Fairmont Amman

We had an amazing stay that went above our expectations. Check-in was smooth, and we were happily upgraded to Fairmont Gold, which gave us great benefits like early check-in, late checkout, wellness access, delicious meals, and incredible top-floor rooms and lounge views. Huge thanks to Batool and her team at reception for making everything so comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight, Thaer is a true professional with a warm, friendly approach, and his leadership really shows through the whole team. We also met the lovely chef handling the buffet (sadly forgot his name 🤭). It was the perfect start to each day. Ali and Alla at the Fairmont Gold lounge were amazing. The gym is fully equipped, and thanks to Asil for the wonderful tour around the spa and fitness areas. Thank you to Mohammad Odeh for the thoughtful amenities, to Rami at concierge and Ahmad Wishah for checking on us throughout our stay, and to Ruby and Rand for the warm farewell. And a big thanks to Kamal for being so accommodating with our reservations. Overall, we want to thank the entire team. We truly can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional service and a flawless stay at Fairmont Amman! I checked in last night and got upgraded to a suite for three nights, and my experience so far at Fairmont Amman has been outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exuded elegance, comfort, and professionalism. A special mention must go to Yasseer at the front desk, who handled my check-in. He was warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making the arrival experience seamless and stress-free after a long journey. His attention to detail, calm professionalism, and friendly demeanor set the tone for what has been a truly first-class stay. The room is beautifully appointed, quiet, and extremely comfortable, and the overall service throughout the hotel has been impeccable. It’s clear that the Fairmont team places a strong emphasis on guest experience and hospitality. I’m very much looking forward to the rest of my stay and would not hesitate to recommend Fairmont Amman to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in the city

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in! We stayed here for a night in Amman and it was a dream. The rooms on the Fairmont Gold floors are gorgeous and spacious. We had dinner at Salt, the steakhouse in the hotel, and it was lovely. Food and service were excellent. They also had the hotel adorned with Christmas decorations. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay at a wonderfully appointed hotel. Great food and service throughout, especially at the Gold Lounge. Had a special treat with fantastic cocktails from the two Yousefs at the Caprice Bar. The talented and vivacious live band “Acoustic Karma” played and sang music at Caprice go check them out.

This hotel is spectacular! It is clean, elegant and every staff member makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was splendid and I would give special thanks to Nur’s team. Thaer and his team (Hashem, Omar, Mahmoud and everyone else) were like family to us. Their hospitality and service were beyond great!
