Factory Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at the Factory Hotel Münster! The location is ideal, close to everything yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. My room was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax. The hotel is surrounded by a wide range of dining options just outside the door, making it easy to find something to enjoy. Plus, there’s ample parking available, and a supermarket nearby for any necessities. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.

Very cool hotel in a former industrial space. Surrounded by lots of places to eat and drink and just a 30 minute walk to old town and all the sights.

True to its word on website ‘Uncomplicated’ but not sure about the stated 144 unusually beautiful rooms as ours was far from it, I would say basic at best, if it had not been for a friend of ours booking us in I would of left on arrival. The decor in the bedroom was non existent , the balcony view was, well see for yourself. The colourful buildings are nothing to do with the hotel to my knowledge. All in all not a great experience and one I will not be repeating, it was like sleeping in a concrete box. On a positive note the staff were wonderful and courteous.

Lovely hotel, quirky design, excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

The best thing is the gym the partnership with. The room is not bad but the cleanliness does not deserve 5 stars. Not bad though

Hotels, what to expect: clean, good bed, room not too cramped, good ventilation/airco/heating and friendly staff. All this was all 'delivered' and made us feel welcome and we had a comfortable enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices to enjoy the start of the day. Nice touch as welcome a bottle still and sparkling water and mints. Our room had a balcony which was much appreciated so we could enjoy some 'alone time' relaxing outside. We would have liked a coffee/tea facility in the room, but that was not really missed. The hotel's situation offers a lot of options for food and drinks.

We enjoyed our two days stay in this modern hotel with its industrial vibe. It’s a converted brewery and we really liked the décor of this unique place. Our room was spacious with flat screen TV, comfortable bed, WI-FI, air con and a balcony. The reception and bar staff were friendly and efficient. We used the underground parking which is not free. Great location next to a lot of restaurants close by. We walked to the old town and city palace which is about 4kms. Would recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to go to the Christmas Market in Münster, but we were actually too late in booking. This hotel is reasonably priced.||It is a beautiful industrial hotel, with a unique hall. Between the hotel itself and the rooms is an open and colored space, which can be quite cold in winter. This does make the hotel unique in my opinion. The rooms were of high quality and there were nice personalized items in there. The shower was large and there was a rain shower. I really liked this hotel partly for these reasons.||The breakfast was extensive, and the restaurant is also very large. There is room enough for everyone. There were also typical German things available. The people who work here are very friendly. Parking is paid, but also unclear. I didn't understand much about this myself, but it worked out fine. In fact, you pay the ticket for parking at the door of the adjacent supermarket. You can also park inside underground if you wish. I don't know how this is in the price of parking, or if it is the same.||Highly recommended.

Very cool hotel with a very pleasant and helpful check-in staff. Lilia was super nice and welcoming and when I got back to the States and needed help getting a copy of the folio from my stay, she not only remembered me but personally got involved to make sure I got the information I needed. The hotel has a modern deconstructed kinda vibe going on. Pretty different than what we have in the States and certainly has a lot more character than a typical chain hotel. The location was nice, clean and safe. There was plenty of parking right outside. There was a restaurant and bar right there on the property and the buffet breakfast was awesome. Overall, just a very cool experience and if you're looking to stay in a hotel that's different than the same ol' same ol', I would highly recommend staying there.

First of all, use "Grevener Str. 91" for your GPS. Otherwise you won't find it! This new hotel (144 rooms) built at a former brewery is still in the beta phase. Some outside construction was visible, and parts aren't fully finished (some lamps missing, limited outside signs). The main entrance was difficult to find,not much parking (didn't see the underground parking that supposedly exists). But the staff was very friendly, the reception area very nice and the rooms well furnished with a large bed, large bed, and flatscreen TV. The overall modern design in the old building could best be described as "half-finished" (but on purpose in an artsy way). A bit expensive, since you're not paying for location (the city center is 2 km away). Advance (non-refundable) bookings are available at lower prices. Overall nice atmosphere, but the final construction kinks need to be worked out.

Great hotel. Brand new, stylish, nice people. Price is ok. Not too far from city center with good public transport connection.
