The magnesium pools, nestled in nature, offer pure relaxation, and the encouragement and positive energy from the team make it even more special. The hot sauna is the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Truly a 10/10 experience—peaceful, rejuvenating, and unforgettable!

Went there today with Hubby. Was such an invigorating experience. We have never been so cold in our lives, but we survived!!!!The cold was balanced by the soothing warmth in the magnesium spa and infra-red sauna. The staff were so welcoming. Highly recommended 👌

I had an amazing experience at Exhale! The atmosphere was calming, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The magnesium baths, saunas and ice baths were the perfect way to unwind. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to relax and recharge! Five stars!

I've recently had some lower back pain which was causing significant discomfort & disruption in my life. A fellow Yoga facilitator & friend recommended I see Makensie Hollis at Exhale bathhouse in Yamba & after several treatments, Makensie is now no longer a regular appointment in my week. Makensie has amazing knowledge of the body, our fascia & the magical workings of functional movement. Being a Yoga facilitator myself it was super frustrating for me to have this issue & Makensie helped me navigate through this situation with her knowledge, care & compassion. Makensie is a delightful human & as happy as I am to now be pain free, I will miss her gorgeous helpful positive energy. I'm grateful for Makensie's expertise & professionalism, I highly recommend her.
