Eythrope Penang Hill

We stayed for four nights - a well appointed , carefully managed luxury boutique hotel we would thoroughly recommend. Brendan Hamid and Hamada were kind and thoughtful hosts who looked after all our needs. The balcony views, day or night, were magnificent. Our room was well appointed, quiet and spotless.

We booked online and stayed in this wonderful boutique hotel for 4 days. A local told us was the best on Penang Hill and we could only agree. Brendan, Hamada and Hamid looked after us well - all very kind, obliging and thoughtful. Great views, impeccably kept Bungalow, very comfortable bed room , nice library and living room. Very conveniently located close to attractions on Penang Hill.

Stayed here for 2 nights and we had a most wonderful stay. A big thank you to Brandon, Hamida and Hamid for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was special request for Char Kuey teow and roti chanai and we loved it! Tea time was awesome with local nyonya kueh, curry puffs and nasi lemak bungkus? You get a good view of Penang George town for the hotel. Very near and just a short walk to the main attractions in Penang Hill. Very convenient. Well kept and clean room. We would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay here. A very nice retreat for a short stay.

As the top-tier member for Marriott, IHG and Hilton, I have been staying at many great hotels around the world. This is absolutely the best hotel I ever stayed. A home away from home, we will definitely come back many times in the future.

Our family of ten stayed for one night. The accommodation was lovely, everything spick and span in serene surroundings with an unbeatable view. Our steamboat dinner was delicious and we were well cared for by the thoughtful staff. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing day at Eythrope with the warmest hospitality from the host & friendly staffs! A stunning heritage home beautifully merged with modern luxury. Loved the mosquito-netted windows - great for enjoying the cool Penang Hill air and scenic views without worry. Super clean, cozy, and ideal for solo, couple, or group retreats. Common areas are comfortable and homey, with the freedom to roam around. Every room comes with a private bathroom, allowing us to enjoy both group living and personal privacy. Food was delicious (the cendol panna cotta was a standout!). Wonderful hospitality all around - definitely coming back!

Stay here for one night over the weekend with my missus. The place is fantastically clean, well maintained, quiet and very scenic. This place is insulated from the hustle and bustle of the city and the busy parts of the hill. Great for a short retreat!

An amazing experience. Execllent communication from Brendan before we arrived. Strongly recommend that you pre-book an evening meal to enjoy over looking George Town. With only 5 rooms, it is a unique boutique hotel experience on top of Penang Hill. |Looking forward to returning.
