I recently visited the Fab India Experience Center in Mumbai, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This sprawling 10,000 sq. ft. store offers a unique blend of traditional Indian culture and modern retail therapy. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the vast array of products on display. *What I Loved:* - *Cultural Shopping*: The center boasts an extensive collection of everyday wear and occasion wear for men, women, and kids, all infused with traditional Indian flavors. - *Edible Delights*: The in-house FabCafe serves nutritious and innovative dishes like jackfruit momos, beetroot tikki, and oats idli, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy healthy Indian food. - *Souvenirs and Decorations*: The store offers a range of home and lifestyle products, including furniture, linen, and decorative items, perfect for gifting or personal use. - *Wellness Center*: The Organic India Wellness Center provides a designated space for customers to explore various aspects of health, lifestyle, and well-being. What sets Fab India Experience Center apart is its ability to offer everything under one roof. Whether you're looking for clothing, home decor, or just a delicious meal, this place has got you covered. The Interior Design Studio is an added bonus, providing expert services for layout consultancy, space mapping, and product customization. Overall, my experience at Fab India Experience Center was truly delightful. The ambiance, product range, and services all come together to create a memorable experience. If you're looking for a one-stop destination for all your shopping and dining needs, look no further than Fab India Experience Center

Had a wonderful shopping experience at the FabIndia store in Kala Ghoda. The staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy—something that’s becoming rare these days. They gave me space to browse, yet were right there when I needed suggestions or guidance. Their warmth, patience, and genuine approach reflected the best of Indian hospitality and customer service. What also stood out was their unique collection—especially in home décor and men’s clothing. I found pieces here that I haven’t seen in other FabIndia locations. The store is beautifully laid out and has a thoughtfully curated selection. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Whether it’s apparel or household items you’re looking for, they have a fine selection of Indian/ethnic designs. Love this place. We see a new range every time we visit. Highly recommended.

Today, I went with a Fabindia stole to Fort Mumbai, which was a gift from an office farewell. The tag was intact, yet the storekeeper refused to exchange it. So are tags irrelevant as the every other store has unique inventory and unique tags. I am never shopping from Fabindia again, if this is the state of customer experience.

Fabindia Kala Ghoda is easily one of the most impressive Fabindia outlets I’ve ever visited. The moment you step in, you're greeted by an expansive, beautifully organized store that reflects the richness and diversity of Indian craftsmanship. Variety & Collection: The variety here is simply unmatched. From classic kurtas, shirts, jackets etc to stylish contemporary fusion wear, there’s something for every age, body type, and occasion. Whether you’re looking for casual everyday cottons or something more elegant for a festive evening, the choices are abundant and thoughtfully curated. Colour Palette & Design: What truly sets this store apart is the stunning colour palette. The store bursts with earthy hues, vibrant ethnic prints, subtle pastels, and bold festive tones — all harmoniously arranged. It’s a visual treat that reflects the true spirit of India’s textile heritage. Sizes & Accessibility: A big plus is the availability of a wide range of sizes, which is often a concern in ethnic wear. Fabindia Kala Ghoda has ensured inclusivity, with well-stocked racks in various fits and sizes. The staff is also incredibly helpful if you need assistance in finding the right fit or styling options. Jewellery Section: Do not miss the jewellery section! It’s a treasure trove of handcrafted silver, brass, and semi-precious stone pieces — each with its own unique charm. Whether you’re looking for a bold statement necklace or subtle everyday earrings, the options are exquisite. Ambience & Space: The store itself is sprawling and well laid out, with wide aisles and a calming ambience that makes browsing a relaxed experience. Despite the volume of merchandise, everything is tastefully arranged and easy to navigate. Final Thoughts: Fabindia at Kala Ghoda is more than just a retail store — it’s an experience. A celebration of traditional Indian art and design, delivered with warmth, quality, and grace. Whether you're a local shopper or a tourist exploring Mumbai, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

Their clothes quality is too bad. Especially the Indigo coloured clothes run too much of colour. I bought a kurta and wherever the kurta touches the body that turns blue with the colour. Same is the case with the shirt bought by my husband. It ruined his new white vest which he had worn under the shirt. Have washed my kurta, 2-3 times and every time it runs colour and not only that when I wear it, my skin also gets colored and even after bathing with soap the colour is still there...it's terrible...avoid buying cotton clothes with indigo colours.

Poor customer centricity . Sub standard values experience. Completed my shopping and payment. When I needed to book an Uber - as my battery was flat - I asked if I could be assisted with making the booking and would duly pay the driver cash. Each and every person at the Cash desk were so unpleasant and they literally were rude and unhelpful . The older man and lady were so offish and grumpy - it was like walking on eggshells. Brand ambassadors function beyond transactional mindsets - they (x3) are brand ‘depleters’ especially being abrasive and discourteous . They literally ignore you , no willingness to assist in any way of form . Everybody at the cash desk seemed very disconnected - these are front facing employees , lacking initiative. Value add service , attitude and behaviours are cornerstones to retail ecosystems. Most disappointed and certainly not a recommended retail experience .
