Found extension through Instagram. The initial consult was thorough and good. Communication of enoloyees was great as well. The reason for the 1 star is they got me started on 3 peptides. The retatrutide was expensive which was not a big deal but after finishing the vial when it came time to reorder they were all out. In order to have the right results you need to stay on it as I understand it builds in your system. I asked to recommend a new place to buy and they refused. Why put me on it with directions to step up the dose if you can’t fulfill it. For the record it never curved the appetite and I put on a couple pounds after starting it so maybe it wasn’t good anyway. I did notice improvement with the bpc 157

Dr Kuo did a cervical epidural on me with PRP and lots of other good stuff. Him and his team were very professional, respectful and attentive. The procedure was a success and I’m super grateful for these guys.

I came in to see Dr Kuo who I was referred to due to a traumatic injury falling down the stairs. I could hardly walk, let alone get up without excruciating sharp pain. Dr. Kuo examined my injury and saw that I had severe inflammation. He treated me with steroids and peptides and assured me that I would feel better by tomorrow. He also recommended peptides to use at home to continue care. 24 hours after treatment I felt INCREDIBLE! I woke up without pain! Advil and ice packs wouldn’t have been able to resolve my pain as quickly as the injection. I tried to avoid taking so much Advil as it causes GI problems. I was recommended to take 800mg three times a day and it caused gi problems. I’m grateful Dr Kuo was able to remedy the problem and in such a short amount of time. I am PAIN free and on the road to recovery. The front desk to the assistant every staff member was welcoming, kind and patient. I have been trying to talk to Dr Kuo for over six months and to no avail. I know he no longer works at 281 Broadway but he is still the owner I have left a lot of messages to him but to no avail. Dr. Kuo was very nurturing and I was in and out in a zip! I felt very assured by his level of expertise. I had a Stellate Ganglion Block shot to treat stress and walked away floating on a cloud feeling very clear. Will definitely add this to my mental health hygiene regimen. I would use Extension health as long as you are not chronically ill and need thoughtfulness and continuous care. Everyone here was nice, but the operations felt disorganized and inconsistent, which may be okay for less invasive modalities, but not if you’re seeking serious help and care. They provide eboo ozone here, which is amazing, but they do not have the proper nurse to administer. The contract nurse they hire is very flakey, she cancelled on me 3 times. The actual doctors and practitioners rarely checked in on me during or after my treatments. This place has some good things going but some things are just a little off.

I was very anxious of getting the SBG as i was going to have a needle going into my neck! But the staff was so reassuring and helpful. They walked me through the entire process and when I asked if sedation was available, they helped me with that. When in the operation room, all of the staff was very attentive, and I was told every single step they took for the procedure. BTW, the procedure itself is about 15 min if even. The post care was as excellent. The doctor came in to check up on me while I was waiting for the sedation to wear off. The staff then came and removed the IV. The office is clean, the staff is kind and professional. Truly the best place to get your SGB done at, as well as other wellness procedures. They were so good and helpful that I will do my Ketamine Infusion with them as well!

The telehealth visit happened in a very timely manner. The NP was very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions patiently. I would definitely recommend their office.

A Complete Neuro-Reset with Dr. Kuo at Extension Health Clinic - A True Mind-Body Reboot. I've lived with PTSD, chronic stress, and an overactive fight-or-flight response that kept me on edge for years. Nothing helped-until I tried the Complete Neuro-Reset at Extension Health with Dr. Kuo. From the moment I arrived, I felt cocooned in calm. The zen-inspired lounge and warm welcome from Dr. Kuo set a peaceful tone. I was guided into a clinical room and asked to lie down. Nervous about injections in my neck, I was grateful that Dr. Kuo provided light anesthesia-- actually don't recall the two injections on either side of my neck. I was told treating both sides would "close the circuit" for maximum result. The first part-the two neck injections (stellate ganglion block on both sides and vagus nerve hydrodissection)-took about 20 minutes and was completely painless with light anesthesia. I also added the third step: IV ketamine therapy, which brought the total session to about two hours. I was brought into a small, cozy room with a comfortable couch, soft blanket, and dim lighting. I was given headphones with calming music and a soft eye mask, and the lights were switched off to create a soothing atmosphere. Someone checked on me gently throughout the session, which made me feel safe and cared for. The ketamine gave me a deep mental and emotional reset-like clearing years of heavy, stuck stress patterns. That same night, I slept deeply for the first time in years. Over the following days, I felt lighter, more present, and more at peace in my body and mind. Dr Kuo is excellent! He listens to all you have to say and then discusses the different procedures to help you, and recommends what is right for your ailment. His staff is always professional and very pleasant, especially dealing with Tweeny. Tweeny is extremely nice and always upbeat. She returns calls and does all she can to assist you in what you are asking at all times.

Holy cow. I've been dealing with 4 weeks of severe lethargy and fatigue. After running blood tests and deciding that my chronic fatigue syndrome was rearing it's ugly head, my doctor's recommendation was "rest and fluids" (wtf). Out of desperation and a suggestion from a friend, I reached out to Dr. Kuo to ask if he thought an IV infusion would be helpful. His office made me a same-day appt and treated me with a customized IV cocktail of vitamins and NAD. The infusion took about 40 minutes. I left feeling a little better (probably needed hydration in general) but woke up the next day and actually had the energy to do a proper HIIT workout which I haven't been able to do in weeks. Total gamechanger. I highly highly recommend the NAD infusion. Photo attached shows what my recovery has looked like over the past week (based on my Whoop fitness tracker). Friday afternoon was the infusion. My overnight recovery shot up remarkably and the only thing that changed was getting the infusion. My mind is blown! Thank you Dr. Kuo!

I love this place! It is an urban oasis, literally! It is like entering a secret jungle. It has the most beautiful indoor live wall I have ever seen, it also makes the space smell so good! The second you walk in, you feel at ease. The staff is very attentive and profesional, check in was quick and easy. Waiting areas and rooms are divine, with luxurious lounge chairs, extremely confortable sofas, nice soft music and beautiful artwork. This facility is full of tasteful details, it feels like you are at the best spa in NYC! The exam room was cozy and the doctor was genuinely one of the nicest persons I have spoken to. My treatment went great and honestly I stayed longer than necessary because I enjoyed my visit so much! Can't wait for my next treatment!

Good initial experience, but they're now trying to charge me more for medication that was supposed to be originally included. My first experience with Hudson Health was for a DEXA scan in March. It went well and I used the information to try a self guided weight loss program. I struggled staying in a calorie deficit for 6 months and even with a substantial physical activity increase I only lost a few pounds on my own. Over the summer I began receiving marketing emails advertising their 3 month semaglutide program. I saved the promotional material which says it includes the 3 month supply of peptides, 3 telehealth consults and 2 DEXA scans. The promo even has a creation date of June 2023. As a returning client I was offered the $2000 program at a discounted rate of $1600. After the consult I picked up the medication. They only gave me 5 syringes and a 2ml vial. I figured this was enough for half the program and I would receive the rest after my second follow-up. I reached out to inquire about the additional peptides and they said they would give me the remaining medication at a discount of $550 and that a newer 3 month program was available which includes the exact same things I signed up for. Seems like they're trying to take advantage of people and over charge loyal clients after the fact. They're now telling me my package only included a small vial of semaglutide. But that makes no sense because I have emails confirming my purchase of a 3 month program with their own marketing showing inclusive medication for the full 3 months. A small vial only lasts 6 to 8 weeks. If what they're saying is true it would have been called a 2 month program. Extremely shady business practices to try and up charge me when I was having such good success I would have stayed with Hudson Health long term. Unfortunately, I will now have to start a new semaglutide program with an alternative practitioner. Do not recommend, just use an online pharmacy/tele health service and save yourself the headaches of dealing with Hudson Medical.

I went for a dexa scan and the person that assisted me had no idea how to deal with the machine. We had to do numerous tests and I had to point out the image didn't look correct on the first one. I paid $250 and left feeling it was for nothing.

As soon as I met Dr. Kuo I had a bad feeling about him. He had zero personality and came across as very insincere. I felt like I was dealing with a salesman rather than a doctor. There were so many red flags. He never asked for my full medical history. I told him I'd been tired lately and he immediately diagnosed me with long covid. The thing is I've never even had a confirmed positive test. He practically insisted that I do some pricey tests and invasive procedures. I felt extremely uncomfortable and while I was saying no, he kept insisting saying he'd just bill my insurance. Long story short, I left feeling even worse. I would even speculate there was fraudulent billing involved which I've asked my insurance company to look into. The staff also looked like they didn't wanna be bothered and carried on having personal conversations while they made me wait. The positive reviews of this place are very hard to believe and I question how many are real.

I cannot overstate how much I love this practice. Dr Bonte has been an absolute lifesaver. He is so bright, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and is so thorough and collaborative. I instantly trusted him, which I don't easily. The rest of the staff are so helpful, friendly, smart and kind too. Alexandra has been really helpful in coordinating, quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and super friendly. I think that finding a practice this compassionate and capable is so rare. Also, the whole place looks like a spa, and one of the nicest spas I've been to, which definitely put this high-maintenance NYC gay at ease.

What an AMAZING experience. I've tried both the Tribeca and West Village locations. I can't speak highly enough of both of them. I went in for the CAMP sessions (Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Medical Massage and Physical Therapy) to solve my lower back pain issues. The doctors there did more for my back in 6 months than any other doctor has done in 6 years. I'm now pain free and so happy. Thanks @hudsonmedical!

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Jonathan Kuo at Hudson Medical for relief of chronic pain. Dr. Kuo is an extremely talented pain management specialist who successfully did two stellate ganglion blocks and an infusion which relieved so much of the pain I was experiencing. He was kind, sensitive, creative and especially skilled at this difficult procedure. His office staff was polite, efficient and helpful. His office is beautifully decorated with a wall of natural plants. New Age music and comfortable recovery and waiting area furnishings helped to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. Every aspect of my treatment at Hudson Medical encouraged the healing process. I feel so blessed to have met Dr. Kuo. I would definitely return for further treatment, if necessary.

I had a very pleasant experience with this practice .. It gave me confidence in my diagnoses and I feel like I've been treated with a lot of compassion and care.. like a family . Thank you to dr.Pitts for his knowledge and expertise.. He goes extra step to get to the root of the problem and make you feel at ease. I wish every doctor was like him. Dr.Kuo who really takes his time to listen and address the problem he is very bright ,knowledgeable and caring doctor . Over all I was very happy with the entire team and staff . Especially the mri coordinator she is very cordial and attentive , always fallows up on any concerns promptly . This place truly is one of the kind .
