Fairfield by Marriott Busan Songdo Beach

Booked the Deluxe Guest room, 2 Twin, Ocean view, High floor room. Stayed 2 nights. Clean room, poor design elements. Bathroom is not separate from the room. There is a swivel mirror connected from the ceiling to the bathroom countertop that knocks things over onto the small bathroom sink. The hook for towels is blocked when you open the shower door which makes it purposeless and the separator door does not close all the way. If you wake up earlier than others in your room, this is not a good choice. The amount of towels provided was scant. Amazing views. Nespresso with 2 pods in room. Full length mirror. Spacious. Great location for Busan station and PUS airport but further out from other locations - Busan in general is spread out which is fine since Ubers aren’t expensive . there is a convenience store connected to the hotel which is great. Used Ubers mainly on Busan, very inexpensive. No frills or anything special about hotel, it serves its purpose though which is good. Walking distance to cloud trail, cable car to sky park and suspension bridge which is good. Room is clean. Laundry service was fine. Tried the restaurant upstairs for dinner and would NOT recommend. Orders the steak and lobster with fries. The steak was just ok. The lobster was either undercooked or spoiled, it was green and brown, just terrible. Didn’t eat it for fear of food poisoning and the waiter kindly took it off of the bill.

I stayed here in December and got free parking with my bonvoy elite benefits. No free breakfast for titanium🥲 Parking can take a while if you arrive during peak hours, so keep that in mind. The room was super clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the bathroom is kind of open-style, which might be uncomfortable for some people. The ocean view is amazing, but the morning sun is very strong, so I recommend closing the blinds before going to sleep. There are great food options nearby, including a really good sashimi, gukbap spots and a convenience store right on the first floor, which was very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Songdo.

My niece and I stayed at this hotel from October 13-18, 2025. This is our second stay at this Busan hotel. The service as always was exemplary. The staff also, as always, were accommodating and friendly. During this stay, we decided to upgrade our room and Logan Park took care of this change expeditiously. He promptly took us up to our new floor to show us the style of room and the view so we could make an informed decision before we upgraded. He was professional and explained the pertinent features. Overall, we were super happy with our stay as this hotel is located on a beautiful Songdo beach with several attractions right outside our door and great restaurants including a great cafe, Coffee Voice, which is down the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed at countless Fairfield by Marriott properties around the world, and this one is definitely among my favorites. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 19th-floor corner room with an amazing view. The staff were warm and welcoming. One housekeeping lady greeted us every morning with a smile and even offered extra Nespresso pods, which was such a nice touch.||The hotel feels new, spotless, and not too small, especially for a city like Busan. The only downside is the bathroom layout, which is a bit awkward, so I wouldn’t recommend sharing the room with anyone other than your spouse or partner.||We also tried the restaurant on the top floor. The menu was interesting and creative, but the execution was just okay. We stayed for three nights and four days, and found that most sightseeing spots were only a short taxi ride away. Next time, I’d love to spend more time exploring the area around the hotel itself.

We stayed at the Fairfield for our trip to SKorea. Lucy and her team from the hotel management were very helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The rooms , food and location are all very good. The hotel is kid friendly and provides all amenities for kids. In all would recommend the hotel for all traveller's.

This little beach area is so beautiful. Other beaches in Busan just seemed busy and commercial. This Fairfield is dead center of it. Great location. Great property. We'll maintained. Great staff.

We quite enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield hotel primarily due to the large windows with ocean view and that the location is close to the cable car ride and the cloud trail at songdo beach. We like the relaxing vibe at the songdo beach more compared to other busy Haundae beach or Gwangalli beach. Overall, the hotel offers most of the amenities we needed for our two-night stay.

I stayed for two nights in Room 1609 at the Fairfield. The view from the room was absolutely perfect. However, the left window didn’t close properly, and the sound of waves and wind made it really hard to sleep through the night. On top of that, loud music from the next room completely ruined the rest time. This room definitely needs more careful maintenance for future guests.
