What was presumable 3 employees (one sitting on the couch may be hard to see) at no point acknowledged my presence didn’t even look at me in the store. Shockingly non existent level of customer service. Extremely rude

I stopped by the store for some last-minute Christmas shopping for my wife, looking for a specific color peacoat from this trusted brand. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the right size on the shelves, but Sydney and Shunelle went above and beyond to help me out. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and offered great advice on what to look for. They worked together to track down exactly what I needed, turning what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. Their customer service was truly exceptional—10/10! Leadership should know what an amazing job these two are doing!

I received no hello or goodbye during my visit as the two salespeople carried on with their personal conversation while doing nothing at the checkout. I was the only customer in the store and there long enough to browse each rack. As I left, one of them looked me directly in my eyes and still bothered to say nothing to me. The last time I visited this location this was also the case until I asked for a fitting room. There seems to be a consistency in poor and rude customer service. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be returning to this location.

Today, my daughters and I walked in and was not greeted nor assisted by the two workers. Three separate additional customers walked in and immediately were greeted by both of the workers. They offered each of them individually assistance and ignoreed us. One of my daughters was holding items to try on and had to ask for assistance. One of the workers pointed and told her the dressing room is behind you. Clearly we were racially discriminated against!!! The only three Black people in the store! I made sure to inform both of them if the blatant disrespect and racism!!! Never will I spend money here!!

This review is specifically to acknowledge the assistant manager for her customer service. I had a refund issue with the store and she took ownership of the situation and resolved it for me. We spoke several times and she was always super professional, sweet and empathetic.

Racist. What I just experienced today was beyond offensive. My family and I came here around 6pm today and when we walked in we were basically ignored by the 2 associates working... initially it just seemed as though they were just being absorbed in their own conversations..however over the next few minutes we witnessed 3 separate guest enter the store..the associates happily greeted them..and asked if they could assist them...the ladies working NEVER asked if we needed any help or even approached us. The associate cheerfully OFFERED to start a dressing room for the blonde lady and continuously checked on her needs...I was completely ignored...I waited and not ONCE did either of the associates make an attempt to engage my family and I. I wanted to try on something and when I asked the sales associate she threw her hands up and said "you can just go to that one behind you"....I went in almost in tears as I was basically being treated like trash...even once I exited the fitting room, neither of the associates asked whether I needed any help or if the item fit...or anything at all.. this is absolutely DISGUSTING and APPALLING. It is quite clear that my brown- black family and I were not welcomed or appreciated here. I have shopped Fabrik for YEARS at several locations and this had to be the most hurtful degrading experience. We literally watched the two women working laugh, giggle, and help all of the white patrons in the store..greet them..and treat us like trash...once we decided to just leave...we walked all the way to the door and was again completely disregarded. I hope this place goes out of business, no one deserves to be subjected to racism like we experienced at Fabrik.

Horrible customer service! No acknowledgment whatsoever when we walked in. I took my AMEX elsewhere. A couple walked in after my mother and I did and were greeted promptly. Most likely a racist store - will not return.

My gf was shopping, but the workers were very friendly ! They had a sitting area which also had a coloring book for kids (I colored) the lady offered me a water while my gf was trying on clothes. The same person also brought clothes in suggestion for my gf clothing style.

This place is so beautiful. This customer service is exceptional. There are really nice selections to pick from, I can say that the prices are a little bit higher for my current budget, however the value does match. This is a place to seek an elegant selection for sure. The location is creates an even better experience, it gives off a luxurious like flair. During my visit I would like to think the style of decor was bohemian style or chic. They have a seating area which is hospitable. Employees are knowledgeable of their products and more than willing to explain or describe in response to inquiries. Conveniently located near Lenox mall, plenty of parking, restaurants and other store types in the shopping center.

I have been a fan of this store fir a very long time During a YELP event I discovered that they are also in buckhead I'm winning, and purchasing some great pieces Left with a hat and dress Than you fab'rik

I visited this store for the first time in hopes I would find something cocktail attire. I had no luck I found their clothes more casual with some potential dressy going out tops. I will say that I was impressed as someone immediately greeted me and helped me try to find what I was looking for she and the other 3 girls that were working were so friendly , Which was awesome because I went to another boutique in the same area and wasn't even acknowledged)Even tho I didn't have luck in finding anything i def will go back especially since I know the staff is so helpful and friendly .

I had a great experience in this store. I can't speak for everything in the store because I was in and out looking for one item in particular. I went in looking for a black dress and both ladies there found dresses for me and gave their opinion. Within 3 minutes I was in the dressing room trying on a dress and left within 10 minutes with a purchase. They were great. The dress I got was $58 but I would have paid more. I feel the clothing is very fairly priced. Each item I had was well made and of quality. Accessories were very cute as well. I purchased a pair of earrings. I will be visiting this location again. UPDATE: Original review was written October 23 2010. My glowing review has gone down fromm 5 stars to 4 stars. The more I go in the more I realize that there are some quality issues with the clothing. I tried on 6 dresses today and on more than have of them the zipper got stuck or didn't flow smoothly. I'm used to having this issue in Forever 21 and H&M but I don't expect it from Fabrik. They are not expensive but not cheap. Expect to pay $68 to $78 for a dress. At that price point all fabrics should be acceptable (some look cheap) and zippers should not stick. With that being said Fabrik continues to be my go to place when I need a quick outfit for dinner, club or a date. Amongst some of the "bad" items you are bound to find something adorable and quality made. ANOTHER UPDATE: Uh, The quality of clothing fails to impress me. I having given up yet. But downgrading to three stars and removing from my yelp List. Sigh!

Mama decided to take me shopping for my Christmas presents. "Just to be sure everything fit" she said. Only one problem: she took me to fab'rik where I wanted everything! We were heading to Lenox Mall to try and brave the merry shopping mayhem. In a game time decision we stopped at the Shops Around Lenox to check out Tootsies and GARDEN when she said "let's go into fab'rik. They always have cute stuff there." Boy did they ever! A helpful staff member (more like stylist!) helped us choose a selection of jackets, shirts, skirts, and dresses with matching shoes plus sparkly jewelry. I love hearing their Pandora radio pumping Danity Kane's station through the speakers so I felt like a model showing off all my clothes for Mama. I may know what I'm getting for Christmas but the good news is I know I'll look fierce!

Love love love this place! A few locations to choose from if you need another size but they have all your typical boutique things (since most these stores all shop at the mart and choose things to their slightly unique taste) Fabrik pricing is spot on somethings are less and some more but all are priced well and within budget for the quality it offers. Great clothes, trendy and fun to shop, enjoy a glass of wine while you shop with your friends. get on their email blast for coupons and when new arrivals come in--they also do a charity clothing drive so you can donate your old fabulous things and let someone needy have them which is awesome! I (and my wallet) support this store 100%~

I stumbled upon fab'rik after we stopped by 'King of Pops' vendor out front. The clothes in the window were cute but I thought surely this place would be way out of my price range. Honestly, I have a hard time parting with money for clothes that I know wont last more than a year. I am a Target regular. However, once inside I was shocked to find that there were several items that were under $50 and completely affordable. The clothes are cute and individual (you wont find these same items on somebody else) I get compliments on the dresses whenever I wear them. I think the quality of some of the items could be improved a bit on the fab'rik brand. Some of the clothes are very thing and I know they won't last. That being said, the price equals the quality. My boyfriend loves this place because they let him in the dressing rooms and give him free beer while he waits. The true definition of a "water bar"

This place is hit or miss. I have been twice now. First time walked out with great shoes at a great price and the customer service was "above and beyond". This time, the ladies were pure jerks and the clothes we tried on seemed cheaply made. Not a fan.

I was in Fab'rik just recently because I had a Scoutmob for the store - and I found that they have great jewelry, shoe, and apparel options. My only problem is that about 95% of the clothes are for going out...and I wanted something I could dress up for work as well as wear for going out. That said, I still wanted half the store.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I walked in not really knowing what I was looking for and tried on about 15 items. The ladies who were there were so great and honest about the items I came out in and didn't seem bothered at all that I asked for their opinions. They offered me a glass of wine and pulled more options for me: I ended up finding a great dress for my birthday. On my way out, they surprised me with a sweet personalized card and birthday treat. I will definitely be going back!

I love this store. Cloths are priced reasonably, I can always go in there and fall in love with at least 2 things, and the dressing rooms are clean. Love the coupons I find every now and then. Great place to shop. Only give it 4 out of 5 stars because unless you live close to the city they are not close- good thing I live in the city.

I've heard great things about Fab'rik. However, my first experience there was a great DISAPPOINTMENT. The employees were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I'd ask them questions and they'd answer with one word responses. Also, I previously became a fan of theirs on facebook to keep up with recent deals etc. Well, they posted that new merchandise had come in so I went exactly on that day - hoping to find a dress for an upcoming event... Unfortunately, they had ONE dress in a size small! Everything else was a large! I felt mislead and frustrated after driving 40 minutes to the Buckhead Fab'rik location. I dont plan on returning or recommending this store.

I really really wanted to like this place...but I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Unlike most local boutiques with a variety of options and brands, fabrik consisted mostly of their 'private label.' Their private label was very disappointing and so cheaply made...especially for the prices that they charge for the private label clothing. To top the experience off, the staff was rude, haughty and condescending. How dare I ask if they have my size in the back?! I won't be back and would rather go ANYWHERE else rather than Fabrik when shopping for stylish clothes of quality.

This location is smaller than the West Peachtree location but it still packs a punch. I found a belt and a scarf right away, and I am a very picky person. They fit a lot of clothes in the space and are neatly organized. The staff was really friendly and the woman at the counter informed me they had a Scoutmob which I thought was really cool of them to mention.

I would like the time to thank Fab'rik for assisting those within need. Fabr'rik has open its door to those recovering from drug addiction and homeless. Many challenges are faced by those recoverying per the wreakage of their use of drugs. Equally are some of the same challenges faced by those who transitioning from homeless into independent living. They have no clothes! Many come with just the clothing on their back. A simply change of clothing does much to promote a sense of well being and esteem...Thank you so much. Clothes are fun , trendy and well priced. Sales staff horrible. Two young girls who stand behind the cash wrap desk and just say hello. Don't offer to take clothes from you to begin a fitting room. Was only customer in store and started trying on clothes. Not once did either girl come to check on me then when I checked out the girl put my new item in a ball and shoved in a bag as if it were Macy's! No tissue. I asked for some and they said they were out which is fine but stuffing in a bag. Really?! Horrible. Go to the other locations like East Cobb and Avalon. Owner hires much better staff that treat the customer with respect.

Ive found that the buckhead fab'rik in the across lenox shopping center is by far the worst one out of the locations i've been to in atlanta (midtown and the forum) - the majority of the clothes were fabrik brand. there was very very few name brand clothing (or "indie" brands mentioned in the other review like bb dakota or mm couture) the fabrik brand clothing is EXTREMELY cheaply made. i tried on a few items where the material was soo thin and rough on the skin. There was one dress where the zipper kept getting stuck when i was trying to zip it up my back.. so i turned the dress around and saw that the fabric on the inside of the dress had gotten TORN UP i assume from previous people trying on the dress... it was so bad it made me shudder - not only are the clothes bad material, but so are the accessories.. i found a necklace that i thought was pretty cute.. and even though clearly it was cheap costume jewelry i'm not one to say no to something cute, but i picked it up from the stand and unhooked the clasp.. and some of the links broke as i was doing this.. and believe me.. i was handling the necklace very gently - there are no size smalls whatsoever.. i browsed through every single item in the store and found like two size small items.. not to mention the fabrik brand size small is more like a real size 2 or 4.. so.. size 0s.. nothing for you to see here. - last but not least, i have never been SO APPALLED by someone working in customer service in my life. the girl that was working here kept shoving past me as i was looking through the racks to put clothes up.. i'm sorry but you can wait til a paying customer is done before you shove past me and put something back up.. this isn't burlington coat factory. i'm pretty sure they don't even do that at burlington coat factory actually. it's just basic politeness. i picked up a dress and asked her if she had any in a size small.. she said.. uh no we don't, and then she turned to the cashier who said there should be and would go look - then she turned to me and instead of saying "let me take that" she said.. "you can go and put that back" in a VERY VERY rude way... WTFFFF????? so from then on everything she did pissed me off but i would like to think for good reason b/c i don't think sales associates should be ignoring customers and trying on all the shoes in the store and walking around loudly wondering if those shoes would look good on her at the beach~ NEVER AGAIN

love this boutique for finding that piece that makes a whole outfit! Love when they offer you a drink or mimosa. Fun upbeat atmosphere and can always find something I want. They have several locations which is nice since I have family around atlanta that can go shop with me :)
