F45 Training Canggu

The best gym in Canggu and Seminyak area. Classes are intense and awesome with suitable options (complete equipments) and also the staffs are really friendly and professionals. Its been 4 months that i came here and always have intense, challenging and fun workouts at the same time every single day. 5 STARS!

Every time I go to Bali, I sign up for F45 Canggu — and every time, I fall in love with it all over again. It’s the best way to kickstart my mornings and stick to a powerful routine, even while traveling. The team is amazing, so motivating and full of good vibes. And a special shoutout to Liam — honestly, he’s a huge part of why I keep coming back. Always pushing us to give our best, full of energy and good energy. Big crush! I’m super happy to have him as a coach. F45 here really helps me stay on track and reach my fitness goals. Can’t wait for the next time!

Love the workouts and everyone working here is super nice & motivating! Only feedback I have is that not all of their instructors give the same amount of corrections on proper form, but other than that I really recommend coming here.

We are avid f45 people in America. Came here while on vacation for weightlifting class. The trainers and staff were very welcoming and helpful with the workouts and showing modifications. The gym is maintained very well and clean bathroom/shower!

If you're into REAL, INTENSE, FAST, and SWEATY workouts, this is your place! Perfect for those who want to get a quick workout in. 45min of absolute suffering and you're done. Exercises are awesome and change all the time, trainers are professional and it's an awesome atmosphere in general. You'll feel like hero afterwards and ready to tackle your day. Will miss this place, please expand to Ubud😉 See you soon!

Important in Bali: lots of ACs and fans that actually work! Attentive coaches who will correct your form and help you modify for any injuries… ALL of them are my favorite, each with their own style of coaching but every single one of them is super positive and high-energy :) Front desk & support staff are also very friendly, they will remember and greet you by name even after just 1 class! You feel like you’re a part of a community from the very beginning, lots of regulars and friendly faces among the visitors and tourists who come through. Also: Clean bathrooms and showers! If you’re new to F45: workouts are fun and change frequently, I love not having to think about what to do for exercise, 45 min and I get my cardio or strength training for the day.

Great location for their new opening! The staff really gets to know you by name and all helpful during the workouts. The trainers do well with motivation, showing modifications, yet pushing you harder than you thought you could, and help show correct form for the movements.
