This was our first time staying at this hotel. While our experience wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t the best either. Here’s a breakdown of the good and the not-so-good.
The Good:
Cleanliness: Everything, including our room, was spotless and fresh.
Friendly Staff: Every employee we interacted with was helpful and welcoming.
Convenient Location: Just a 15-minute drive to all the Disney parks.
Breakfast: The free morning breakfast was hot, fresh, and a convenient way to start the day.
The Not-So-Good:
Limited Lounge Access: Upon arrival, I was told the lounge was open until 11 PM. While technically true, the only lounge available was the outdoor poolside lounge—not the one inside the hotel lobby. Since it was cold outside, I had to walk across the entire pool deck just to get a drink before heading to bed. When I asked the front desk, they mentioned the indoor lounge is rarely open, unless it’s raining.
Crowds & Noise: This hotel seems to attract large groups due to its affordability. One night, a busload of teenagers arrived around 10 PM, filling the lobby with noise and energy. The next morning, the breakfast area was chaotic, with hungry teens crowding the buffet.
Final Thoughts:
If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay and don’t mind a lively atmosphere with occasional noise, this hotel might work for you. However, if you prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment, you may want to consider other options.
