Pasta bar is located in an indoor market. You can buy some freshly made pasta (kg) or get some to eat at the spot. We had 3 different types and all of them were just perfect. Very fresh and very tasty! Portions might look small, but they are actually quite filling. Great spot for a fair price.

There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly and the wait wasn’t too long. The pasta was very fresh, and we got to try two different sauces which both were delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend it!

Simple enough pasta place, with a big variety of pastas to choose from. You might need to queue for a bit (for us 15mins), but all works efficient. You can see how they cook the pastas from one of the windows. There is no seating, but some stands where you can eat.

A really nice pasta and an efficient way of organising the crowd. The only bad aspect was the annoying clueless American tourists. Other than that it is a 5 star place and you can feel like a local by eating in the downstairs part of the mercato. The line wasn’t too long pretty long but the wait was still shorter than in a restaurant (however there are no chairs and it is crowded). It is still 6 euro per pasta as of 2024. 09. 04.. tried the spinach ricotta ravioli with pesto and the tagliatelle with ragu. Both were pretty good.

A must try if you’re in the Mercato Centrale. It’s literally fresh pasta with fresh sauces. Cheap and good! Try their Limone with simple olive oil and parmesan or burata with pomodoro.

Cheap & tasty 😋🫶 definitely worth a visit! The portions were actually larger than they looked, and we ordered two, both were really tasty, even better than some restaurants in Florence. Be aware that there are no seats, only a few standing boards to eat at. We went on a Monday around 1pm and it was crowded, but we only waited about 15 minutes, and it was totally worth it 🤩 the gnocchi were so chewy 👌🏻 PS: If you’re visiting the mercato in general, just a heads-up the toilet costs €1.50

Probably one of the best and simplest pasta dishes I've ever had. The line up can be big but it is well worth the wait. I had the ravioli alla burrata with pesto alla Gionovese and a sprinkle of cheese and OMG it was amazing. It was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of salt from the cheese. I could eat here everyday, especially for 6 Euro.

Delicious! Don't be put off by the queue, it's a really quick wait and completely worth it! I got the truffle ravioli with oil & Parmesan - some of the best pasta I have had in Florence.
