I have visited plenty of bathhouses and Exhale is top of the list! The staff are all so warm and the facilities are lush. Being set outside amongst plants and trees made it so relaxing. It wasn’t over crowded and such good value for money - $60 for 90 minutes. Thank you, I’ll be back next time I’m coming through Yamba!

Lovely experience in the Bathhouse at Exhale. 90 minutes for $60 was excellent value - we had access to three magnesium hot tubs of differing temperatures two infra-red saunas, and a standard steam sauna. We passed on the ice baths - maybe next time! Liliana was lovely, and full of useful information for our first visit. Highly recommend.

Used the bath house for 90 minutes and loved every second of it...the relaxation lasted all day! The bath house consists of 3x magnesium pools, a traditional sauna with hot rocks and steam, 2x cold plunge tubs, 2x infra-red saunas, filtered water and herbal tea. There were plenty of people using the facilities at the same time and it didn't feel crowded.

Wonderful experience at Exhale! We had a 90 minute booking at 5pm for the bathhouse, and wished we’d booked for longer. Particularly enjoyed the infrared sauna and magnesium spa’s. Will definitely be back!

Love this place. Go outside your comfort zone and discover this amazing experience. I have joined up weekly membership. $60 and come as often as I want. 3 - 4 times a week. Loving what Exhale and Yamba has on offer. Lovely staff. Owner Sarah and the delightful Lilly - a lovely space.
