We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn at Flamingo Crossings! The entire hotel was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. They even had a small scavenger hunt for kids, which was such a fun touch. Breakfast was excellent — especially the Mickey waffles, which our family loved. Even though it was cold outside during our visit, the pool was heated and very comfortable. The property also has sports courts in the back, and you can borrow balls from the front desk, which made for great family downtime. The location is fantastic and extremely close to Disney. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay near the parks!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. My husband daughter and I arrived Sunday Jan 4 for 3 nights. On Tuesday morning we woke up to a bed bug crawling on one the beds. We looked and saw nothing else. An hour later I had bite marks on my arm. No one else did. After coming back up from breakfast we found another one on the wall. My husband caught it and left a cup over it for management to see. We asked for another room, and while packing up found another one crawling above the bed. We were in room 210. When we checked out this morning the women at the front desk Quantina was extremely helpful. She took our pictures and looked at my bites and sent an email to her management and we were told they would call us back. They did while we were on the plane and said they investigated and finding were negative. Surprising due to the pictures we left and the live bug. Not worth me wasting my time fighting this right now, but I would just stay clear of room 210 or anything by it. We travel a lot and have never had an issue, and I know it’s always possible when traveling, and although I’m positive their are not bed bugs in all rooms I just want the next people to know since the hotel is not looking into more.

They had a large amount of parking spots, batting cages and even a half basketball court. The lobby is very aesthetically pleasing. And they had free coffee literally all hours of the day and night. And the area is very lively, there are restaurants right across the street. There is also a target that has some good options for snacks. It’s definitely a great location if you’re helping your family move in to flamingo Crossing Village. Or if you’re coming down and you don’t want to spend crazy numbers at a Disney World Resort. It’s about 15-20 mins away from any Disney park and about 25 mins from Disney springs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I, along with my parents were charged for our stay $660 and $640, when this was already paid for through a travel agency. Upon bringing this to managements attention, we were told they don’t have the travel agency’s card or number. I had to provide the number and later that day they shared it was a mistake on their behalf, and it will be refunded. We stayed 12/31-01/04 for my parents 26th anniversary and my mom’s 60th birthday. We had no spending money because they charged our account and of course, it wasn’t in our accounts until the last day. Also, we had no hot water. We informed the front and there was no urgency to help us. We asked for a full refund of our stay since they were so unempathetic and failed to even help address the hot water. They chose to refund the travel account (which they originally said they didn’t have) for 1 lousy night. This management has very poor customer service. The hotel is very pretty and clean, if only the managers displayed an ounce of empathy! We will never stay here again and continue to spread the word about this hotel.

Google
Great location right outside of Disney property. Tons of stores and food places within walking distance and the area was really nice. Great value. Rooms were nice and clean but the ac unit was pretty loud! We got used to it though. I would stay here again for sure.

This is the best Fairfield I have ever been to and I would say one of the best Marriott I have stayed at in Orlando. Check in was fast and smooth. Front desk courteous and on point. The room was clean and spacious, bed was soft. There was ample parking. The free breakfast was great. The location was excellent because there is shopping food and I did not have to deal with much traffic since it’s right outside of Disney.

We went just for a day trip to Disney and I can say most likely we will be back. It’s hard finding a good hotel in Orlando where the staff is amazing. We didn’t check in until last due to being at the park all day. Our guy got us checked in super quick. We got there as soon as the grill was about to close but he told my teens who were starving don’t worry about it I’ll cook you whatever you want from the menu. He saved me from having to find them something nearby. Room was super clean and comfortable. Only about a 10-15 drive from Disney and I didn’t have to get on I4! Check out was seamless. I can’t review on breakfast due to we slept in by accident. But I did see that they had Mickey waffles. But they have been favorited in my list of places to stay.

Josh was amazing. We had a great stay. The kids loved the pool and how close we were to stores and restaurants. It was a short drive to Magic Kingdom. The traffic wasn't too bad considering it was a Friday and a MNSSHP. We got to the TTC in 13 minutes. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. I did not get the bartenders name but he made fabulous drinks.

Yelp
The best part of the Marriott at Flamingo Crossings is definitely the location. It's super close to Walt Disney World, and being right next to Target, a pharmacy, and plenty of food chains and shops made everything incredibly convenient. Perfect spot for families visiting the parks. Unfortunately, there were a few downsides. The breakfast was disappointing! Marriott can really do better here. The laundry setup was also frustrating; the machines only take coins, which feels outdated, especially for a newer property. A card or app payment system would make a huge difference. Lastly, our room had a musty, unclean smell, which took away from the otherwise nice setup. With some attention to cleanliness and guest amenities, this hotel could easily be great but as it stands, the location is the main thing going for it.

Yelp
One of our favorite hotels to stay at for various reasons. First, the hotels location is ideal. You are just outside Disney and not on the strips. The pool is simple with an outside bar. The lobby offers a lot for free breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff are very pleasing. One of the best part of this hotel is its location. The hotel is around a collection of stores, restaurants, bars, and other fun places to check out. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is a hidden gem! Check out all the food options in walking distance on google maps! Our top places are Pieology (pizza), PDQ (chicken) and Token Raman.

Yelp
We're staying here for our first time at Disney, and everything is perfect! The lobby has an area for a free shuttle bus to come get you to bring you to the parks. It also has some photo op areas and is super organized. The room is super clean and it's not a bad distance from the parks! Jesus at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and helped us figure out the shuttle bus and everything else that we needed and had questions about. He made the environment instantly feel comfortable and positive. I would definitely recommend it here!

Yelp
We stayed here for 7 days/6 nights while visiting Disney and NASA at Cape Canaveral. It was a great stay and gets my highest rating. It was very easy to stay here a week--bed and room nicer than home. My friend and I shared a Queen Suite that had 2 Queen Beds and a Living Room sofa area and a Desk area. We felt it had excellent space for 2 adults to co-exist without any problems. Very comfortable hotel at a reasonable cost. It's a perfect location for a Disney trip and launching off to NASA (no pun) for the day. We were able to get to NASA and back in about 1.5 hours drive each way. What slows you down in Florida driving are the many many Tolls there an back--it's ridiculous. 8 ! Tolls to get to NASA and back. But for Disney we got to Disney Springs, Wild Animal Park, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom within a 15-minutes drive from this Hotel. This Hotel is right outside the gates of Disney. Next to the Hotel is a multi-level garage shared with another hotel that we parked in every night on the 2nd level and there were still many open levels to park above that. Your room is serviced every Other day at this hotel and that was not a problem for us. On the days it was not serviced we stopped at the front desk for towels and they loaded us up right there. The one time we called for towel delivery, like many hotels you will usually not get exactly what you ordered. There is no one to help you to your room--they have carts in the lobby and you help yourself. The staff here is friendly, pleasant, and efficient. Rooms were made up well and clean. No Pets are allowed here. We look for that in hotel stays because the rooms and hotel are cleaner like here. There is a small store in the lobby that has some nice things like waters and yogurt and nuts. The MAJOR great thing about this Hotel is it's next door (walking) to a Target, Starbucks, Late Night Pizza Restaurant, and many other stores and restaurants. Some were still being built out when we were there. This is a newer area. Tons of children were staying at this Hotel when we were there. Couple of Negatives: Free Breakfast: It's not great. It's a lot of bad unhealthy food that really did not taste that great either. No egg whites at all or hard boiled eggs. Other hotels do a much job at free breakfast. They probably don't have any other breakfast service to hire--so they are stuck with this one. Breakfast rating is a 5 of 10 and I am being generous. One morning we went to IHOP to get a good breakfast and the pancakes and omelets were like gourmet dining compared to this hotel breakfast. When we checked into the room the track on the bottom of the shower door was on the floor allowing water to rush out of the shower. That should have been fixed before we checked in. Housekeeping should have reported it. It was very late at night just off plane, so I just got down on the floor and slid the track back on and it held for the rest of the week fortunately. In sum, Great Stay, Great Area, would stay here again.

Yelp
A fairly nice hotel with some cool ammenities, like a robotic frozen yogurt machine. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. The breakfast was just not good at all. My second complaint is about the shuttles to Disney World. We chose this hotel strictly for the price and shuttle service, but the shuttle times are very limited and on a first come first serve reservation. I guess I am used to staying at official disney properties where the shuttles are endless and run all day long. If we were not prepared to spend money on Lyfts and Ubers, this could've ruined our entire trip. The staff was friendly and the gym was nice though.

Yelp
Super clean, amazing breakfast, short drive to Disney!!! 10/10 recommend. We had a family of 6 and stayed in a suite. The price was cheap and we had plenty of space. The pool was wonderful!
