Just purchased my 2nd pair of glasses from Eyebobs @ MOA. I was helped by Ryn. She was excellent at her job. Her advice was great, she listened, directed me to the right size and style. Her personality is delightful. I left feeling great about my new glasses and was so happy to have had such a nice experience.

To whom it may concern, I just wanted to say thank you to the service representative at the Eyebobs located at the Mall of America for taking the time to balance, tighten and clean my glasses; even though I am not a client. The finish on my glasses dulled terribly, and they wouldn't replace them. These are nearly 100 dollar glasses. The Lady at the store suggested that I had sprayed hairspray on them. I don't even use hairspray. I tried emailing the company and got a very rude response there, too. I expected more of this Minnesota company. I have bought at least 5 pair from there, but I won't buy any more from them.

Every time I’ve gone to Eyebobs I have had an incredible experience! Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and fun to talk to :) Also the new glasses for Pride month are to die for! I get compliments on all of my glasses and I’m so excited to get more in the future- def recommend shopping from here 100000000/10 ^_^

Eyebobs is AMAZING! My husband and I recently got our prescription glasses from Eyebobs and we are not disappointed. Frankie, the manager at the MOA location, was super helpful in choosing the perfect frames for each of us. She was kind, passionate, and really invested into what frame best suit not only our faces but skin tones, hair, and daily outfit choices! Frankie was so sweet and not pushy as all, choosing frames was a great experience! The store was very clean and the selection of eyewear is top notch. From simple styles to more vibrant styles, there is something for everyone at Eyebobs! I loved their modern and classy offerings, as not every eye shop has this kind of selection. The quality of our frames is 10/10. These do not feel cheap AT ALL! I love my Eyebobs and have received literally hundreds of compliments on them which in the last 20 years of my life being a glasses wearer I have NOT experienced (cringeeeee). Super pleased with Eyebobs and would recommend the MOA location to anyone and everyone!

I worked with the framist Kel, and they were absolutely amazing! Super kind and very helpful. Every time I’ve come into this location in the past few years, I’ve worked with different people, and every one of them has been really wonderful. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and in addition to that, the selection of frame styles is really lovely. 10/10 would recommend this eyeglasses store, particularly this location.

It's always difficult for my wife to walk past this store, as she actually enjoys the experience of trying on every pair of frames this store offers. It doesn't help that Jared is there to support each of her preferences, then to top it off all three of her favorites are in stock. They each look great on her, so I guess that's a win for me too.

I don't usually ogle men, but if the man in question is named Bob (especially Dylan, Dole, or DeNiro), then I Eye-Bobs all the time. Really expensive eyewear store with sunglasses - and glasses of all kinds - located on the lower level of the Mall of America, in amongst all of the madness and craziness. I generally don't come in stores like this, but we were making it our mision to try and go in every store in the mall. We probably didn't even get through a quarter of that but we did get in this one and all we can say is that service is nice and the glasses and shades look pretty good but are extremely expensive.

"I stepped in here to check out some of the really neat colourful glasses they have on display, and had a very unpleasant experience. The older woman that was in the store was very dismissive, didn't seem to want to talk to me and was very rude. Left and went upstairs to Lenscrafters and got far better treatment. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy. "
