This rude is awesome.. the drop forward is great but the drop backwards is what makes this ride so brilliant. I hate it and love it at the same time. Really great if you want to try something completely different. Very Non Disney!! The staging of the ride is incredible. Even if you're not going to ride it, worth walking around the base camp area!!

An Animal Kingdom Classic! Feels like your on an expedition through the Himalayas. Always blown away by the creativeness and what goes into the production of Disney themed rides. Every detail and experience throughout the journey to the ride immerses you into the culture. And of course, The ride itself is awesome

One of the best rides in the Disneyworld parks - this goes up , around, and stops - plus goes backward a bit to shock you. Not too long of a line, too, even when busy. Single-rider line was great. The queue area was not bad for waiting and had some interesting Everest related props and some really old computers .. !

A thrilling roller coaster at the eastern edge of Animal Kingdom. This coaster is easily identifiable by the large mountain structure you can see. This ride has low waits on rope drop and it’s rare this ride to go over a 60 minute wait. About the queue, it’s immersive and has lots of interesting artifacts. It really captures Nepalese culture well and it’s fun to go through. The ride itself has a high climb and parts where you go backwards in the dark. But for people who can tolerate it, it’s a fun and thrilling, yet scary ride. Overall, would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the park.

Looks amazing from the outside and as you make your way to the actual carts. We really enjoyed this one, especially the sequence in reverse. Quick enough to be scary yet fun. Complete recommend!

the animal kingdom is a great park.. but this ride always breaks down at least five times a day, staff is slow to help us, and we are always stuck at the worst places. We thought it was gonna be good , and I was excited but then it broke down.

We had no idea what to expect and it was insane. It’s probably our maximum difficulty personally but we did it twice. The backwards section while going up FAST pulls you into the seat and the drop feels like you’re leaving this planet lol.

I declare myself a fan of speed, but I'm terrified of heights. This roller coaster is ideal because while it takes you high, almost all of it is inside, and you don't have time to feel the vertigo from the outside. It has very steep drops that will leave your stomach in pain. While you wait in line, there's a museum with real objects found on Everest and things related to the Yeti monster, who will be waiting for you on the roller coaster. Incredible! One of my favorite rides in all of Disney World.
