Was referred to their business by a friend. Called and spoke to Andy, who was up front with me as to whether or not he could help me with my glasses, but told me to bring them in and he'd see what he could do. When I showed up, I showed him a pair of glasses that weren't the ones I really wanted him to work on. Now he could have blown smoke up my fourth point of contact and told me he can do this, do that, yadda yadda, worked on them, and then said, "well that was the best that I could do", and then pocketed my money. Instead, he told me that he was sorry, but if he tried to work on them, there was a chance they'd break, and then it just would have been a case of "whoops, sorry". So he was straight up with me, and said he couldn't work on them. I then gave him the pair that I really needed him to work on, and he told me no problem, that pair he could work on. And work on them he did. Got them back the next day looking like new! Now mind you - I wasn't a regular customer. He could have just been dismissive with me, and said "naaaaaw, can't do it". But he hooked me up, and it could not have been a more pleasant experience! He and Crystal could not have been more engaging, personable, pleasant - and professional!
Sometimes when someone refers you to a business, you are disappointed in the experience. This was not one of those times. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience there. I'm glad I was referred to Eyes On Main. When I need something done with my glasses again, I know where to go! My only problem is coming up with nicknames for those two. People that cool, have to have nicknames.
