It was clear that the Management, including Tarlan Niyazova, Gunel Ahmadli, and George Ganchev have created the highest standard of operations at the Fairmont Flame Towers. They have made a significant impact on the hotel’s atmosphere. Their leadership is reflected in the positive, welcoming environment that the hotel team give the guests of the hotel, giving both luxury and heartfelt hospitality. The stunning architecture of the Flame Towers is iconic, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. It’s rare to see such personal dedication from the leadership team, and it made all the difference in creating a memorable guest experience for my family and I.||||Sabina, the restaurant manager, was another standout. Her proactive approach to guest service was impressive — she personally approached each table to ensure everyone was enjoying their meal and to offer any assistance. We were chatting about her family and ours for such a long time she became a good friend. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made dining a pleasure. ||||The Fairmont Baku is more than just a luxury hotel; it’s a place where guests feel valued and cared for. Thanks to Tarlan, George, Sabina, and the rest of the fantastic team, we left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels in Baku, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly humble, cooperative, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food was outstanding, whether it was breakfast or dinner. The chef clearly takes great pride in their work, as each meal was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Hygiene standards were impeccable, making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baku! ♥️☺️

We had come there to celebrate our 9th Wedding Anniversary & we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Starting from the reception who greeted us so well even though we came very late as I had to take my wife to the hospital. To make us comfortable we were upgraded to a 1 Bedroom sea view & it was really appreciated. The overall service is commendable. The food was excellent with amazing options. There is a slight language barrier but it's easily manageable with the ground staff. Keep up the amazing work

**Disappointing Experience at a 5-Star Hotel** I recently stayed at what was supposed to be a luxurious 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar. Despite the hotel's high-end reputation, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They barely acknowledged my presence and seemed irritated when I asked basic questions about amenities. The room, though well-appointed, had several issues — no dental kits or shaving kits, stains on the carpet, and a malfunctioning air conditioning system. When I called down to the front desk for assistance, the response was slow, and when the staff finally arrived, they were dismissive, offering no apologies for the inconvenience. It wasn’t just a one-off occurrence either. Throughout my stay, I encountered multiple instances of misbehavior from staff members, ranging from eye rolls to outright sarcasm when requesting room service or asking for assistance with luggage. It felt like I was bothering them rather than receiving the high level of service one would expect at a luxury hotel. I understand that no hotel is perfect, but when paying a premium for an upscale experience, basic courtesy and professionalism are non-negotiable. Sadly, this hotel fell short in almost every aspect, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

I booked at Fairmont hotel because I trust the name which always insures top quality service, state of the rooms, and professionalism. I expected this hotel to be no exception. I was wrong. ||||1- I booked more than one room for the group I'm travelling with and myself. Non of the rooms had their shower working properly. I think the water pressure machine is not working as well as the shower heads are overdue and should be replaced. I myself, checked in in a room that had a broken shower and when I tried the bath tub, the hot tap was also broken. Eventually I asked to change the room.||||2- When I tried to sleep I felt hot because the A/C has been working on a heating state. I tried to adjust the A/C. I realized it was locked. I called room service for the A/C to be unlocked to allow me to adjust it to a cooling level to my desire. A technician came to my room and opened the window and said the the cold from outside will cool down the temperature in the room! I refused to have the window opened because of the noise outside. So he closed the window and said that he is going to unlock the A/C controller from the control unit, which is outside of my room. I believed him. He left. The whole night the issue was not fixed.||||3- People at the hotel expect you to tip them at all times and for all the services they provide. When I was checking out, the man who helped bring down the bags asked the greeting guy, who stands at the front of the hotel to greet you when you arrive/leave, he asked him in their local language something. The greeting guy, named Yousif, translated what the man said to me, and it was "the man is asking don't you want to tip him?". I never stayed in a hotel where everyone is expecting a tip and if you don't tip them they ask you loud and clear to tip them. ||||4- This is in addition to the slow service you'll experience at the hotel. Also, the hotel is an area alone. ||||5- All activities, shopping, site-seeing require a car to reach. ||||Judging from the hotel name which is known globally to be one of the top hotel brands, the overall experience was awful.

Additionally, the property boasts several other dining options worth exploring.||The rooms were adequately sized, and the washrooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay.||Overall, Flame Towers is an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with family and friends.||

It is one of the finest properties, do visit, 2 ro 3 food option in breakfast for vegetarian but taste is good. Take Sea view room, you will get full city view. The swimming pool is awesome. Room size is big and quite comfortable. Hotel staff is also very helpful.

The only thing that deserves these one star is the breakfast and its variety, but the reception, room cleaning service and maintenance are very bad. I booked several days unfortunately based on the stars and the name of the hotel, but the staff is what makes the difference. Bathroom supplies are always missing, such as cotton and others, and when you call and request it, it is delayed for more than one an hour. There is no nice and polite way from the staff when you tell them about this shortcoming, even with one word, which is “we apologize for that.” I have never heard it. Every time we use the bathtub , we have to call maintenance to turn off the water because the water tap needs maintenance. It is very messy.
