We loved having Fabrica create the addition on our garage building. We were creating an apartment for my parents, and the Fabrica team was wonderful all the way. Having Kiowa's design abilities and eye, and Greg's building expertise made a great combination for planning and executing the work. They are not only skilled, but very pleasant to deal with and dependable. We enjoyed touching base with them every day, and were pleased that the work area was left clean and tidy every evening. The other members of the team were equally pleasant, hardworking and reliable. We enjoyed getting to know them all during the work, and now enjoy spending time in the beautiful space they built. We feel lucky to have found such a quality team here in our small town of Alpine.

Fabrica did an excellent job converting my old garage space into a beautiful master suite. The crew was meticulous about every aspect of the job from the major stuff--like installing windows--to the finishes-- like trim and paint. I had a vision of my dream kitchen; minimalistic, modern, easy to clean, organized, something that would fit into our mid-century home. Fabrica made that dream come true! They took my ideas and created exactly what I had in mind. Was it problem free? No way but they found solutions to all the problems that arose. They are professionals that know what they are doing. I trusted them and now I have a kitchen I love.

Kiowa and Greg are master designers and fabricators. Communications are prompt, clear and friendly. They fabricated metal letters for a sign I'm building. The letters needed to be done very nicely and exactly to spec. They absolutely delivered on all fronts. I look forward to doing more business with them in future.
