Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center

Had a wonderful 1 night stay June 19th - 20th 2025 - wish it was longer. I had originally booked a 1 bedroom queen suite, but due to a maintenance issue, the room wasn't available. I was made aware of the issue before arriving, which I really appreciated. We were given 2 adjoining king suites as a substitute. The rooms were fabulous!! They were super clean and sooo spacious. Although we didn't use the kitchen - they were equipped with everything a person/family would need. The property was also very clean. We really enjoyed the chicken quesadillas at the poolside restaurant and the morning breakfast buffet. It included something for all. Turkey sausage for folks that don't eat pork, gluten-free waffles, and sugar-free syrup! I want to give a huge shout out to Guest Coordinator Quantina (Tina) Jenkins for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I hope management recognizes her for making the Marriott brand shine bright. We will definitely stay here again!! Well done Marriott.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety, and the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—it really made our mornings special. The pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. We also loved having access to both the basketball and football courts—it was such a bonus for the kids (and adults too!). Overall, it was an awesome stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely love to come back!

I am very critical of hotels, but I have to say that this one is absolutely fabulous! The staff here is so kind and wonderful, they work very hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and the rooms are efficient and clean. Very close to the Disney parks (15 minutes or so). I love the pink and white exterior of the building with all the palm trees, and there are plenty of athletic activities to do around the property. I only wish that they had a hot tub, and it would be great if they would play some Caribbean music too. I will definitely be back!

This place seemed really nice on arrival. I didn't really check the room because it took forever to get here with traffic and rain. The very first thing on my mind was that I needed food. After a 10 hour road trip by time I made it to the room, it was lights out. I realized the TV was not working the next day, so I talked to the front desk, and he said change rooms or wait for the morning. I had to consult with the husband and by the time I got back downstairs there was no one in the front desk area. I waited for a while and nothing and no one came back. So I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks was reliable and convenient, and the breakfast selection was a big hit with my child. The hotel’s location—just three minutes from the Flamingo Crossings shopping area—was ideal, offering a variety of dining and shopping options, including a small Target for essentials like water for our park visits. The front desk staff, especially Nathan, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping was outstanding and promptly responded to our towel requests. Our room was well-equipped with plenty of charging ports, a clean and modern bathroom, comfortable beds, a microwave, coffee maker, and a TV with Netflix access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again for our next visit.

I spent about 3 hours trying to find a hotel that balanced price and quality for me and absolutely did not regret my choice. Right outside of the disney complex, right in front of multiple stores (target, walgreens etc) - locations was a 10/10. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like that there is plenty of seating for breakfast so you’re not fighting for a place, parking is free. Rooms are beautiful - I do wish they cleaned it more often. Also wish there were more cabinets or drawers, there wasn’t enough storage space for a family. Aside from that we had a great stay.

Just completed a 2 night stay. Very large new hotel located next to Coronado Springs/Disney resort. A small Target and Walgreens plus restaurants located across the parking lot. Used online check in and room was ready early and key pickup went smooth. Rooms get cleaned every other day. Spacious lobby doubles as breakfast area; plenty of seating. The free breakfast is more than advocate and Mickey waffles are a nice treat. Only hiccup during our stay was a large school group overtook the breakfast area one morning. Our king room was clean (room and bathroom) , comfortable and ample space for 2. Hotel has a shuttle to the Disney transportation ctr but we had rented a car and went to Disney Springs the one night and spent the next day at Epcot. Drove to Disney Springs since it had free parking but took an Uber to Epcot – easy pickup and dropoff. Front desk & breakfast staff were excellent! My only negative is the $20/night parking fee for regular parking??

UK tourists- stayed here for 7 nights. Hotel was clean and room service every other day. Single use items e.g. cups, cutlery, plates etc are all platic or wax lined cups are so wasteful. I am rating 3 stars because the complimentary breakfast was poor (contrary to other reviews). The waffle making was fun on day 1 and very gimmicky but really wasn't nice to eat at all. The scrambled eggs were so salty. Coffee was decent. Bagels and muffins were okay but no bread for toast. For 3 days there was no fruit (bananas or oranges). They could improve the breakfast by having more choice e.g. fresh fruit and yogurt and pastries etc. and hash browns/ potatoes. We had to eat out for breakfast for a few days because of this. If you are food lover you need to know this. Flamingo crossings is a relatively new area which is why we wanted to stay here, loads of restaurants to choose from. The pool was nice and warm and the area is really clean and looked after. I personally wouldn't stay in this hotel again unless they improved the food, but I would go back to this area.
