The finish on my glasses dulled terribly, and they wouldn't replace them. These are nearly 100 dollar glasses. The Lady at the store suggested that I had sprayed hairspray on them. I don't even use hairspray. I tried emailing the company and got a very rude response there, too. I expected more of this Minnesota company. I have bought at least 5 pair from there, but I won't buy any more from them.

Eyebobs is AMAZING! My husband and I recently got our prescription glasses from Eyebobs and we are not disappointed. Frankie, the manager at the MOA location, was super helpful in choosing the perfect frames for each of us. She was kind, passionate, and really invested into what frame best suit not only our faces but skin tones, hair, and daily outfit choices! Frankie was so sweet and not pushy as all, choosing frames was a great experience! The store was very clean and the selection of eyewear is top notch. From simple styles to more vibrant styles, there is something for everyone at Eyebobs! I loved their modern and classy offerings, as not every eye shop has this kind of selection. The quality of our frames is 10/10. These do not feel cheap AT ALL! I love my Eyebobs and have received literally hundreds of compliments on them which in the last 20 years of my life being a glasses wearer I have NOT experienced (cringeeeee). Super pleased with Eyebobs and would recommend the MOA location to anyone and everyone!

Specs were dented and out of shape. Most of the shops I went were unable to sort it out.Thanks to Melodie who was able to fine tune it and bring it back to its original shape.

Every time I’ve gone to Eyebobs I have had an incredible experience! Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and fun to talk to :) Also the new glasses for Pride month are to die for! I get compliments on all of my glasses and I’m so excited to get more in the future- def recommend shopping from here 100000000/10 ^_^

I worked with the framist Kel, and they were absolutely amazing! Super kind and very helpful. Every time I’ve come into this location in the past few years, I’ve worked with different people, and every one of them has been really wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and in addition to that, the selection of frame styles is really lovely. 10/10 would recommend this eyeglasses store, particularly this location.

Really friendly customer service. Akinyi was super patient and helpful, helped us pick out a great frame. Looking forward to getting the news specs in about 10 days.

Just experienced the first ever rejection to a request for help with straightening my glasses here. This has literally never happened at any other glasses store I've ever been to in my life. Big or small, corporate owned or family owned, every single place I've ever gone to had the common decency to at the very least offer all visitors a complimentary glasses straightening. This is done even if you didn't buy the glasses from them as a sign of kindness and goodwill as well as to encourage people to come back again later. It wasn't even busy in the store so that can't be used as an excuse. I guess consumerism has won out here, because as far as I'm concerned their new unofficial motto is, "If you don't buy from us, you're not our problem!" 🙄😕 I will definitely never purchase your products now, that's for certain.
