Exmoor House Bed & Breakfast

Loved all the little details in the room. Coffee bags, fresh milk, juice etc. Lovely bathroom with nice soaps and again little touches. Wide range of choice for breakfast, lovely, fresh and hot. Hash-browns please ! The lounge area with pool table was a bonus for families. The pub is only a few yards away. Thank you for all your help with our boys and supporting them on their challenge

A lovely B&B. Comfortable rooms with all amenities - even milk and orange juice! Lovely old building. Residents lounge with an honesty bar - so nice (and cheap!). Good breakfast although the poached eggs were better than the scrambled, which was overcooked. The owner was really friendly and welcoming.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Exmouth House. Everything was perfect—truly nothing to fault.||From the moment we arrived, Izzy gave us a warm and professional welcome. The room was beautifully presented, with so many thoughtful touches: chilled water in the fridge, fresh milk and orange juice, and a delightful biscuit tin filled to the brim. We especially appreciated the coffee bags—a much nicer alternative to the instant coffee you usually find in B&Bs.||We had an early departure on Sunday, well before the usual breakfast time, but Peter and Izzy kindly insisted on getting up to prepare us a delicious breakfast. Their hospitality went above and beyond.||We’ll most definitely be returning!

We just had a great stay at Exmoor House B&B. Izzy and Peter were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, decorated and furnished to a high spec and was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were great with a good choice of food to suit all tastes and there was plenty of it too. Exmoor House B&B is ideally located to explore Exmoor and the North Devon coast. If we were holidaying in this area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book in again. I thoroughly recommend staying at Exmoor Hose B&B

Best B&B we have stayed in. The room was spacious and had everything we needed with little extras. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble, I had an event so Izzy said we could have breakfast at 6.30. It’s also opposite a pub and not far from Dunster, Porlock and Exmoor national park. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, well-equipped room with a good breakfast and a convenient lounge bar with a pool table and darts board. The only downside was the persistent emails while we were on holiday asking for confirmation (we'd confirmed on booking.com) and then feedback afterwards (we're on holiday!).

A great base for anyone exploring Exmoor and Quantocks. Room has all you need and more with extras, biscuits chocolates sweets and orange juice. Very clean and freshly decorated room good shower and comfy bed. Breakfast very nicely cooked and presented, with generous portions.Secure bike shed was very useful. Hosts are very warm and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our whole stay was brilliant. A warm welcome from Isobel, very pleasant rooms, spotlessly clean, great for accessing Exmoor, a very comfortable sitting room complete with pool table and one of nicest breakfasts I’ve ever enjoyed. Thoroughly recommend Exmoor House!
