A True Culinary Extravaganza!
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Extravaganza recently, and what a delightful experience it was!
I started with two appetizers — the standout was a savory cheesecake topped with beetroot jam. This dish was nothing short of phenomenal — rich, creamy, slightly tangy, and beautifully balanced with the sweetness of the beetroot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on its own!
The smoked eggplant salad with roasted almonds and feta cheese was another hit — layered with flavor, texture, and just the right amount of smokiness. Every bite was satisfying and left me wanting more.
As a main, I tried the grilled squid with beluga lentils in a coconut lime curry sauce. While the sauce was a touch sour for my personal taste, I can’t deny the excellence of the presentation and the perfect grilling of the squid — tender, not rubbery, and wonderfully paired with the lentils.
