10 Best Brunch Places in Dublin | Condé Nast Traveler

"Three different spaces make up the dining experience from noted chef Dylan McGrath: a celebrated fine dining restaurant, a chic cocktail bar, and a gastrobar serving tapas, shareable comfort food, and gourmet brunch. And you can bet the latter offers far more than avocado toast: Expect truffled hens' eggs with olive oil foam, sugared brioche with homemade chutney, mini-lobster “hot dogs,” and bacon-and-cabbage burgers complete with slabs of fried pork belly. Even the sides are decadent—the potatoes are cooked in beef drippings and topped with hollandaise—though there are fresh fruit and vegetable juices to balance things out a bit. Oh, and don't forget to peruse the cocktail list. Made with high-end liquors and fresh ingredients (think rhubarb puree, Irish raspberries, lavender syrup, and fig and rosemary jam), they're nearly as flavorful as the food." - Sandra Ramani

The samosas were a great start, perfectly crunchy on the outside with a flavorful filling that paired really well with the dipping sauce. The pizzas were decent, though a bit underwhelming for the price, simple in toppings and execution. The standout for me was the calzone: generously filled, especially at the center, and absolutely delicious. The combination of duck, caramelized onion, and goat cheese was rich, savory, and well-balanced.

Stunning meal in a lovely setting, the restaurant is vibrant and the service, by Diego, was outstanding. We had steak, pork rib eye and chicken and it was all very very good

The worst! Our new years dinner was a complete disappoinment! They made us wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seated at our table, 45 minutes! And we did make a reservation! Everything seemed out of hand an disorganised. The food arrived late and cold. Very overpriced for what it was. Staff could hardly keep up with the amound of guests and therefore the service really failed to be attentive. Can‘t recommend this place at all. You‘ll be spending way too much money for moderate food and bad service.

Very negative experience at NYE. The price quality was substandard and way overpriced. However the most negative experience came from the service. We were seated from 6.30pm and no-one told us before there was a time allocation. We had ordered a bottle of white wine during our starter. However we were very much rushed by the staff to order the mains, for which we ordered a bottle of red. We hadn’t even finished our first bottle and the mains were brought on the table. With half a bottle of white left the staff opened the bottle of red, leaving us to “chug” the hideous white wine. The red wine was even worse, unfortunately. We wanted to wait ordering our desserts because we felt rushed but the staff told us we needed to rush as there was another table at 8pm. After complaining the manager allowed us for another 15 minutes longer to at least finish the wine. Upon paying I commented that the wine was not great and they should reconsider it on their wine list. The manager commented rudely on this, clearly not open for feedback. The overall feeling was that the restaurant aimed for high turnaround, overpricing the food with poor quality ingredients while procuring cheap wines which are being served at premium prices. Total bill for 2 people was 270EUR for 1.5 hours of rushed eating and drinking. Very disappointing. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The attention to detail makes this restaurant worthy to try. The wait staff, including Amit, was very attentive even during a much busy evening. Each course was plated as a work of art.

A beautiful, atmospheric place. Great wine, Delicious food. I've never had better hummus anywhere else! The place is a bit overcrowded, making it difficult to move around, but it's definitely worth a visit!

Sunday Roast food exceeded our expectations! Everything was so tasty, came to the table hot and stayed hot! Highly recommend

The place is very nice, there's even a small rooftop that's not very well equipped (when it rains, people get wet, and I've seen people open their umbrellas). Extremely kind and attentive service. The pizza is average, tasty, perhaps a little expensive.
