Fairmont Baku Flame Towers

My overall stay at the Fairmont Baku Hotel was good. The hotel is beautifully designed and feels very luxurious, and the staff are polite and professional. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The hotel charges for using the minibar even when it’s empty, which doesn’t seem reasonable. The breakfast selection was limited and mostly catered to Indian tastes. There was also no self-service coffee machine in the breakfast area, so guests had to ask the staff for coffee. Some in-room toiletries, such as cotton buds and shaving kits, were left open, which didn’t feel hygienic, and some simple amenities like a shower cap were missing. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, but for a five-star property, more attention to service details would make the experience much better.

The hotel is absolutely AMAZING. From the moment you enter, it's a different class of luxury and customer service. The staff at checkin, Orkhan was one of the most professional I've ever met, he knew everything about the hotel, surroundings, and made us feel at home. He also gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room because we were on our honeymoon, which was a classy gesture. He also arranged a cake and some fruits for us, along with a congratulations card. Moreover the room, it's just absolutely crazy. Everything is automated, the curtains close by themselves, the bathroom lights and mirror are translucent (they become see through at the press of a button, and then cloudy again if you want privacy). Everything is just perfect. 10/10

Absolutely beautiful hotel with 5 star service! One of the best of the best! We were given a stunning room with panoramic views of the Caspian, several of the local attractions and of course, the sunset over the sea. Everyone at the hotel has been very helpful, beyond informative and always treated us with the elegance and distinction for which the Fairmont Hotels are so well known. Le Bistro has a breakfast buffet that is exceptional! Chef Faraj and Fatima truly make the experience remarkable, memorable and delicious! We loved every moment of our stay in Baku and will definitely be back!!

Our stay was brilliant and beyond perfect. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant on 19th floor was amazing and delicious. The only problem we had was that no body cleaned our suite after we went out for the day. We called 3 times to ask about it and spoke to the staff but unfortunately no body came over. The 4th call we made that night, a member of staff said she can see a Do Not Disturb flagged to our room. Although, no such sign was put outside the door, nor have we requested that. So unfortunately that really bothered us, we had to request at least fresh towels and water replenishment, which also came in late. If it wasn’t for that inconvenience, we would’ve rated the whole stay 10/10

Nice but short stay here for work. The location is pretty inconvenient given you're at least a 20-30min walking distance to the old town or the foreshore. The rooms were immaculate and breakfast is one of the best for any hotel but I guess its expected for its price point. There were signs on the lift for a mall or cinema within the compound but nothing was available. The spa was decent and gym very well equipped. Highly recommend the high tea spread if you get the chance.

We had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Baku, and it truly exceeded all expectations. We were generously upgraded to their Premier Suite, and I can confidently say it was the best stay of our lives. The suite was absolutely stunning, spacious and elegant, with a kitchen, a stylish living room, a dining area, a luxurious bedroom, and two washrooms. The views from the suite were simply breathtaking, making the experience even more memorable. The hospitality was outstanding; Kamal and his team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend Fairmont Baku to anyone visiting the city, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

This was our second visit back to the Flame towers, we came back because of the staff and general hospitality of the hotel. From the room to the great food, it was again a memorable stay. Each time we were personally helped with each small detail by the general manager, she really knows what the visitors want and by her knowledge and experience she makes each stay smooth and enjoyable.
