Exhale Yamba

I have visited plenty of bathhouses and Exhale is top of the list! The staff are all so warm and the facilities are lush. Being set outside amongst plants and trees made it so relaxing. It wasn’t over crowded and such good value for money - $60 for 90 minutes. Thank you, I’ll be back next time I’m coming through Yamba!

Lovely experience in the Bathhouse at Exhale. 90 minutes for $60 was excellent value - we had access to three magnesium hot tubs of differing temperatures two infra-red saunas, and a standard steam sauna. We passed on the ice baths - maybe next time! Liliana was lovely, and full of useful information for our first visit. Highly recommend.

I loved my visit to Exhale for a spa, sauna, infra red and ice bath! A casual and relaxing atmosphere.

The bath house experience is simply the best. Everyone needs to experience it. This was followed by a massage with Renee, which was just divine. I feel refreshed and energised and I will definitely return for regular pampering sessions. This is just what my over worked and exhausted body and mind needed today. I had my first prenatal massage session with Meredith. Her energy, skill and knowledge come together perfectly for a relaxing and tailored massage. She understands the beauty of pregnancy and how to treat its symptoms. Overall exhale is an amazing space filled with beautiful energy. I’ll be a repeat customer ❤️

I purchased a 3-visit gift certificate and had all my appointments with Taylor. I had such an amazing experience at my first session, I also booked extra add ons for the next two. Taylor is an extremely experienced, skilled and respectful beauty & massage therapist , who really takes your wishes and needs in consideration, and makes you feel very at ease and looked after. The treatments rooms are very relaxing and extremely clean, as are the overall facilities (bathhouse, saunas and change rooms). I do not hesitate to recommend Exhale, and especially Taylor, to anyone!

Absolutely incredible experience—an absolute must when in Yamba! From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by warm, exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The magnesium pools, nestled in nature, offer pure relaxation, and the encouragement and positive energy from the team make it even more special. The hot sauna is the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Truly a 10/10 experience—peaceful, rejuvenating, and unforgettable!
