I had a very disappointing experience here. I found a shirt that was marked at $24, but when I went to pay, I was charged $260. This feels like a clear case of overcharging, and I can't help but wonder if my background as a POC played a role in this treatment. While the staff did ultimately give me a refund, the whole situation was incredibly inconvenient. I had to ask my friend to drive me back to the store to give back the item before taking me to the train station to come back to the city..this added unnecessary hassle to my day.
It’s frustrating to feel like I was treated differently in a predominantly wealthy neighborhood. I expected better transparency and fairness.. It’s important for businesses to treat all customers with respect and fairness regardless of their background.
