I stayed at the Fairfield Inn – Marriott Tallahassee for three nights, and I left extremely disappointed. We returned to our room each evening expecting basic housekeeping, only to find it untouched. On our final night, I went to the front desk to ask why our room had never been serviced. Only then was I told that daily housekeeping is not provided. This was never communicated at booking, and there were no signs in the room or options to request service. I’ve never encountered a hotel with such a policy, and the front desk staff’s response “You’re paying for a room, not service” - was shockingly dismissive. In addition to the housekeeping issue, the room temperature was very difficult to control. The thermostat and unit either blasted cold air or left the room too warm. There was no middle ground. Breakfast was also a letdown - the food was bland, and the eggs were inedible. I specifically chose this hotel over another Ramada in the area for the “hot breakfast,” but it fell well short of expectations. I understand the trend of cost-cutting in hospitality, but when policies are unclear and guests are met with indifference, it’s hard to justify a return visit. I will be reaching out to corporate and do not recommend this hotel unless management reevaluates both its policies and its approach to customer service.

Rooms were fine, clean and basic. Beds were FIRM and the springs would pop sometimes when you sat down. TV was very old and small. Old fashioned AC unit with controls on the unit. No hand soap or lotion in the room. They warn that room service only comes every three days for longer visits. Location is about 5 minutes from FSU if that's the reason for your stay, traffic was never that bad, but it was summertime. You have to U-Turn out of here to go that direction though. Parking was fine for us, but when hotel is full I doubt they have enough spots. Breakfast was the usual hotel spread, I would avoid the hot food unless you have an iron stomach. No creamer for the coffee?? Elevator was making crazy sounds, people were legit scared to ride it sometimes.

Our family had a pleasant stay. Our room on the top floor was clean and quiet. The breakfast bar had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The only negative point was the indoor pool that was unheated.

I had to leave a review to recognize the staff at this hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Especially Ms. Paula at the front desk. She was very friendly, welcoming and provided service with a smile. I did not catch her name but the Spanish lady that sets up the breakfast in the morning is hard working woman. She made sure all the food was stocked and if something ran out she was right there restocking the eggs, sausages, waffle mix. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

My keys kept being deactivated, so I was locked out of the building as well as my room. I made it down for breakfast 1 day, and the other days, I didn't because I thought Breakfast ended at 10, but it was 9. I was sitting in my room, and a lady walked in with a key that I didn't know from a can of paint. I went to the front desk to explain what happened, and the only thing was done was points were placed on my account. No follow-up from the manager who I was supposed to speak pr anything. What if I wasn't in my room? I could've been robbed or even hurt walking back into my room. In order to get in someone's room, the room numbers have to be typed in manually. This is unacceptable on so many levels, not to mention I had my son with me. I am so disgusted and traumatized 😞

Google
Terrible stay. I had to change rooms because of my bed smelling like urine. The second room I was given had dog treats on the floor, and the gym equipment is faulty plus the treadmill tracks are taped together… The service however is 10/10 and did the best they can to help but the cleaning here was awful I would not recommend staying here.

The staff that help with serving breakfast, especially Monica are very sweet and helpful. They made our morning very cheery and did a wonderful job if we needed anything. Our thanks to them for being such a wonderful pleasure to see first thing in the mornings.

Google
All but one of the employees were fantastic. "Ms. Paula" was genuinely super welcoming. Your front desk employees aren't an issue. The room was not ready for a guest. My overhead light didn't work in the bathroom. Maintenance was kind and brought a desk lamp..... There were Stains on the carpet at the door. Soap scum on the shower head, a filthy tub. I went and bought my own supplies to clean. I spoke to someone at the front desk about a partial to full refund since I couldn't be moved. I still haven't heard back.

Yelp
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around Tallahassee. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. That said, a few areas could use a little freshening up, and the breakfast was just okay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job for a short stay. Solid choice if you're passing through and want a reliable place to crash!

Yelp
I thought the hotel was alright. Location was definitely a plus, with it being close to FSU campus. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. However, the room was on the small side. Definitely could use a good renovation and updated. The orientation of my room with a sofa bed and a king sized bed made the room feel extremely cramped. For value and convenience, I don't mind staying here again. But for overall comfort, there are definitely better hotels to stay at around town.

Yelp
A great place to escape with your dog when a hurricane is coming! We were lucky to book four nights and actually ended up staying six. Very dog friendly, but there is a pretty steep up charge for a dog. Monica is the lady in charge of breakfast and she changed the menu everyday. She was extremely friendly and asked everyone if they needed anything. The place was spotless. Cameron is the manager and was very visible and asked everyone how they were doing. The rooms were sort of small and the only thing I didn't like was carpeting on the floor having a dog. I can't get used to the fact that rooms are not cleaned everyday like they used to be. Here it was every other day and you had to request it. The staff at the desk gave us whatever we needed, extra towels, coffee etc. The hotel is located off of I-10 and very easily accessible. We both had never been in Tallahassee before and enjoyed the beautiful tall trees and cooler temperatures. Conveniently located by the State's Capitol and close to a few Colleges, Florida State and Florida A &M. Next time, maybe for a vacation lol!

Yelp
Bring your own towels and toilet paper ...... is a Marriot policy ? when we checked in ; no one told us about housekeeping policy so after 3 days , no more toilet paper no clean towels . we called front desk .....come down and pick towels here . we went down ..... where are the old towels ? you have to bring the old towels to get fresh ones . in a few minutes we will send someone from housekee ping to exchange towels. one hour later , no towels no toilet papers . like being in jail but worst. 10 am finally the towels arrived after some discussion with the front desk this is a disaster hotel, old furniture , stained walls and trash cans full of trash don't even consider use this lack of luster pensione in Tallahassee unless you bring your own toilet paper and towels .....happy vacation with Marriott.a mi bq

Yelp
Hotel was not bad besides the internet being down the whole time I was there and ESPN didn't come on but every channel did. I was too tired to even complain. But it's definitely a spot to come in real quick and get out. I thought it was funny that it's literally next door to Checkers/Rallys burger

Yelp
Familiar and solid Fairfield Inn. The location is OK but not very close to I-10 if just stopping for the night while traveling through as we were. It was close to quite a few restaurants. The friendly desk had already upgraded us to a king suite as a platinum member. The room was typical of other king suites that we have stayed at in Fairfield Inns. The whole place, public & private spaces, were clean and in good shape. The price was very good - a rarity these days. The breakfast was the usual. Would stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed her tues -Wednesday this past week. By far one of the worst experiences at a Marriott. First we waited close to 10min for the receptionist to show up. Housekeeper helped us search. Then when she arrived she had a horrific attitude and would not allow us to upgrade our room. Even though the place was clearly a quarter full if that. We reluctantly accepted the service -due to we were exhausted from driving all night with children in tow. So apparently my wife was upset more than I knew and wanted to place a complaint- I knew nothing about it and suddenly I get a call to the room. A woman answered. Do you have a problem. I said is there something wrong? She said yeah we got a complaint. So I assumed it was---because on of My daughters knocked over her luggage bag. I said. Oh sorry. We dropped a bag. Then I noticed my key stopped working. I have a strong feeling she turned our keys off. I went to the front desk and again -- aggressiveness. " what do you have a problem with. Why are you placing a complaint. " I said me. I don't know what you're talking about. She said " on your app". I showed my phone and showed by typing Marriott - I have no app. She then said "someone did and if they have a problem say it to me. " I went back and my wife and she went to the desk and told her she was attempting to ask why she couldn't upgrade. The receptionist said with her attitude because we don't have any for you. There were many other things like hallways stunk of marijuana -- hair in our shower or the hair under our blanket. Seemingly unchanged linen. I regret not taking better pics or of the hair in shower and on blanket. All in all. This hotel/motel will never see my business again. Avoid this place. Price isn't worth it. Needless to say. We cancelled our next night.

Yelp
Staff was friendly upon entry. The grounds and lobby are clean. Our room was a king with pull sofa (great for our son). If you get this room ask for the sheets/comforter/pillows prior to heading to your room. Rooms are clean and have 2 televisions. Too tired to use the amenities. We would stay here again.

Yelp
This place is why we went back to Hilton as our go-to hotel chain! We were suckered into reserving a 4 night stay here solely because the Marriott website said this hotel is "FULLY RENOVATED." It may have been renovated at some point in its long history. But that sure wasn't within the past decade. This is yet another very tired old and overpriced Marriott facility. The staff was mostly surly. The breakfast was an hour late getting started our first morning (but ended exactly on time). As with our last two Marriott stays the Enseo web TV system rarely worked properly. There was a giant chip out of the dresser in our room, a coffee stain in the carpet, and the other room furnishings wouldn't get much at Goodwill. There's decent shower water pressure, but the drain was clogged with hair. All in all, a hot mess. To add insult to injury, on June 22, 2023 -- almost 6 months after our stay -- these people charged our credit card $180 without apology or explanation. So now I have a project to do, filing and prosecuting a credit card dispute. The horrible hotel stay that just keeps on giving! Long story short, these people are the entire reason why we have gone back to the Hilton chain as our go-to lodgings. And it's why we discovered Hilton's Home2, which we like a lot. So thanks, Fairfield Tallahassee!

Yelp
Disliked · Our door was open when we got to the room . ( 218) housekeeping left it open per front desk. Bathroom floor had condensation all over it. Only a half of roll of TP was in room. No shampoo . Room was 80 degrees. Had to turn it on 68 to turn on. Walls are dirty, lots of cosmetic issues . Breakfast was yogurt and danish and cereal. Orange juice was out . No breakfast attendant anywhere. We came down at 815. We were told at check in that there was microwave stuff to heat up and better than a grab and go. Only thing is fridge was milk and 3 yogurts. Very very disappointed. The little area out front had a bunch of people just hanging out and smoking and dropped all their cigar butts all over the ground . Hotel looks run down. About 8 hours into the trip home after we left. Our daughters back was itching . She was covered in big bites on her back and arms and legs. I called hotel twice and was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the line. Very unpleasant stay. And far away from interstate. Looked like a hang out for the homeless when we pulled up. Lobby furniture was filthy Sad "coffee station " I've seen in bathroom for a Mariott.Tub was all stained up .. just too much to list . TV was old Best thing about hotel was the clerk when we checked in .. nice young man.

Yelp
Fairfield is suppose to be a better quality Inn. They should pay for someone to at least clean the carpet and things above eye level. Photos of dirt and stain on curtains in room. This place so far does not live up to expectations. About 2am the garbage truck decided to empty the dumpster right outside my window. Breakfast was not worth the trip down to the service area. Overall this place is well used, in need of some basic cleaning and maintenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But you've got to have the proper facility in order to rate higher

Yelp
Standard Fairfield Inn features and amenities. Not welcoming greeting to recognize us as guests and Bonvoy members. Cleanness isn't the best friend of this Marriott hotel. Elevator floor, hallway carpet and room carpet has to be at least vacuum clean. One comforter had a big size stain and was ripped on couple places. For sure doesn't make you feel comfortable.

Yelp
I only stayed for one night. Room was clean. Check-in was easy. Tasha at the front desk was great. She really made an effort to make me feel welcome and it showed. Parking is free and there are more spaces around back. There is breakfast in the morning but I didn't eat there. There is a CVS but I wouldn't walk around...busy road. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could bc it is a good Fairfield. The room seemed a little damp (well, it is Florida) so I marked it as 4 stars.

Yelp
COVID-19 Review. I probably shouldn't even write a review for this hotel as we arrived close to 1:00 AM after a long day of driving and sightseeing in Louisiana and Mississippi, and then left by 8:30 AM to drive down to West Palm Beach. However, I did have a stay at this hotel and it was okay. The room was a decent size and clean. I felt the bathroom was a bit small. Check in was easy especially for COVID and there was no one in line or probably still awake. Check out was touchless as well. Breakfast wasn't great. I know a lot of hotels are trying to manage to the best they can, but Florida isn't exactly closed like California during COVID so I was hoping it could have been a better grab and go situation. We ended up going to Dunkin Donuts for coffee as the hotel coffee was pretty bad. My only real beef with this hotel is how far away it was from the freeway. Though maybe it wasn't and I was just so painfully tired it felt like it should have been right off the freeway and it wasn't. I'd probably look for something else if back in the area, but this isn't by any means a bad hotel.

Yelp
The room I received is what I asked for however the room was not up to Marriott standard. The carpet was torn by the door the bathroom sink had no stopper. The walls were dirty.I had a dog with me and I understand hotels have certain rooms for dogs however the room did have an order. The beds have seen better days. The staff was friendly the common areas were clean.

Yelp
Overall great value in my experience. Met with efficient check in during a busy college football/holiday weekend. The staff were all very friendly and even gave a late check out after causally mentioning we were only in town for a day after a long drive which gave us a few more precious hours of sleep. Didn't get the chance to try any of the amenities or breakfast so I can't speak to the quality of those, but overall for a place to lay your head on game day, it was everything you would need. About 15 mins from the FSU stadium. Parking was close to capacity but available on site free of charge. Will definitely look for it as an option next trip.

Yelp
Recently stayed here after having a horrible experience down the road. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was in great condition and the complimentary water in the lobby was the cherry on top!

Yelp
While in Tallahassee, it was very difficult to find any resort to stay at during our visit to the capital of Florida. Hopefully, Marriott will make one in the near future. We decided to stay here based on the reviews. During our check-in, there was only one person handling everything from check-in, phones to towels and sheet service...you name it, he did it (poor guy). He was very polite and gave us a quiet room on the fourth floor. The lobby looked clean but the elevator was dirty with food and dirt on the floor. When we got in our room, it was a quaint room with a sofa bed and bed to the side. The room smelled clean and bathroom was clean. The sofa looked like someone had smoked because there was a burn stain on one of the seat cushion. When we got the sheets to make the sofa bed, we found stains on the fitted sheet. We then called downstairs and requested for a new fitted sheet, two flat sheets and six extra pillows. Then, my husband had to go downstairs and pick them up (remember there's only one person doing all duties here). He didn't have enough pillows and no fitted sheets, so he gave my husband an extra flat sheet to use instead. The water pressure here must not be very good because when I was taking a shower the water sometimes would turn off completely or come on and off. In a positive note, the main bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. It also serves breakfast but we didn't try it. At least, we had somewhere to stay for one night. We hope Marriott will one day make a full service or resort in the area.

Yelp
After a not so great stay at another Tallahassee hotel (*cough* bed bugs *cough*), I was hoping this time around would be better. Thankfully, Fairfield Inn delivered a solid experience that restored my faith in Tally! To start, the staff went above and beyond. From letting me check in super early to holding my bags until my flight, I always felt very taken care of by the front desk staff. On top of that, the woman working breakfast was so courteous and attentive. True Southern hospitality! The room was clean and the bed super comfy with plenty of pillows to choose from. The room itself isn't huge but a-ok for a business trip when you're not looking to really hang out. There is free breakfast with darn good biscuits and gravy which is my guilty pleasure when it comes to these types of buffets. If that's not your thing, there are also waffles, yogurt, fruit, toast and the like. I usually always check out the hotel gym but didn't have time this go around... Definitely will when I'm back and maybe that'll bump this up to a solid five star!

Nicole F.

Yelp
First room had some weird looking bug but they moved us no questions asked so that was nice but the tv didn't work and smelled weird. I didn't want to change rooms again. We just used some spray and it was fine. Breakfast wasn't bad for a hotel lol.

Michael S.

Yelp
Stayed here a few nights ago. Picked it for the location near my business meeting. When I showed up the room they gave me was not ready. Bed unmade, trash and pieces of eaten pizza over the floor. Then the second room they gave me did not have soaps and toiletries. In the morning the water in the sink and shower worked intermittently: worked for a few minutes then shut off for 2 minutes. This process repeated until I stopped using the sink and shower. Staff seemed to care but not enough to make up for the negative experience. I wont stay here again.

Yelp
It was a dark and stormy night . . . when I pulled into this Fairfield Inn. I was annoyed by the rain, the cold, and the long drive I had had. I was warmly greeted by Tramayne and all that annoyance disappeared. He was such a friendly and nice young man - what a great, young professional to be greeted by! During my 4-night stay, I came into contact with several employees, and they were all just as nice. I like nice people! My room was roomy and clean and very comfortable. It had a frig, and super-comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was large and very clean. They had these stark-white subway tiles in the shower and I always wonder how hotels keep those tiles so clean! The breakfast in the morning was very good; better than most. Scrambled eggs (as well as hard-boiled), some kind of meat, lots of breads, waffles, juices, cereal, fruit cups, coffee, tea, etc. You definitely get enough to eat. The breakfast area is clean and friendly. There is ample free parking and very good free wi-fi. There's a pool and a gym, neither of which I used. I found this location to be perfect for my needs. It is on a main drag through Tallahassee. Just a couple miles down the street is the downtown area and The Capitol. There is a mall within a mile, as well as a Target, Walmart (the other direction), Best Buy, etc. There are lots of chain restaurants, and fast food joints. There's a grocery store maybe a mile or two any direction. It seemed like a safe, well-travelled area. This location is not right off I-10; it is several miles away from it. So, if you are looking for a hotel that has very easy access to the Interstate, this isn't it. This one is much closer to downtown Tallahassee. I was here for the St. Marks Wildlife Refuge and St. Marks. That was about a 20 mile drive south of this location. It was a quick drive, with no traffic on either street to get there. I do have one complaint and that is that they use laundry detergent that has perfume in it. I can't stand that and I don't come across it too often in Marriotts. This was not really that bad; the smell was faint, but still bothersome to me. It was on the towels and the sheets. People with allergies are very sensitive to this. I just wish all hotels would go scent-free and dye-free - it's better all the way around. I won't let that minor detail alter my review because, like I said, it was minimal. This was a great stay and I look forward to staying here again when my travels bring me to Tallahassee.

Yelp
One of the better places to stay in Tallahassee. I just forgot to take pictures as I figures some yelper would have done that already, but considering this is the first review, I am surprised that nobody else review this hotel. The rates for FSU game days are high, but this hotel is in new condition with clean rooms, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, flat screen TV's and free breakfast. There are lots of crappy places to stay in Tallahassee, but this is not one of them. I will definitely come back and take more pics next time.

Ryan K.

Yelp
We showed up late in the evening after a long drive and were immediately given great service. The check in process took less than 5 minutes. There were plenty of baggage carriers available and we got right up to our room no problem. The room was adequate and everything worked. We had 3 children with us and they were pretty quiet through the night. We did not hear any neighbors or weird stuff going on and so our sleep was pleasant. We had a hot breakfast the next morning, this is my only complaint, the breakfast did not seem as fresh as at other Fairfield's we have stayed at. Otherwise the experience was very good
google avatar

Tabbitha M.

Yelp
Paula Powell was a great help at the front desk when we checked in. Our accommodations were not correct when we got there but she made sure we got what we needed and made sure our check in process went smoothly. She went above and beyond.

Brittney G.

Yelp
Clean and friendly staff. Excellent stay what I expect from a Marriot hotel. I only stayed one night when I first moved to Tallahassee before my lease began. I definitely recommend to any family and friends staying to visit.

I dont lnow if I'm spelling her name right but I believe her name was Aliyah. But she was awsome znd the best ever. Cool understanding great customer service.

Yelp
A typical Fairfield, friendly staff, clean rooms and subpar breakfast.
google avatar

Hope D.

Yelp
Great hotel for the price. The breakfast in the morning for free really made up for the slightly noisy hallway and our room initially being without towels. Housekeeping was up in less then 5 minutes & very apologetic for not having them to begin with. The pool is a waste. It's indoors & not heated - just pass it by.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
I had a king studio jr suite but it felt like two separate rooms the way the couch area was designed. The front desk person was so friendly when I arrived and told me about some restaurants in the area. So far the room seems very clean and I am really picky about clean sheets and bathrooms. So much so that I am staying 45 minutes away from where I need to be for work because this hotel was rated higher than any in Quincy, Fl. I don't know much about Tallahassee and this is looks to be a suburban part of the city, but the hotel is nice and new. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the cleaning people left a towel laying unfolded on the sink and I couldn't tell if it was new or not...
google avatar

Gabby K.

Yelp
Wow! Just traveling through, but we were impressed. We had a bad experience at a Fairfield in the past, so were a little unsure... but this hotel renewed our faith in Fairfields! Super, super clean room, which was a great size and had a nice atmosphere (we got a king suite).

Yelp
Great location for AAU National Cross Country Championship held at Apalachee Regional Park where the Seminoles run. We found the hotel to be close to everything we needed. Walking distance to a CVS Pharmacy and several restaurants both fast food and sit down nearby. It was also an easy and simple drive to and from the airport. The check-in isn't immediate but good. Often times I would witness what I experienced. You are standing alone at the counter for a few minutes before someone from the back comes out to greet you. However, once they do they are all friendly and helpful. We stayed on the lower floor and the room was nice with two queen beds, a television with many channels and a mini-fridge. Both the sleeping area and the bathrooms were clean. The room was quiet to both inside and outside noises. In the morning a breakfast buffet is included. Typical fare with eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, waffle, juices, coffee, breads, yogurt, etc. Nothing like home of course but always nice to get it done and on with your day. The swimming pool isn't heated but it is indoors and the room feels like a sauna. The kids got used to the water temperature and had fun for three days. Sitting and watching the kids however can be a little steamy. Next time I will join them. The business center has two computers and a printer. However I wasn't impressed with the service. It is and older OS as you cannot tab open multiple windows on the same bar. Things slowed down quite a bit when more than two windows were open. Another thing that I didn't like is that you can't cut and paste. So I had to hand type everything including long links to others that I wanted them to have. Inconvenient and a time waster. Bottom line the property is worth the price of admission. I would stay there again if in the area and would recommend it to others for a basic hotel with a good location.

Michael G.

Yelp
Great service makes for a great experience. I am in Tallahassee often for business and this is my go to hotel. From check in to check out the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at this hotel is superb. While the property is a bit dated and the rooms are a bit smaller than some newer options, the facilities are always clean and more than adequate for a good nights sleep on a business trip. The continental breakfast is an eclectically great experience as the staff is so welcoming you feel as if you are a guest in their own home. Once again the five stars here are earned by the staff. After traveling and all the stress associated wit airports, rental cars and security a smiling welcoming face at check in is all the more important. I won't consider staying anywhere else in Tallahassee!

Yelp
I checked in on a Tuesday afternoon to find my room had a leaking bathtub faucet. I notified the front desk before going out for dinner and was told it would be fixed. It wasn't fixed and it noisily leaked all night. I reported the leak again the next morning only to find it hadn't been fixed when I returned later in the day. I next spoke to the Assistant General Manager who rudely informed me that the whole faucet had to be taken apart and a new piece installed to be fixed which was not going to happen that week. Not wanting to spend another night hearing the leak, I asked to be moved to another room. Not possible since the hotel was full was the reply. Not only extremely poor service, but a lack of regard for a ton of lost water. Wish that was all that was wrong but the list is long including the carpet not being vacuumed, a light bulb out, empty tissue box and on. I spoke to the GM and got nowhere either. It's clear where the iffy standards come from. A Hampton Inn is right next door - that's who will get my business from now on!

Yelp
Came here on business. Great location it's close to everything including the state capital and Florida State University. The staff is so sweet especially Ms. T, Who always greets you every morning at the complementary breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Yelp
My family and I had a great stay here! Beds were comfy, hotel and rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and the customer service was top notch! I accidentally booked the wrong night online and Toni was more than happy to help us out!

Yelp
It's a little out of the way but well worth it! A newer hotel that is well maintained. Room was spacious & clean. Front desk help was very friendly. The only negatives were the bed skirt in the room was ripped & the indoor pool was cold. Great price too! We paid under $100 on New Years Eve!!

Yelp
The staff was fantastic...from the front desk to housekeeping. All super cheerful, helpful and polite. The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel based on the staff alone. Southern hospitality at its best.

Yelp
Horrible! Large group of teenagers ran amuck until the wee hours of the morning. We had to pack our bags and leave at 100 am. Staff refused to address the situation, wouldn't call police, wouldn't go to rooms and ask for quiet or clear the crowd of teenagers from the lobby at 100 am. After three trips to the front desk and being told that nothing could be done I was confronted by one of the teens and I began to fear for my safety. Staff stood idly by and did nothing. Staff admitted that many of the teenagers weren't even guests yet they were allowed unfettered access to the entire hotel. We never received so much as an apology until we contacted Marriot corporate. We didn't observe any adults supervising the large group of teenagers and only one staff member was present in the hotel last night. I've been treated poorly before, but this took the cake. We were treated like garbage by these particular 'guests' and the staff of the hotel. Corporate finally called police after staff at the hotel refused to do so. I do not recommend this hotel and as a matter of fact I'll never s spend another penny at a Marriot hotel for the remainder of my life. Beware of this location!
