My wife and I stayed here in August 2024. Lovely B&B. Small-scale, so lots of personal attention for the guests. Very clean rooms, well-functioning air conditioning, and a nice pool. Free coffee and tea. For vegans like us, they also served lattes with plant-based milk. The staff was very professional and customer-oriented. The hotel is close to the center yet in a very quiet location. Excellent value for money. We had arranged an airport pickup with the hotel in advance. Truly a great place to stay in Canggu!

Nice oasis away from the noise of the street. It is a quiet place. Good for sleeping. Staff very attentive to cleaning. Free water refills which is great! Rooms are clean and spacious. Only thing I'd say is that for the price I think that the rooms could do with a little bit of TLC in places, paint coming off wall / the decking needs to be replaced Small things and did not affect our stay at all. Great location close to cafes etc Can rent scooters from here too very reasonably priced.

One star for location. Stayed with them some months ago. Gave feedback via the third party website, and i received threatening replies from them. Only when i start reading into the past reviews, i realised they post negative/ abusive messages for those low rate reviews. Probably they dont like what they read ie honest feedback and review by travelers who stayed with them. Crass behaviour if they become defensive and cannot accept people who dont like the experience staying at their accommodation.

Lovely experience here, would 100% stay again. Lovely staff who are very helpful. The room was perfect, very clean and spacious. Chairs & tables to sit out on and chat. Pool was lovely. Can help yourself to drink/snack at the bar 24 hours. The location was perfect, yet is still nestled away from the busy road, which made it quiet and peaceful.

Great accommodation - I’ve not even checked out yet and thought I’d write a review while sitting relaxing by their beautiful pool. It’s a small hotel with about 6 rooms all like little villas. They have a cafe/bar type area where they make you free coffee like cappuccino, ice coffee and tea all day long - Along with a plate of biscuits. They have a drinking water fountain to fill water bottles - such a big thing in Bali as I usually spend so much time back and forth from shops buying water. They have a bar fridge where at night they trust you to take drinks or snacks and record on a page so although it’s not a full restaurant with food you can still enjoy sitting there and even order food in. The room is lovely and has an outdoor bathroom to shower and bath in nature. It’s a couple of minutes walk to Main Street full of places to eat or shop. But feels like you are in the middle of no where. All I can hear is pool water running and relaxing background music. I have stayed in big resorts in Bali and this is so much more relaxing. The staff are amazing.

We stayed in this hotel in June 2023 and it was fabulous!!! The members of staff are amazing and so kind bringing us a welcome drink and showing us round the hotel and how to work the safe etc even though it was very late at night when we arrived. We booked the airport pick up service which we would really recommend. Our room was absolutely beautiful- it was huge, the aircon was very powerful which was important for us in the heat and it was beautifully decorated. We loved the outdoor bathroom and unlike other hotels with outdoor bathrooms we stayed in, no insects made it into the bedroom. The pool area and dining area of the hotel are amazing also. My only tiny negative point was that it can be quite dark in the hotel in general as it is very shaded by trees and I wanted to get a sun tan by the pool, but that is me being very fussy! The hotel was always lovely and quiet, very peaceful, but not to the point where you didn’t think you could make a sound. The location of the hotel is fantastic. All of the main cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and the beach are easily reachable by bike or by walking. There are also so many amazing shops and food spots around the hotel. We absolutely loved going out for the day and coming back to the hotel for a relax. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, especially for the price that is it! We will definitely be back!

Booked the executive double room but was given king room - they insisted that the prices are the same. Although i keep reiterating the prices differ in booking.com. refused to charge me the lower price despite i asked few times and explained to her that the prices are obviously different. The room given has a small bathroom, limited space shower area whereas the room i booked has a spacious bathroom (that was the whole intention why i paid more! For comfort and space!!) unless the pictures shown are not what the room should have been?! shower door faulty. room they gave has a “balcony” ie small space outside the room. When i booked the room, it is based on what fits my own preferences in space and that is the room i paid for. Not the room they claimed they gave me, and insisted that is what i chose and paid for. Place is not exactly clean as we feel the room floor is sticky although they said they did housekeeping. Further dishonesty - they charge more than 3% additional to the price indicated, claiming it is for the bank admin charge. Not indicated anywhere - not in the app (before you book), not in their messages they sent you, not in the notices they put everywhere in their premise, not when they manage your check-in. They charged your bank credit card prior to your stay, then they charged upon check out. Just threw this right onto your face the moment you are leaving and we were caught totally offguard. We could have prepared more cash if we were informed prior about this 3+% bank admin charge. One more thing they did not put anywhere in the hotel policies before you book - they dont allow you to wear your footwear into the premise - you have to remove at the main door. You are expected to lock / and unlock the main door. So you walk barefoot to your room and with your dirty and wet feet, you walk into the room (wet because it was raining). Not exactly comfortable but we had no choice! And on the first day, i was nearly cut by a splinter that is sticking out of the wood (part of the floor that one walked is wood). To me, this is a dangerous move. Frankly speaking, i would not have choose this place at all if they informed about the no footwear and they going to charge you 3+% on some bank admin charge as what they claimed. This is why i said they are dishonest - because they chose to withhold certain details about the place and you know only after you are there. We could have change the place of our stay. But no, it is not possible to decrease the nights of stay - stated at their counter.

This is our first time in Bali and we stayed in Canggu for the first 3 nights. Fabrizio and Yuni and their wonderful co-workers really made our stay pleasant. They were so sweet and friendly and did everything to make us happy. The location is also really good, you have a whole street of shops and restaurants at a 5 min walk. I would definitely recommend staying here!
