Fabindia Experience Center, Kala Ghoda

I recently visited the Fab India Experience Center in Mumbai, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This sprawling 10,000 sq. ft. store offers a unique blend of traditional Indian culture and modern retail therapy. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the vast array of products on display. *What I Loved:* - *Cultural Shopping*: The center boasts an extensive collection of everyday wear and occasion wear for men, women, and kids, all infused with traditional Indian flavors. - *Edible Delights*: The in-house FabCafe serves nutritious and innovative dishes like jackfruit momos, beetroot tikki, and oats idli, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy healthy Indian food. - *Souvenirs and Decorations*: The store offers a range of home and lifestyle products, including furniture, linen, and decorative items, perfect for gifting or personal use. - *Wellness Center*: The Organic India Wellness Center provides a designated space for customers to explore various aspects of health, lifestyle, and well-being. Worst, worst, worst experience at Fabindia Kala Ghoda. The staff was absolutely uninterested, not even showing us options and just asking us to look on our own. When we asked about specific items, they didn’t even bother checking and just said “not available.” Pathetic service wouldn’t even buy something from here if it was free.

First class customer service from Sachin!! Helped my girlfriend and I for nearly 5 hours picking out attire for an upcoming wedding. Was a joy to shop here

Whether it’s apparel or household items you’re looking for, they have a fine selection of Indian/ethnic designs. Love this place. We see a new range every time we visit. Highly recommended.

Their clothes quality is too bad. Especially the Indigo coloured clothes run too much of colour. I bought a kurta and wherever the kurta touches the body that turns blue with the colour. Same is the case with the shirt bought by my husband. It ruined his new white vest which he had worn under the shirt. Have washed my kurta, 2-3 times and every time it runs colour and not only that when I wear it, my skin also gets colored and even after bathing with soap the colour is still there...it's terrible...avoid buying cotton clothes with indigo colours.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at the FabIndia store in Kala Ghoda. The staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy—something that’s becoming rare these days. They gave me space to browse, yet were right there when I needed suggestions or guidance. Their warmth, patience, and genuine approach reflected the best of Indian hospitality and customer service. What also stood out was their unique collection—especially in home décor and men’s clothing. I found pieces here that I haven’t seen in other FabIndia locations. The store is beautifully laid out and has a thoughtfully curated selection. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

FabIndia in all its glory. They have everything here. Men's, women's and kid's wear, home decor, their organic food range and kitchenware.

Today, I went with a Fabindia stole to Fort Mumbai, which was a gift from an office farewell. The tag was intact, yet the storekeeper refused to exchange it. So are tags irrelevant as the every other store has unique inventory and unique tags. I am never shopping from Fabindia again, if this is the state of customer experience.
