Excellent service good food and very clean I would stay again in this hotel

I checked into this hotel late at night tired after a long trip. As I tried to take a shower, they had no hot water. They had to come and open some sort of faucet for a hot water. After I finally took the shower as I got into bed I immediately realized the sheets smelled like someone slept in them before me. Needless to say I felt disgusted and dirty all over again. That’s like the worst thing that can happen. I had to request for new sheets and had to make the bed myself as the housekeeping was gone for the day. The breakfast was decent though. I recommend inspecting and smelling the sheets before getting in at this hotel if you decide to use them. Update: an answer to hotels response: Let the real boss of this establishment check the cameras and see how many times someone came upstairs to first deal with the water issue then second time to hand me new sheets. I’m glad you mentioned the refund matter ironically thinking it would be in your favor. You charged me $55 for checking out 2 hours late which I didn’t mention as it was within hotel policy. However, to use that to claim I’m lying about your dirty sheets just proves my point the kind of establishment you manage. You had the opportunity to do something about the inconvenience you caused but you didn’t take it.

We arrived late, but had called ahead to check we were ok for a late check-in. Advised we would be fine. Arrived at 2am. Reception desk was open, as promised and staff could not have been more helpful. Obviously taking our bags etc as you would expect, but providing drinks, advising on the area and generally being most helpful and understanding as we had had a 16 hour drive. Desk staff in the morning were as helpful making for a very pleasant, if brief, stay. Rooms were modern and clean. Parking was free and secure. Price was very reasonable and location was excellent for local restaurants and bars.

“Good location, good staff, good price” Close to anywhere you’d possibly need to be in a capital city; embassies, government bldgs, etc. Very well-treating staff. Clean rooms with very good daily service. Amazing dining places, pubs and bars around. Recommend to include breakfast. Been there twice in 2015 and 2018 and I seriously recommend this hotel for those who travel for business/work. I think I’ll be heading back to Ankara soon and this place will be my first choice.

Rather friendly staff with welcoming smile. A good location for the city and a good price for the offerings. Clean and comfortable room with deluxe bed and a study table, also a TV set. Hairdryer and hygienic slippers for one-time use are a plus along with bath and toothbrush materials.

The Positive staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave me discount when I needed to extend my stay one more night. The room was clean. The location is good..near Metro, bus stop, airport shuttle point and so many cafes, restaurants and shopping mall. Room AC was working good and make the room coldin short time. They can make good omelette The negative Internet connection is not always good. The breakfast need more varieties, it was not bad but could be better. They dont have soap bars..only liquid soap.

A very decent mid-range business hotel. Also it suits a vacation stay. Room very clean, with big windows and nice street view, staff all friendly and helpful, breakfast is of amazing variety by Turkish urban standard. The neighborhood of this hotel is with many options of cafe and bar, but limited real restaurants within walking distance. Since the hotel is just located in the city center, you can easily take a taxi to explore the old part, like Anatolian museum, castle, etc, and to the fashionable section of embassies' area. Would recommend this place for Ankara.

I stayed most of the hotels in Ankara. This is one of the best i ever stayed. Price is very good for the services they offer. Hotel very clean, newly decorated. Also they have mitsubishi air conditioners at rooms. It is not a big hotel but for short stays especialy for business trips you can choose this hotel. Location is very central.
