"Located just north of Copenhagen, the massive Experimentarium—fresh off a 2017 design revamp—is a hands-on science and technology playground situated in an old Tuborg Brewery bottling plant. With exhibitions, demonstrations, and shows highlighting chemistry and physics experiments, it’s the epitome of educational entertainment—one that's perfect for curious kids and adults alike. Play on a laser harp in the Labyrinth of Light, build houses from soft foam-rubber bricks on the rooftop terrace, embark on a virtual underwater safari in the Beach, or sharpen your hearing, sight, touch, and smell on a journey through the Tunnel of Senses." - Alia Akkam
Experimentarium can be one of the best activities to do with children of all ages in Copenhagen.
We came here with.kids from 2 to 17, and everyone loved it.

Great experience for kids who like to be hands on. It Looks further from city center but is easily accessible. Restaurant was a disappointment, over priced for kids food/portions (25£ for 2 chick tender and chips) , no place to refill water bottle instead selling single use water plastic bottle (surprising for this city and for a place trying to teach kids!). Also fun fact is that there are 2 2nd floor no first floor (see photo of the map..);)

An impressive center with numerous interesting activities about science topics such as environment, mechanics, health and anatomy. All spread across the different floors. It is worth also going up to the roof and enjoy stunning views of the city as well as the coast.

Wonderland visit and 2 yr old had a fun. Lots to learn and play with interactive exhibits. Bubble show was fun. Roof top there are few exhibits to play with nice playhouse to relax and enjoy views of the town. We purchased tickets online. Friendly staff. The cafe area had good food with various choices and ice creams. We took train and bus but some car parking and plenty of bike parking is available near the entrance.

Kids thoroughly enjoyed spending hours here. There was plenty of engaging activities for both young and old. Special highlights were the bubble station and the sports area. We went here because of the free CPH card entry and probably would not go if I had to pay the entrance myself. There were no queues at the entrance and most areas had a crowd but not over bearing.

Absolutely brilliant, hands-on venue with loads to play with! We spent 5 hours here and could have stayed for longer. Our 3 year old loved it! Highlights include driving the car, the bubble area, the bed of nails, the woodland play zone and the chaos theory marble game. Thoroughly recommend for children (and grown up children)!

Very nice visit, fun and for most ages(mostly kids) REALLY ENJOYED THE (sæblebobler) like REALY ENJOYED. But a bit too crowded and would have liked it to be for a bit older people as well.
I met a celebrity so that is positive, however certain rooms only were for kids in age 3-6 or 1-5 and that could have been fun experience no matter the age. But very worthy overall.

Yelp
So many different displays and interactive exhibits to play with. Kids loved the transportation of goods lesson through the import and export exhibit. They liked the game where you try to guess what country would want certain goods imported from another country. They really liked the team games where you make your own team name and then use that at some of the exhibits as a sort of competition. We also liked the food! We have delicious chicken and a burger. Museum food was great! Definitely would recommend visiting this place with kids during your visit to Copenhagen.

Yelp
This was super fun. So many things to do I personally loved the interactive area and we watched the bubble show which was very fun. My family really appreciated the free lockers. Price was great and definitely worth it. If you are close I definitely recommend this.

Yelp
Wow!! What a great interactive museum!! We could have spent the whole day here without anyone getting bored. The cafe's food was great with burgers for my boys(gourmet) and sandwiches for the vegetarians. My husband was able to have a beer and I was able to have coffee.

Yelp
We have 2 kids (5 & 7 years), but saw engagement and activities for kids (and adults) of all ages. We spent almost 6 hours here and always had something new and interesting to do. The new space is fantastic and very well thought out. Admission is included with the Copenhagen Card.
