F45 Training Dana Point

Even though I no longer train at F45 Dana Point due to moving to another location, I still want to leave a positive review. The team here was always professional, friendly, and supportive. The coaches corrected my form, motivated me, and created a great atmosphere to train in. The studio was always clean, the workouts were energetic, and I always felt welcomed. Thank you to the entire F45 Dana Point team — I look back on my time here with appreciation. Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

Absolutely 💯 love this workout studio! I’m fussy and very particular about the workouts, the way they’re structured and especially the instructors. Marie and her staff will put you through the paces and every minute will keep your body active and engaged. She keeps her studio clean and they also provide towels too. I’m always sore after my workouts which is what I want. They also watch your form and make adjustments as needed. A top notch place for strength and cardio 🏋🏻‍♀️ !

I am a passport member from Northern California, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The space is clean and they have towels available to use with your workout.

I love working out here. The trainers make all the difference. They truly care, they push you, and most of all...they focus on what your goal is. I would recommend it 10 times over. Also, it is nice to not always do the same workout everyday. The different muscles and exercises definitely keeps it interesting. I would say there is something here for everyone.

I started my 7 days trial at F45 Dana Point and by the 3rd class I was in for life! The mix of straight training and resistance makes every workout different making every muscle of your body work. All in 45 minutes! The instructors and crew working out with you makes very stimulating and keep you going! And the music is amazing!!!! I love the amount of classes per day, I can always fit in my crazy daily schedule. Thanks to all f45 team for keep me going!
