Fairmont Amman

stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The hotel is nice, clean, and well-organized. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was always tidy and spotless. However, on three occasions I entered the hotel carrying items, and no one from the concierge offered to help or take them to the room. Overall, it was a very good stay, but I hope the front desk service can be improved in this regard.

We had a great time at Nour Restaurant; it wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last. We came for the kibbeh nayeh and enjoyed several appetizers. Yazan was our host and did a fantastic job. He is energetic, has a great spirit, loves to help, and gave us a night we will never forget. We would like to thank Thaer for his hospitality as well and for the kind gesture he made to celebrate us. We would like to thank them both personally

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance of the hotel, the warm welcome from the staff, and the overall attention to detail that made our experience truly memorable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards. A special mention goes to Mr. Hussein from the room cleaning service, whose dedication, professionalism, and kind attitude stood out. He made sure our room was always immaculate and comfortable, going above and beyond with thoughtful touches that truly made us feel at home.

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to especially highlight the excellent service provided by Hussien from the cleaning stuff.The cleaning man assigned to my room was exceptionally professional, courteous, and thorough. Every day, my room was spotless, with fresh towels, neatly arranged toiletries, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. He was always friendly and respectful, greeting me with a smile and making sure everything was in perfect order. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to him and the entire housekeeping team! ⸻

The rooms are luxurious and very clean. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful—especially Hashim at the reception, who went above and beyond. The breakfast is excellent. My only suggestions would be to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the pool, especially when the hotel is full, and to ensure that facilities like the kids' club are available. It was very disappointing that the kids’ club was closed during our stay.

Check in was smooth and quick. The hotel is near all the major attractions and easily reachable. Rooms are big and well equipped. Breakfast is awesome and everyone can find whatever they like. The gym is huge and perfectly maintained. The outdoor pools are big, clean and help you cool down when it’s too hot. All staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very beautiful and worth trying. The services are excellent and clean. The room service is very excellent. We would like to thank the sister (may) for her precision in work.

The hotel has an impressive and elegant lobby. The check-in was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very elegant, spacious, and the bed super comfortable. I was particuarly impressed by the size of the room, the mini office space and supplies, and the opulent bathroom. The breakfast has a rich variety of offerings, from your traditional eggs and Arabic breakfast to delicious flaky croissants and waffles. I also got a chance to use the gym, great equipment and a highly engaged fitness instructor who offered excellent guidance. Overall, a great experience.
