Somewhat upscale with delicious breakfast. Friendly front desk service and many locations within walking distance

The hotel is located in the city center, next to Florida Street, where you can exchange dollars. We got a small room, we had 4 suitcases and it was quite cramped. It is very inconvenient that the air conditioning is turned on through the reception, it is impossible to turn on the cooling yourself. Delicious breakfasts with friendly people. We don't understand Spanish, but the people at the reception were always ready to help us ⭐️

Rooms are very tired! Certainly in need of an upgrade. As opposed to the modern, clean and tidy reception. Staff are very helpful and it has security staff at the door. Superb value considering how central it is. I love to walk and walked to all the sights from the hotel. Street it is on is a bit run down. Not great views from the rooms. Also the beeps from the elevators are quite annoying so you may need ear plugs to sleep. The breakfast was pretty good and adds to the overall great value

Altogether a pleasant experience, first of all the location is great for most of the sightseeing in the inner city and there's plenty of decent restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room quite spacious and clean. The bathroom was a bit worn but at least clean, AC worked well and was silent. Breakfast was ok, not great though. Only real downside is the fact that it is not really quiet, to the outside it was quite ok, but due to the thin walls and the in my opinion questionable "cooling" slits in the entrance door you could hear what the entire floor was up to.

The best things about the hotel were the location and the very nice employees.Nice lobby, breakfast OK, good wifi connection. On the other hand, the bedroom was old, the bathroom was dated, lack of isolation meaning we heard all the noise from the other bedrooms and corridors. Our toilet was blocked for two days in a row. There was a strong smell of paint that triggered some alergic reaction to one guest of my group. It needs updating.

I stayed here for 5 nights during my recent visit to Buenos Aires. The hotel in the central city is close to everything - 10 minutes walk to the ferry terminal, close to the main sites and about an easy approximately 20 minute walk to Recoleta, San Telmo and Boca. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially for someone who speaks limited spanish. Breakfast provided good variety with cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs - a budget contential breakfast if you like. The rooms are clean and serviced regularly. The only downside was the window in the room did not get much direct light as it faced another part of the hotel about 10 metres away. Otherwise good value overall and accssible to most things.

We were attracted to this hotel due to excellent reviews and were not disappointed. This is an older hotel but, well updated and maintained. The lobby is very modern and welcoming. There were always at least 2 helpful workers at the front desk. The exchange rate was good and no surprises on the price. Our room had a king bed which was the only less than perfect aspect of our stay. The bed was not a bad bed, just a bit too firm for our liking. The room was well decorated and had blackout drapes and a light filtering blind. Air conditioning is central with no control but was comfortable. The safe requires a key—only one key so don’t lose it! There was a mini-bar fridge which was quiet running. There was plenty of storage space and hangers, even some drawers. The bathroom was small (toilet behind the door) but was well supplied with various toiletries. The shower was to die for—very strong and lots of hot water. Breakfast was excellent—apples and oranges, ham, bacon, eggs, cheese, fruit salad, toast, pastries, bread, juice, cereal, milk, orange and grapefruit juice, coffee, tea. Wi-fi was very fast in our room. The hotel location in the Centro is excellent—walking distance to Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martin, Retiro, the Obelisque, some Subte Stations, and main bus routes. This hotel is an excellent value and highly recommended. If we return to BA, we will stay again.

This place was very convenient for one night. Safe area, very clean, welcoming staff, room and breakfast ok. Just pretty noisy due to a lack of insulation like most of hotels in Argentina. Overall nothing to say for the price.
