPOND to my email regarding bed bugs. I have bed bug bites after staying at this hotel. Not only did my friend also get them, but now my husband - who wasn't on the trip - has them, meaning they tagged along with me home to Canada. I emailed the hotel as soon as I noticed with no response. I followed up two days later. Now that my husband has the bites, I am getting extremely impatient regarding their lack of response. I was kind and polite in my email and am aware that bed bugs exist and can be in any hotel, anywhere. This is the first time this has happened to me, however, so you can imagine my panic. While the hotel was not luxury, my stay was fine besides this issue due to the good value. It is old and run down, but the AC and water worked. All I really needed was a place to sleep, which is what I got, plus bed bugs. At this point, since I have been ignored repeatedly, I am leaving this negative review and will be filing a chargeback on my credit card. If anyone is curious, my room was 312. Edit: - The hotel only responded once I left this review (to this review mind you, not to my emails) - They are still ignoring my email regarding the damage deposit that was never removed from my card ($172CAD) despite no damage or notification of damage, from our hotel stay at the very beginning of the month.

Very low quality hotel for the price. The bathrooms are very poorly designed and you can barely fit in them. Which is mostly a design issue not even a space issue. Everything costs more than you expect. They overcommunicate and under deliver. No fresh air source in the room so the air feels dank. Check in pointed me straight to a computer to check in, which didn't even work so they had to do it in person anyway. Parking is the opposite side of the block. Overall just a very expensive hotel for what it actually is.

Google
good hotel for a night or 2. Rooms are small and bed is on the hard side. Bathrooms are awkward size as well. Service is great, checked in early no extra fee and valeted my car too!

Google
Great hotel at a great price. Most of the staff was GREAT but the night/early morning guy was not very helpful at all. He had to check out at 330am and the staff told me at call the front and they would bring up the luggage cart to get our bags and when I called the person said oh he's busy you have to come get it yourself. Also asked for a 3am wake up call and that didn't happen. Besides that we like the hotel. Despite the negative we would stay here again.

Yelp
For starters the $54 valet fee is outrageous compared to other sites. On top of that driver expecting a tip after paying $54 I think that is absurd. Second, the breakfast that you include are horrible. The breakfast bagel, for example, is completely soggy and cold. I highly recommend that you toast the bagel first cook the ingredients and heat them up separately and then put them on the bagel I give three out of five stars because the state itself was actually pretty nice but when you get up in the morning and have a crappy breakfast that kinda sets the tone for your day

Yelp
Check in was easy and staff "seemed" helpful. Unfortunately, once we settled in our room after walking around, the city, discovered that the television was not fully operational. Only had reception for 4 channels and quality was poor with constant pixelation. Reported issue to the front desk, and was told they would have a maintenance person come to room and try to address TV issue. Unfortunately, after waiting a while, I called front desk again only to be told that the maintenance person had gone, home ill. They did offer compensation of moving us to another room which we declined and they did offer complementary breakfast (coffee & and muffin) The next morning, I followed up with the front office to see if they could address the television issue and was told that they did not have any maintenance people working today so NO .... TV issue would NOT be fixed. Again they offered to move us to another room but this would be too much of an inconvenience for us. Let me add that safe in room didn't work nor did one of the lamps on nightstand. Seems like we just got a "broken room" that SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN available for guests. Location is good but won't be returning to this hotel on next visit to Seattle. Will upgrade to a hotel where amenities are more reliable.

Yelp
We stayed July 23, 2025. Upon checking in we found our t.v. did not work. We called the front desk. No one picked up. After several attempts we put the a/c on 65 and as we were leaving for dinner we went to the front desk to ask about the tv. We were told he would have maintenance check. Two hours later we returned. We discovered the a/c did not work. The room had not cooled. The tv still didnt work and also the fridge did not work. The front desk would not offer any assistance. Gave me the GMs business card. Front des REFUSED to make the call to see what could be offered. The front desk was RUDE and DISMISSIVE. The hallway carpet is filthy. There is no available outlet for the phone or computer where the desk is. 100% do not recommend.

心

Yelp
I left a USB drive in my room. The hotel confirmed they had it and, on June 28 2025, asked me to email a prepaid FedEx label, which I sent the same day. Over the next 13 days, I had to follow up repeatedly. Staff first said "waiting for pickup," then "already dropped off," yet FedEx still shows no record of receiving the package. When I politely asked for a drop-off receipt or the exact location, I was told I was contacting them too often. The only positive is the convenient location. Everything else--communication, accountability, and basic customer service for lost-and-found--was disappointing. Travelers who may need assistance with forgotten items should be prepared for delays and frustration.

Yelp
Great location for exploring Seattle - short walk to Pike Place, Pier 57, and Capitol Hill. This was the main reason we booked rooms here, and it worked out perfectly. Rooms are nice - beds are comfortable, there's a small refrigerator, and a TV. They don't provide much shampoo so best to bring your own. If you want a view, make sure to request one - our view was of a wall. There's no parking lot, so you can try for self-parking or to pay for a lot. But for the amount of work or how much you'd pay for that, easier for them to valet your car (It was like $45/night). They have their own private lot down the street, and they can return your car whenever it's needed. We had to leave at 4am, and it was no trouble getting our car. Service was good, and everyone was nice and helpful. Great central location for Seattle.

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel the 9th and 10th of November. We had a show to go to and it was convenient. We could walk to the show and we could also walk down to Pike Street Market. The lobby was welcoming and there was a little cafe, bar connected. The lobby is very small so it does not take long to fill it up. Valet parking was 45$ a night. If you self parked (in a different place) it was less. The young woman with very long blonde hair was very helpful. We were on the 2nd floor. The room was small but was clean and doable. It had been remodeled. The bathroom was very small with a tub/shower and a tiny, very low to the ground, toilet. The tub had a pretty high edge to climb over and there were no bars to hang onto (could be important for seniors). I never looked in the tub until the next morning. Personally I would have made this bathroom a shower only (walk-in). Would have allowed a lot more room there. We both slept well that first night despite all the sirens (they must be on an emergency response pathway). They did provide earplugs..guessing that is why. But we slept thru any noise. The beds were very comfortable. When I got up to shower on Sunday morning the tub bottom had a bunch of dry black stuff in it. It ran from the drain to the back of the tub. I had to clean it out before I could use the shower. There was barely room for the toilet paper...on one side of the toilet was the connecting wall and on the other side was the sink and cabinet (one on top of the other and quite small). The toilet paper was down on the wall side and you had to reach back to even reach it. We finally took it off the rack and left it on the floor where we could reach it. I would have used the sink but no place reachable to leave it. Only sink "shelf" was back of sick by water faucet. That night we stopped at the cafe/bar to have a drink during their happy hour. They have happy hour 7 days a week. I asked for a margarita and my husband got a beer. When I got my drink it had mint in it. I thought that was pretty strange but just took it upstairs along with the rest of my stuff. The young lady in the cafe was super friendly and nice but I am not sure she knew how to make a margarita. It was more like a mojito/margarita mix. I don't like mint in my drinks and this was no different. Left me scratching my head. She was so nice to us and working by herself. They do have some sandwich options, coffee, pastries. Their cookie selection was post dates. The next morning we went down to check out 7-AM-ish. The valet went to get our car. No problems with that. Behind the desk was an older woman and the gal with long blonde hair. My husband said we were ready to check out and the older woman sent us to the kiosk to do it (there were like two or three of them). We couldn't get it to work so she said try again. We did. Still no go. So she had us come to her desk where she did it. She could have done it in the first place but she acted like it was a major inconvenience. I showed both ladies the pictures of my dirty tub and all I got was a shoulder shrub and a "sorry". No other words. The blonde apologized "for our inconvenience" but the other lady could have cared less. At least that was the attitude we both got from her. Pros: Price was a lot better than many of the hotels in the area. Room was clean with the exception of the dirty tub. Was super convenient to our walk to Town Hall and to the Pike Street Market area. We never used our car once. I have to say that the young lady in the cafe and the car valet's were some of the friendliest people we talked to on the whole trip. Con: The lack of response about our tub...I could have called (on a Sunday AM) and someone might have come but I didn't want to wait or go thru that hassle. The attitude of the older woman behind the lobby desk when we went to check out. The small size of the toilet area (just enough room to sit but a tight corner). And the high step into the shower. Not safe. I would have put this hotel on my list of "return to" but because of the negativity and the bathroom would not.

Yelp
By far one of the coziest and friendliest boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff is out of this world, feels like home. We have extended our stay from 1 night until the end of our vacation. Parking is perfect with zero fees unlike all the rest who charge $60-$100 each day. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in the Heart of Downtown Seattle!!

Yelp
Update After I returned to California The bed bug followed me Although I was keen to wash everything That was a pretty gross experience It took me weeks to get rid of the bed bug that followed me And I thought the smell of homeless urine seeping through the bathroom wall and bathroom floor was bad enough Not to mention not getting much sleep due to someone having prostitutes over for two nights in a row

Yelp
Bathroom is old, small, and dim. Shower fixture was falling out of the wall. Not a nice room and very noisy

Yelp
Overall, the only redeeming factor about this place is its proximity to Pike Place and downtown. That being said, this place is terrible for the hefty pricepoint. Upon arrival, you check in using a self service iPad kiosk (front desk workers don't interact with you in any way) which is kind of strange. The rooms are tiny and very dated. There's pretty much no AC or heating that you can control because the hotel turns it on/off after Oct 1, making the rooms hot and humid. Daily housekeeping is also $45/day, which is absurd considering it's not communicated anywhere on the listing or website. For a place the prides itself on being a luxury boutique hotel, you'd think this basic service is included. The bedsheets also had holes in them (seriously?) and the toilets absolutely do not flush. I don't know if it's because they're trying to conserve water or it's an old building, but do better.

Yelp
This has been a pretty frustrating experience, some pros and cons First pros, the two gals at the front desk were very sweet and helpful with recommendations and figuring out where to eat, tourist etc. Second cons- - the signage in the front is very misleading. It shows that parking is $45 from check in to check out, but then when we came in they said it was per night- this is super confusing - we came back the second day and the room hadn't been cleaned, so we called in and asked if we put up the don't disturb sign and we didn't. Then put us on hold and then said that they don't clean unless requested. This is so strange as if there was a sign or communication that says they are ecofriendly and to call in, that would be understandable but they responded not so nicely and said all hotels are different. We asked for some kind of compensation and they offered coffee which really doesn't feel right as we don't drink coffee. And also why would they ask if we put up the sign if this was such an obvious policy? All very strange and the communication wasn't very friendly.

Yelp
Pros to this hotel are its location and friendly staff. Now on to the nightmare. We stayed here 4 nights in October and we were miserable. They did not have a working A/C, so the first night we slept with the window open but it was still too warm. And since we had the window open light from the outside came in and the dumpster trucks and sirens were that much louder. The next day we asked if there was anything they could do, and all we got was a portable rotating fan. They did not offer a refund or anything else. This fan allowed us to close the window at night, but the room was still too warm. After our first day there we came back to our room not having been cleaned. We asked the front desk if they had skipped our room, but they let us know they only clean rooms every other day. We asked if someone could come and take our trash and give us clean towels. Lastly, online it says they provide breakfast, BUT they do not have a kitchen. So the only breakfast that was provided was water, coffee, and granola bars. Overall terrible experience at this hotel. I would recommend you spend the extra money on another hotel close by.

Yelp
It's a fair price for a nights stay. It is cheaper than most places around here. Bed was comfortable for me, the 3 other people I was with disagreed. Room is pretty small. Tub drained slow . They have a rain shower head, but no water pressure. The room has a funny smell and the other people I was with had allergies that were acting up. There's a small gym that has the basics of what you need for a workout. Free coffee and the staff is very friendly.

Yelp
My friend and I stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights, Tues-Thurs a few weeks ago for our quick girls trip. Each night was about $200+, and we had a room on the 4th floor. Single queen room. Pros: - VERY central and convenient location - walkable to downtown Seattle and Pike's Place, we did not need to rent a car. In fact it was so central that ubers would come in 0-1 mins and be outside waiting before we were even ready, and uber prices to close by restaurants in this area go for ~$10 at all times of day. - complimentary wine tasting hour from 5-6pm every Monday to Friday - we happened to be around at this time and it was actually really fun (in the upstairs area) - there's couches and you get to taste a white, rose, and red, and the pours were pretty generous. - The room is very simple, but there's a fridge, 2 waterbottles daily, outlets in all the right places, and room service was very helpful in replenishing supplies. - Decently safe/secure. You need a keycard to use the elevator up, and the front desk people seem pretty attentive. - Very fast check in and check out process. - The room was a good temperature - Really good water pressure in the shower Cons: - the sink is very shallow so it can be easily splashy if you accidentally turn the water pressure on too much - the tub was really high (or maybe I'm really short??) and I would often catch my foot trying to get into the tub - I looked back at my booking later and realized I actually booked a DOUBLE queen room, not a single ! But I will say this is on me because I didn't notice until after we left so I didn't ask for this to be fixed. - Weirdly the toilet paper is a very far reach from where you're sitting on the toilet. - Really bad wifi, we ended up not even utilizing it because it was so slow - Not really ADA accessible - you have to use stairs to get to the elevator - Appreciated that the TV had all the good cable channels TLDR: DO YOUR RESEARCH. This hotel is a GREAT location if you're trying to eat a lot of omakase, don't plan on bringing a car, and if you're going to mostly spend your time out of the hotel. Biggest plus is efficiency and location, which was exactly what we were looking for. Other than the bed mixup, overall we had a really solid stay.

Simon H.

Yelp
For starters, you check in at a kiosk without speaking to anyone. No greeting or personal touch. The room was small and not as advertised. There is a lack of closet or storage space. They valet parking attendant was slumoed over sleeping at his stand up kiosk at 645 am. For the price this place is a dump.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place soooooooo much since it appeared on deltas hotel site to get miles. But....I think the bad reviews are more than likely there for a reason. The miscommunication starts almost instantly with your reservation. You receive texts and emails having to fill out forms and send photos of your ID (which in general I absolutely despise because this makes you low hanging fruit for theft) and told to download an app to have access to your room keys because they're trying to be environmentally friendly. You definitely get keys. We went out to eat and I came back to ask the front desk if a late checkout would be available. As our Amtrak had arrived late and we missed a flight and wouldn't be flying out until 11pm the next night, and wanted to have a room for as long as possible. I was told until noon would be free and 4pm would be a $20 charge. I happily agreed and handed over my room keys to be rekeyed until 4pm. I was also assured there was a note in the system for both housekeeping and the front desk, so that we could relax after a super stressful day. As you're probably guessing from the time of this review, none of this ended up being true. Housekeeping started banging on the door well before 11 and the front desk called. Not only waking me up from much needed sleep but then to act like the late check out might not be available...and then THE PRICE TRIPLED. I worked for a hotel for years and if this had happened and the miscommunication was our fault, we would have ate the cost. Housekeeping was waiting at the door before 4pm and made it clear how unhappy they were about us being there, even talking about how they might record us leaving house later than 4 to make a point. Not to mention, the keys stopped working exactly at 11. Upon bringing up the triple prince increase the woman at the front desk the afternoon of checkout went from saying she'd get a manager to then saying she'd mention it to them sometime. Didn't offer an email, extension, nothing to get in contact with the manager. Basically told me it was my fault for thinking this would be the cost. I have yet to hear from anyone from the property or brand. I recommend highly documenting anything if you stay here and get it in writing. I'd only recommend staying here if you're in town for a single night to board a cruise ship. There are plenty of options with updated/larger rooms with better trained staff. Won't ever step foot in another executive hotel ever again in my life. I'd rather sleep in a rental car. I don't have a lot of faith in about getting my incidental charge back in a timely manner.

Yelp
In addition to being conveniently located near the attraction, I thought the price and customer service were above average. Guests are drawn to the hotel by a couple of the pleasant bars and eateries that are within half a mile. However, I was let down by how unclean the restroom and shower were. It water pooled in the tub on the very first night. My disastrous decision to remove the drain stopper in one fell gulp the following night, was a major oversight. Nothing short of a nightmare. It was too scary to bathe there due of the scent and what I observed. The cleaning crew should incorporate this into their cleaning routine to increase customer satisfaction.

Yelp
LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ON THIS ONE, I sure wish I would have but I thought oh it cant be that bad. I WAS WRONG. The front desk staff is awful, not nice and not helpful. Once we got to our room the thick, hot, musty air almost stopped us in our tracks. Straight to the air unit we went and put that on high. Hot air blasted us for minutes before we found a card set aside that said in an effort to "go green" they switch from a/c to heat on October 1st. For your comfort, you have an operable window to enjoy cold air. The window opened a total of 2 inches and RIGHT BELOW THE WINDOW in a courtyard was a number of industrial size heat blowers swirling around dirty, cigarette laced air right up into our 2 inch window gap. Nice. There is visible black mold, not only in the bathroom (which is a whole 'nother issue all on its own -- i will get to that in a min) but on the walls of the room. If you have any sort of asthma or allergies, this is not the place for you. The bathroom. The bathroom. More like a toilet closet. Clean, aside from the black mold but no room to wipe your ass. We tried to cancel our second night as soon as we got into the room and felt like we were at the Hotel California but we were told we would still be charged the full one nights stay. We decided to go another route and cancel through our credit card company who in turn tried to call the hotel for one hour. When they did get through they were hung up on repeatedly or placed on hold and never came back to the phone. Luckily this was enough for the rep to realize I was right and this place is trash.

Yelp
So the manager, Sandra, was amazing! I thought the 3 stars were wrong, and they ARE! Outside you can miss the hotel entrance completely if you're not careful. It's centered right near all the major hotels. The lobby is welcoming, and the staff are nice and accommodating. Traveling from out of state for our anniversary trip, they made sure our stay was as carefree as possible. They checked our luggage in since we arrived a few hours early before the check-in time. Once we came back, we walked into our room. The 8th floor, corner room, great view, and all the rose petals and champagne and chocolates. The romance package was amazing, and i would pay for that upgrade every time! The room itself was tiny, but the bed was so comfortable, there's a nice sized tv, and the bathroom you could tell was really deep cleaned. They also had robes for use in the room, iron, hair dryer, a mini fridge, and access to level 2, which had a gym and a lounge. The lounge had 2 tvs, sodas, chips, a keurig, and fresh fruit. This was definitely a good stop right before we went out to grab a soda to go. The bathroom is small, but the tub is surprisingly spacious. The amount of hot baths I took in two days probably shouldn't have been so many lol but that water got hotter than hot, and after all the walking in Seattle you're going to want to dip in hot water. So it seems that half the complaints are from the non-existent continental breakfast, but they agreeably do wine night, 5 nights a week for an hour! The general manager was very accommodating too, we attended wine night. Had some great local wine. Well after she heard about our hotels(dot)com experience with booking then the website canceling my reservation she hard is her card and said she would match the online rate and even offered us a late checkout complimentary since our flight wasn't until late at night. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. The level of kindness and service was unmatched, and we felt safe and welcomed here. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Yelp
The Executive Pacific Hotel, used to be my go-to hotel whenever I came up to Seattle to visit friends or family - multiple times a year over a forty year period. but my experience in March 2024, forced me to look elsewhere. I had made my reservation in two-three weeks ahead of time and was all set. The day before inwas scheduled to arrive - I received an email - demanding a photocopy of my credit card and drivers license in order to check in to the Executive Pacific. I am a victim of the theft and misuse of my personal data by PayPal, and don't feel comfortable emailing my personal documents. My emails to the contact listed in their Reservations Department asking for clarification went unanswered So I stayed someplace else........that I really enjoyed, and which actually offers both a live 24/7 front desk staff- and an in-house restaurant. Now, I have a new go-to hotel on my visits to Seattle ( 4 planned for the rest of 2024).

Yelp
We had a wonderful night in this perfectly located hotel in downtown Seattle. Our room was quiet, nicely furnished. And well maintained. We didn't partake in the wine offering in the evening, but sounded like folks were having a good time. Originally built in 1928 and right next to the Seattle Public Library.

Yelp
I cannot believe I did not check the reviews for this place here on Yelp and only looked at Booking. This place STINKS. Queen bed my ass, it's a tiny twin, you can tell by the fact that after one roll you are out of the bed, and by the huge empty space on the bed frame from where the mattress ends to the nightstand. The bathroom is for tiny people, sitting down on the toilet my legs are cramped in the wall. Oh you wanna flush, put down the lid first cause that's the only way you can reach the button. Oh, you have some toiletries you'd like in the bathroom? Jokes on you there ain't any space. You expect all 3 lights to work in the bathroom? Ha.. Parking is $41 per night which is such hot garbage. Oh, and be ready to hear EVERYTHING from the outside at night. I would give this place -100 starts, what a fool I've been booking this.

Yelp
The Executive Hotel Pacific is another review that's has been long over do,this hotel is location in downtown Seattle Wa We stayed here for a few days because of the price & location plus their walking distance pretty much accessible to numerous restaurants clubs, Seattle"huge"public library plus pike market place. Checking in here was a breeze plus the front desk staff was very kind and helpful with a great deal of info. When you leave the front desk to go to your room there are some stairs you must navigator down with all your luggage to get to the elevator to get to your room I wonder who every thought this was a good ideal. The room was small but clean and comfortable, the counter space in the bathroom was poorly designed there is no space at all. Every evening on the mezzanine floor from 5pm to 6pm there is a complimentary wine tasting happy hour.

Yelp
We walked into our hotel room with AC issues. Front desk was called for support and the front desk guy comes up. He looks at the AC for 3 minutes and says "i'm just going to open the window and if it gets too cold just close it." What kind of customer service is that?

My car was parked in valet and in the morning the battery was dead. Juan the valet guy was great and jumped my car. When I called the hotel after replacing the battery they took no responsibility and wouldn't even comp the valet price. Im not the one who parked my car! It was just at the dealership and checked, no battery problem than

Yelp
Did not read reviews before Booking.com stay and honestly glad we did not or we may have missed out on a wonderful hotel with amazing staff, super comfortable beds and all around wonderful vibe . We arrived an hour before check in but the women at the front desk was so friendly did not even mention we were early and got us checked in within minutes . We had a really nice room on the 6th floor . The beds were super comfortable , the room was very clean and yes I even checked for dust on light bulbs old habit from once working in cleaning crew at a 5 star resort back in the 1990s, this room was clean and smelled fresh . If they had an option to buy the pillows would have so comfortable . I now have seen reviews where people mention how small bathroom is one even saying no room to wipe your ass? I weigh a good 260lbs had no issues fitting in toilet or wiping my bum so people probably should stop exaggerating ! It was a small bathroom indeed it is an older downtown building from almost 100 years ago but there was plenty of room to use toilet correctly and comfortably , the bath/ shower was normal size so unless planning on holding a dance party in the bathroom everyone should fit just fine . I never heard any of the other rooms and we stayed in A Friday and Saturday night so another issue I read about thin walls ? There was no issue with noises , yes you are downtown Seattle so there will be some street noise in an old building which actually we enjoyed sounds of the city and when we did not want to hear we turned on the fan for heater ( heater worked amazing btw) and instant could no longer hear street noises . The window also opens slightly if you desire fresh air . There was no microwave in room but if wanted they will bring one up to you . I called down for couple more coffee pods on day 2 since we chose not to have our room cleaned and within minutes a friendly staff member was at our door with a huge smile and a bag of several coffee pods / sugars all the coffee fixings . Location was amazing , if you walk down 4th street and wait til reach Pike before walking down to the market and use same way back it's a simple walk with only about a block uphill back to hotel rest of walk pretty flat . We also walked back from the Climate Arena to the hotel could have chose a taxi but we had left the Madonna Concert and walked with others . There were a few homeless around during our walk but most cities have homeless none bothered us in our walk . Also being a smoker I left the room several times in the late hours to step out and have a cigarette , there was no homeless near hotel and I felt safe . Right across from hotel entrance also is the Seattle Library . As for Parking , yes they charge $45 a night , it's downtown Seattle , you can look online there is parking garages nearby that charge about same price and usually are all booked up . They clearly state in their website parking is $45 so seeing people complain that they are staying in downtown Seattle and omg had to lay for parking is ridiculous . Thank you Executive Hotel for an amazing stay we will be back

Yelp
The Hotel is secure and safe in my opinion and loved the decor. It had a easy going feel as this was a weekend getaway and the location made it easy to walk around the area without feeling backwards or lost. The room we stayed in faced the library so not the best view, but very nice for just a place to sleep and rest from hiking up the streets (Seattle was built on mountains) - we wasn't ready . Overall the front desk staff was very helpful and very friendly - thanks to all of them!

Yelp
False advertising by the parent company. Terrible hotel, don't stay here unless it's your only option. I have never written a yelp review and created an account specifically to be able to warn people about this hotel company. We booked our room on their website which offers various packages, but none of which actually exist when you get to the hotel. We booked the "Game Night" package that came with "complimentary parking and two craft beers." I didn't get a confirmation email after booking it so took a screenshot of the reservation. Then I called the hotel to make sure my reservation was good, and I asked them about the complimentary parking and if we just pull up in front etc, and was told yes just pull up front and they can valet it for us. They also said they would resend the email, none of that happened. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no valet, we go inside to learn that the front desk staff has no idea about a game night package and there is no parking available and sadly no craft brew to be found either. The staff looked at me like I was a crazy person even when I pulled up the screen shot of the reservation with the details of the package (because the email mysteriously was missing still and without the screen shot there was allegedly no proof I had purchased this package and apparently I just paid a higher rate for the room for funsies) and then went to their website and showed him I could book it again online right now. The package was more expensive than the regular rate and we still had to park offsite for an additional $45. The guy said he would "make a note" so that when we check out they would take off the cost of parking... Once in the room we quickly learned that it did not look like the pictures online, it smelled bad (stale smoke smell), the window was broken and wouldn't close all the way, the shower head was coming off the wall and leaked loudly, the sink plug was broken, and the room was just generally gross. We were told we could not change rooms. Upon checkout in the morning, there was no note about the parking. We had to go through the whole explanation about the package again and the lady working this time had to call someone else to be able to at least discount us for the parking (they gave us $37 back but the off-site parking cost $45). The lady explained that they cannot get their parent company to change the website and they have to deal with angry people frequently because of the false advertising. The owners of Executive Hotels and Resorts are ripping off comsumers and setting up the staff for failure. I award this hotel company negative stars, the first front desk guy 0 stars, and the second front desk lady 1 star for at least explaining that they know the website is false advertising and they can't get them to change it.

Yelp
Very nice staff and the room was as expected. It was close to the stadiums and water front.

Yelp
This is not a great place lol the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was so small you have to shimmy into the corner to shut the door. The first room I got into had something stained all over the bed sheets. Not sure if it was blood or caca ‍. The lock on the door was broken, the shower head wasn't even fully installed in the shower. The vent in the shower was disgusting. The towel rack is INSIDE the shower.... Because who doesn't like a fresh moist towel after a minimally hot shower??? The hotel staff is incredibly rude and pretty lazy. The housekeepers here will literally kick you off an elevator or refuse to let you on if they are using it, even if there is plenty of space..... this is a pretty miserable place to stay. Do not trust the photos. Those are staged rooms. Do not stay here! Please save yourself the trouble, just pay a little more for something nicer.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this hotel because it was affordable and close to everything. However to our surprise this hotel definitely had issues! First off parking had to be at a separate parking garage even though they advertise they have parking space, I know its downtown Seattle so don't expect much but they should have been more clear on their booking site. The beddings had stains and we were told third party washes them so its out of their control. Next issue is that the room we were put on had drainage issues, it can't stand a long shower and it fills up the bath tub, so the only solution was to transfer to another room and this all happened at 10pm-11pm in the evening. Pick another hotel I would say.

Yelp
One-star rating is too good for the Executive Hotel Pacific. Firstly, several clarifications need to be made: (1) This is not a Hotel, it is closer to a run-down hostel or 1970's-NYC-styles boarding or SRO (single room occupancy) "residence." (2) COVID-wise: They may require masks upon entering but that is as far as the building goes to maintain their guests' well being. It is rated on several sites as a "3 to 4 star Hotel." You need to READ this and other reviews so you will expect to spend money and receive nothing in return. The BASICS: The building itself looks unattended to (brickwork needs massive cleaning) and the neon sign speaks of failing depression-era opulence gone awry. To get to the elevators you must go down a series of fairly steep steps, there is nobody there to help you. Speaking to the sole person behind the desk, will leave you without a hint of satisfaction. Bringing fairly-laden luggage to the elevators is a major hassle. My hallway on floor 6 was wreaking of heavy pot smoke which became detectable as the elevator cab past the 4th floor on upwards. Most of the rooms are very small. The various photos I have seen posted on sites were taken with wide angle lenses to make the rooms appear spacious. My double-occupancy room was equipped with a Queen-sized be practically "wedged" into a mini-studio room (about 210 sq feet - this is a kindly-considered approximation.) Until now, I have never been in any motel/hotel/hostel which did not have any form of a night stand with a draw; that is, until now. There was a massive 54 inch LG TV on a corner wall which seemed to want to invade what little spacial territory there was in this entire "room." [ SHOW WINDOW PIX ] The minuscule bathroom room is to the right of the entrance, to the left is a wall cutout (not a closet - there are NO closets in most of the rooms. I sampled several rooms at the hotel and this room was the best of the bunch. This area housed basically a wine cooler which they call a "refrigerator/freezer"; without the freeze part and lacking the cold part. It had a glass door an chrome shelves. There was a K-Cup machine with 1 coffee pod available. There was a working digital safe on its side. And (1) coat hanger (not much width to accommodate a hanger.) A medium-sized somewhat-frisky beetle greeted me upon my entry to wash my hands in the micro-sized sink. I had read (after making my reservation) that some patrons had been welcomed by bedbugs and did notice the lack of customer service. There was a one set of clean bath towels. My guest and I clearly stated double-occupancy and that was already noted on the receipt from 1 month prior and one on the same-day web-based checkin stub. There was not enough shampoo and shower gel for 1 complete shower nor 1 complete night's stay for one (1) person. I went down to the lobby and asked the zombie-like "man" behind the covid-bank teller like plexiglass shield if I could have another set and if he could inform housekeeping to accurately stock my room for the next 4 nights with the same. He said that was NOT possible. I would have to inform him EACH morning what I needed. They also do not clean the rooms every day and would NOT provide an option to do so if requested as other hotels now provide. The Executive Pacific has not eating facilities which are currently functioning. The closest "convenience/food store" is a 7-Eleven about 5 blocks away which homeless persons (with masks) wake their way through the aisles. I could stay here even one night. Obviously I DID fight for a refund with the parent-company , still waiting to see the "instantly-refunded money" ($672) to appear in my account some 4 days later. While I was waiting for a response from the concierge/clerk I saw several sweaty sickly persons, at various times, stagger into the lobby and proceeding to the lifts. They did stay here. I later saw one of they use their sweaty ripped t-shirty to open their room door. As an aside, I booked the remaining stay in Seattle at a Marriot residence 1.3 miles west of there with a balcony and a suite which is 5 times the size of that Executive flop house at 400 Spring Street, Seattle. They even served free breakfast and have a bar. They were only 15$ more a day than the Executive Hotel Pacific. If there is a functioning health inspection department operating in downtown Seattle they need to close this place permanently. In this time if stringent health measures, businesses need to adhere to a code of health as well as the best customer service they can offer. Those business deserve our patronage. Those business that cannot maintain these goals, should close never to reopen.

Yelp
Just finished a four night stay. They get one star because the bed was comfortable. The only Pro to this experience. Cons: The hotel definitely does not look like the pictures. My toilet stopped working the last day. At 8pm I notified the front desk. They said someone would come fix it at 10:30pm. I said never-mind. I was checking out early to fly out anyways. The last night my heater stopped working so I was freezing all night. The key fob to the garage ($37/night) didn't work in the morning when I went to leave. Found out that had changed them all out. The process when you get a key fob is they sign it out to you. So they know who has them. If they changed them all out, why not notify the current fob holders to come switch them out? This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. Notice how there are no pictures of the bathrooms? Now I know why.

Yelp
Geez this place makes it sound great, but spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. From the crumbling ceiling to the poorly remodeled and badly thought out second-hand furnishings, this hotel offers no amenities. If you are going to leave k cups for coffee, shouldn't you at least have the coffee maker to use them with?? And the smell.... Oh, the stuffy, let's try to figure out if we can clean the AC filter smell.... It's an old building. I get it. But don't charge premium rates for sub standard lodgings.....

Yelp
We travel a lot. So many reviews are saying the rooms are tiny, but after staying in NYC more than a couple times, and having to double check to make sure we don't share a bathroom with the entire floor of people, I think this is a wonderful hotel in the heart of a major city! Yes, the bathroom was small and there is no real place to set your stuff to get ready, but there is also a desk/table with a mirror above it in the room that can be used. The bathroom, while small, has been beautifully renovated. It's quirky with the towels in the shower, but nothing that you can't make work. The room itself was not huge, but we didn't feel cramped. We had two double beds and while the beds weren't pillow top and were on the firm side, we slept well. The pillows could use an upgrade though. The street noise didn't bother us and we didn't hear our neighbors once. They are renovating the hotel, so that noise and mess is noticeable during the day, but it's quiet at night. The staff is wonderful. Each one we talked to was helpful and kind. The person on night shift even walked us to the vending machines at almost midnight when we were hungry after our show. The location can't be beat. An easy walking 2 blocks to the 5th ave theater. Makes going to a show so easy! Then 10 minutes walking to the ferries. The hotel also has two restaurants attached to it. A pizza place and the lodge sports bar. Making grabbing a bite as easy as can be. For under a $100 a night in Seattle, you really can't beat a deal like this. If you want something super extra and fancy, pay more elsewhere. But if you want a good location, with modest rooms and great staff, give the Executive a chance!

Yelp
First time in Seattle and this hotel didn't disappoint. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We asked for an iron board and they had in our room before we returned. They only thing that stood out was the bathroom being a bit small but overall, i would recommend and stay here again!

Yelp
Booked this 3-star hotel through Hotel Tonight. $110/night (tax included) for a nice hotel in downtown Seattle is a steal. Hotel was built in 1928 but it looks like it has undergone a lot of renovations. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend this to my friends. What I liked about my stay: - The gentleman who checked me in (Brandon) and the lady who accommodated our room requests (Shyenne Price) were incredibly pleasant and helpful. - The bed was comfy, maybe more comfy than my own bed. I think I need to buy a new mattress. Lol. - Location, location, location. Local attractions are easily accessible by foot or public transportation. - Cardio fitness center on the second floor. - Complimentary wine hour. The hotel hosts a free wine reception every evening from 5 to 6 pm at the mezzanine level. Cool way to make new acquaintances! What I didn't like about my stay: - Walls are thin so you could hear your neighbors. - The wine host was a little rude. He judged me because I moved from Seattle to Boise. He told me (verbatim), "Sorry dude, I don't like Boise." - Bathroom was tiny and didn't have counters where you can put your bathroom essentials. - The reception area is located between the first floor and the mezzanine level. This means that to take the elevator after checking in, you need to carry your luggage up the stairs to the mezzanine level or down the stairs to the first floor. I'm sure the staff can help you with your luggage, but the layout is awkward. Not ADA-friendly. - No fridge. - No microwave. Other notes: - Rooms are small but space was never a problem for me. - Business Center provides complimentary computer and printer access on the mezzanine level and is accessible 24 hours. - Valet parking is $37 + tax. - Complimentary wifi. - Vovito Specialty Cafe is located on the first floor and offers hand-crafted espresso and coffee, gourmet teas and chai beverages, house-made gelato (apparently outsiders visit the cafe for its gelato!), pizzas, and baked goods. - The Lodge Sports Grille is also on the first floor. Nice place to unwind with friends. They serve burgers, fine steaks, and fresh seafood. Fifty beers on tap! Location (20%) = 5 Price (20%) = 4 Bedroom Amenities (20%) = 2 Hotel Amenities (20%) = 4 Service (20%) = 3 My overall score = (0.20*5 + 0.20*4 + 0.20*2 + 0.20*4 + 0.20*3) = 3.6 (round off to 4 stars)

Yelp
if you care about space DO NOT stay here. It is seriously worth paying a little more and staying elsewhere. Our room: One queen bed, one chair, one fridge, a coffee maker, blow dryer, ironing board, iron, basic soap and hair care. How we booked: We went through Hotel Tonight and the amenities mentioned a microwave. Didn't have a microwave upon checking in, so make sure you actually check the hotel website for their current amenities. Our stay: Entering the room I was like, okay one queen bed. That was fine. I stayed in many hotels that had only one bed. Unless you are a minimalist, there is not enough room for two adult. It gets crowded fast. My overall rating was how comfortable I felt during my stay. For me and in my opinion it was an extremely small room for a single queen bed. It felt very small and tight. The walls were peeling and the heater dials were wedged in.

Yelp
I've never given a one star review before, but with the extremely low level of service and the room that we were given, I would've given the Executive Hotel Pacific zero stars if yelp permitted. Upon walking up to the front desk, we waited in an empty lobby to be called up as Uri or Yuri (not sure on spelling of name) finished using her phone to call us up. Without taking her eyes off her computer screen we asked to check in. Realizing I left my wallet in the car I ran to grab it as my girlfriend waited in the lobby. While waiting, my Spanish speaking girlfriend overhears Uri speaking to another employee in Spanish about borrowing each other's pipe to smoke weed later. When I got back, I checked in and was charged for my room. I booked my room through a travel agency site and thought I was charged through the site for the room. At the same time another gentleman who was checking in who had also booked his room through the same site was under the same impression. Uri firmly explained to us that the site doesn't charge for the rooms stating "they don't have the capacity to charge for rooms." She asked for clarification with the manager and the manager said "sometimes sites charge for rooms but for us they usually don't." Uri replied in Spanish to the manager "that's what I told them but they don't understand." I gave them my credit card figuring if there were any discrepancies on my card I can call the site later. When we reached our room we were greeted with a terrible smell of a weird combination of cigarette smoke and mold. I don't know exactly what it was but we immediately cracked open the window. After staying in the room for five minutes and seeing dirty sheets and the foul smell my girlfriend and I knew we couldnt stay one night there let alone the five we had booked. We go back to the lobby and ask Uri to cancel our stay and we'd like our money back. Without asking if there was anything that could be done, or if anything was wrong, Uri starts to cancel the room. After having some trouble canceling she then calls up her manager and after talking to her was told to charge us for one night and refund the rest. I asked to speak to the manager (who we had just seen less than twenty minutes ago at this point) and Uri responded with saying she left for the night. I told her I'm not paying to stay here and she responded with saying that is our only option. Side note: bear in mind, from the point we walked in, Uri's overall tone and body language has not been pleasant to say the least. Everything being told to us is sided with a lot of attitude. Uri then gives me the managers card (Alina) which I tried calling however went to voicemail. I then asked for whatever number she used to call her because she's not picking up. She said that's her office number and she went home. I asked her sooo you gave me a phone number to call for someone who is not even there, what good is that? Up until this point I've made a point to be calm and collected and bite my tongue despite Uri's brash behavior. I told her she's been extremely rude since we walked in, we know everything you were saying in spanish and recited it back to her. She snaps back denying saying anything in Spanish and says I'm not rude just "transparent" transparency has nothing to do with how you talk to people. After that episode we left and will be sure to never come back. After getting Alina's voicemail again the morning after I will try to contact her one more time after this review then will be turning in my complaints to Executive Hotel's office. This has been an infuriating experience...

Yelp
Free wine from 5-6pm for all that stay here. Also I appreciate the free earbuds to block the noise when sleeping

Yelp
Do not book here if you have any physical disability. You need to walk down a flight of seven steps of stairs just to reach the elevator. They have no alternative available, and the employee at the front desk had such an attitude when I asked about it. The room and location don't justify the price at all. There are absolutely better options out there. The room is tiny and way too expensive for its size, and both days we were there the room was so humid and hot. I left the AC unit running the entire time and it did absolutely nothing. The parking is $45 a day, so be prepared to tack that onto an already overpriced stay. The rest of the staff have been lovely and professional, but that's about the extent of the good I have to say.

Yelp
I thought this hotel was pretty nice! My husband and I stayed here before we left on a cruise and when we returned. It was within walking distance of a lot and I true thought this hotel was nice. We had a free wine tasting and they held onto our bags till we could check in. If you are planning on exploring this is a great place to stay. Yes the room was a little small but you are in downtown Seattle if you want something bigger it's going to be more expensive. I do think the ac could have been better but we were there for one night each time. We called to get a fan and that did it for us. The staff was great and on our return home they had a cab set up for us to drive to the airport because we couldn't find an Uber or lift. I would recommend it.

Yelp
Pretty average hotel. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are just so terrible. There is no counters or places to put any of your things. It is very poorly designed. God knows how we stayed here for 3 days. Valet parking is 37 per day and is strongly recommended if you are driving. The parking garages around are the same and it would just be best if you care about not walking and keep looking for your car all the time. Staff is OK. The guy who checked us in didn't have any knowledge about anything and did not even inform us about their wine happy hour from 5-6PM where they have some wines complementary to guests on the M level. Vovito restaurant is good, bummer they don't take phone orders so you have to go into it and order your food and bring it up to your room yourself. Overall I can give this hotel a miss as there are other better places in Seattle for the price.

Yelp
This place was absolutely horrific. We arrived late after playing a show nearby only to discover there was no parking for our van anywhere close and we ended up having to drive miles away to park in an open lot and walk back at about 2 am. We entered the room to find these beds were doubles, not queens as advertised, and the A/C barely worked. The room was muggy and depressing. The toilet seat had been broken off at some time prior to our arrival and was just kind of set back on which I discovered when I went to lift it. The next morning we couldn't get the shower to work, and then turned on the faucet which proceeded to just stay on no matter what we tried to do to get it to turn off. Good-f***ing-riddance, I'm so glad that part of our tour is over. I want to scream from the rooftops to anyone considering staying at this place that the encampment under the freeway would be preferable.

Yelp
Sort of a bare necessities type of spot. But clean, friendly staff, complimentary wine hour, great location. I can't give any place without a/c five stars. But it's cool.

Alex G.

Yelp
Do not recommend this place at all. Very poor service. The room a/c only blew HOT air, we tried getting help but no one answered the phone. I booked this place bc of the breakfast included and we weren't told that there was none provided. Just disappointment after disappointment.

Yelp
Let's start with the positives... the Front Desk personnel were friendly. And we're done with the positives. The cost was ridiculous for the value. When we arrived, I wasn't even sure the Valet worked there - it felt like that scene in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He loaded our bags onto a cart and left it by the elevator, unattended. The room was small; the bed was hard. And the room was laid out in a strange configuration, with a dresser and TV in a corner, but angled in a way that took up more space than necessary. The bathroom was the crowning jewel. It was smaller than many bathrooms I've been in on cruise ships! You might literally bump your knee on the wall in front of the toilet when you sit down. Well, we stayed once at the Executive Hotel. I can't imagine we'll be back.
