Before booking this hostel, please check the reviews on other platforms. One of the hostel staff members is extremely unpleasant towards guests. I do not recommend this place for accommodation. I had a paid reservation for 2 nights. My plane arrived at night, so I was looking for a hostel with a 24-hour reception. The day before my arrival, I checked the possibility of a night check-in via text message. When I arrived at the hostel at midnight, I rang the doorbell once. There was an information sign outside asking me to wait for 3 minutes and then call the number. I waited, but no one answered after three minutes, so I called the number, but no one answered. A guest who was out for a walk came to the hostel at night and let me in. There was no one inside and there were no information signs. I had to call multiple times, but no one answered the phone, and there was no one at the hostel, so I didn't know if I would be allowed to stay. After about 6 minutes, an employee came from outside and said that it was rude to call so much, so he wouldn't let me stay. He kicked me and my belongings out onto the street. In my opinion, it's rude not to answer a call at night when you know you have a guest coming. It's rude to put a guest out in the middle of the night. That was really rude! But thank you for refunding the paid booking. It is located away from the main streets of the city, and you have to walk uphill. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the metro station, but there is a bus stop nearby. The plus side is that there is a park called Guell nearby. The ground floor of the hostel is very nice, and you can have breakfast right inside. I can't say much about the rest. My experience was very negative.
